My son fell and hurt his front teeth quite badly. We contacted Smalto at 9 o clock at night and one of the dentists quided us through what to do to assess the situation and help relief the little guys pain. The next morning we visited the clinic and my 3 year old was examined by a doctor for the first time in his life without any tears. Thank you Smalto team for being by our side.

All-On-6 is used to replace the entire upper or lower set of teeth. It is a permanent solution for people who have lost a significant number of teeth and want to regain their perfect smile. The term “All On” refers to the fact that all of the prosthetic teeth are supported or anchored by 6 strategically placed implants.
During the procedure, you will be given general anesthetic. Your dentist will perform a thorough examination as well as scanning and taking X-rays to assess the anatomical structures of your mouth, then impressions will be made to create the teeth. After that, your dentist will place six implants in the upper or lower jawbone to permanently anchor the prosthetic teeth in place.
Some clinics offer a same-day procedure, meaning the procedure can be done in a day. However, some dental clinics require two appointments, usually with an interval of two weeks. If you undergo a same-day procedure, you need to stay in Lefkosa for around a week. But if you have multiple appointment procedures, you may need to stay longer.
If your job is not physically demanding, you should be able to return to work within 4 days of the surgery. However, the total recovery time may take around six to eight weeks.
For the first few days following the surgery, make sure to rest as much as possible. Avoid any strenuous activities, such as exercises and lifting heavy objects, and watch your diet. Practicing healthy oral hygiene, including brushing your teeth twice a day, flossing, and using antibacterial mouthwash daily, is very important.
All-On-6 has a success rate of more than 95%. Although quite rare, there are some risks and side effects to the procedure, including persistent bleeding, swelling, nausea, discoloration, dry lips, sore throat, sharp sensations in your mouth, dental implants that do not integrate with the bone, stiff muscles, and failed implants.
All-On-6 is not for everyone. Therefore, if you are not an ideal candidate for this procedure, you can have traditional dentures instead. Other All-On procedures, including All-On-2, All-On-4, and All-On-8, can also be alternatives.
After All-On-6 you can have an incredibly beautiful set of teeth that will last a long time. Also, the implants will fuse to the jawbones and mimic your natural roots, which give you a natural smile that you may not have had before the procedure. Since the implant feels very natural, you will not even remember that the implants are even there.
