Dr. Bartsich is a top-notch cosmetic surgeon in Manhattan. I have worked with her personally and seen she has excellent hands and takes meticulous care with each step of the operation. She also has really great bedside manners. Highly recommend!!
Dr Wang is excellent surgeon. He cares very much for his parie ts and does the best job possible. I would highly recommended Dr Wang for any type of surgical procedures.
My experience with Dr. Bruno and his team has been nothing but good! Prior to choosing Dr.Bruno for my breast augmentation, I had a consultation with another doctor. She stated that my type of BA would require a complex procedure that would increase the price of my BA significantly. After doing my research and posting on RealSelf, I felt that I needed a second opinion because what she said I had was not confirmed by other doctors. It left me feeling she was being dishonest about what I needed just to hike up the cost of the surgery. Dr. Bruno had been referred to me by a friend that also had a BA so I decided to book a consultation with him and I am sooooo glad I did. I've had such a pleasant experience with his team since the first time I reached out to them. Joselle has always been really sweet and accommodating. I explained to her that I would like to see Dr. Bruno as soon as possible because I had only a few days to decide whether I would go with the other surgeon (the other surgeon's quote was only good for a few days because of a promotion they had). She gave me an appointment slot that worked for me, later she ended up calling me the next day to let me know that there was an appointment that was a couple days earlier than my original appointment. I really appreciated it that as I had very limited time to make up my mind. The day of my consultation came and after meeting with Dr. Bruno, it was clear to me that I would be going with him for my BA. He explained the procedure in great detail and answered of all my questions honestly. It was completely different experience than my consultation with the other surgeon who was pushy and seemed annoyed that I had tons of questions. He and his team made me feel very comfortable and I never felt pressured by them, as I did with the other surgeon I consulted. Both Marisol and Joselle were just as helpful with answering all my questions as Dr. Bruno. Throughout the entire BA journey, his staff would call me to remind me of appointments as well as check up on me once I had the procedure. They genuinely care about their patients. As far as the results go, I am only three weeks out from surgery but I already love what I am seeing and can't wait for my final result as I really admire Dr. Bruno's work from the before and after pictures I have seen of other patients. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno and his team! If I ever decide to have other procedures, I will definitely be returning to him.THANK YOU!
I was referred to Dr. Jejurikar by Dr. Gardner and I’m SO HAPPY that I finally went to see him. He’s the best (FIRST) experience I had with plastic surgery and I’d recommend him to anyone who’s contemplating having a procedure done. He and his entire office staff are friendly, patient and so very helpful.
I only went to Dr. Zarrabi for my consultation and haven't yet had my surgery but I had one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor. He was patient, kind, thorough. He answered every question I had and never rushed me once. He went through insurance possibilities with me and explained all of my options at length. I hope I can schedule my surgery with him soon.
I don't know where to start or how to say thank you to Dr. Schwartz and his amazing staff for all their support and care on my past visit. For as long as I can remember, I've had one big insecurity that I decided I would just learn to deal with because of my fear to go under the knife. I'd figured I would just avoid photos or just wear a filter in them...however, I met with Dr. Schwartz and he assured me he could fix my issue without surgery. I had a thorough consultation with him and next thing you know I was signed up for my appointment to have injectables for the first time in my 33 years. I always said when I felt ready to have my "pick me up" I was going to knock on a doctors door whose work and credentials were in line. Dr. Schwartz not only took care of all my issues but he delivered me my dream nose...I honestly can not stop looking at myself in the mirror. It's honestly so perfectly done and I just can't put into words what a confidence boost this has done for me...especially in my line of work. I thank you Dr. Schwartz...for your skill and sweet nature during my time spent with you. To your amazing staff...thank you for all your kind words...it really meant a lot to me! I found a place where I will be going to have all my beauty needs met from here on out:) I want to encourage anyone curious about anything that has been burdensome to you...to have a consult with Dr. Schwartz...I'm so glad I did.
I traveled from Colorado to see Dr. Hubbard for a breast augmentation and all I can say is WOW!!!! Not only is he an exceptionally skilled surgeon, he has the best bedside manner of any doctor around. He and his staff (Ms. Rheanna and the rest of the ladies :)) immediately made me feel at ease, from the initial consult to the aftercare process which I am still in. I woke up the next day with minimal pain and have absolutely zero discomfort as we speak...and it's only four days later!! Dr. Hubbard and his staff are the consummate professionals and will immediately make you feel like family...how many other doctors and their staff can you say that about? I know for 100% certainty I will only be seeing Dr. Hubbard for all medical procedures, regardless of where I live!!
Had my daughters nose performed here, as a mother I was against it obviously... however I chose them because of there experience and thank goodness everything turned out fine.
Dr Mustoe has an unbelievable bedside manner. My son had an extreme deviated septum and unable to breathe out of his left nostril and additionally the nose was not straight. Our end goal was for him to breathe! Dr. Mustoe said he would get it as straight as he could and may not be perfect. After one month my son is able to breathe and his nose, while not perfectly straight, still looks like him and doesn't look like a 'done' nose. I would highly recommend Dr. Mustoe and his team.
Dr Mussat is a wonderful surgeon. I consulted with her in her downtown office. Upon entering her office her receptionist was welcoming and courteous. During my consultation Dr Mussat sat with me and gave me a presentation with information about my procedure. I felt that she was very thorough with her explanation. I was able to see actual footage of how she performs the procedure. This was impressive and she really took her time with me. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that I fit the criteria for having this procedure as a medical necessity which turned out to be a covered benefit under my BCBS plan. I have since had my surgery and I’m so happy with the outcome. The only regret I have is that I didn’t have this sooner. I’m so grateful to Dr Mussat and this has been truly a blessing for me.

Commonly known as a Mastopexy or mammoplasty, the breast lift differs from breast augmentation in that it helps to raise sagging breasts by modifying the size, contour, and elevation. It is a surgical procedure, performed by a plastic surgeon in which excess tissues and fat are removed. Some patients may choose to have breast implants added as part of the procedure. There is usually no medical reason to do it. While performing this surgery, the nipple-areola complex (NAC) is preserved to prevent damage to your lactational ability. Breasts look saggy due to overstretched suspensory ligaments of cooper, excessive tissue and skin. Lactation is also a cause of drooping breasts. This surgery restores your normal bust giving you round, elevated breasts. However, this surgery is not for everyone, you should talk to your doctor openly before opting for it. Your physical conditions and history are considered before going for surgery.
A breast lift won't significantly change the size of your breasts. However, a breast lift can be performed in combination with breast augmentation or breast reduction, this will be determined by your surgeon and will require a scan of the breasts.
A number of techniques are available for a breast lift. They differ in the location of incisions. The one suitable for you is chosen according to the condition of your breasts. The procedure begins with making you lay in the supine position. You are anesthetized, so that you may not suffer from pain during the surgery. After this, an incision is given around your areola descending down towards the crease where it runs horizontally. Stitches are given inside the breasts to suspend them. Excess tissue is removed. Sometimes, the size of your areola is decreased and nipples are shifted to a higher position. In the end, the skin flap is put back to its place and the incisions are stitched. A bandage is applied over the operated area. You are given a surgical bra to wear. Small tubes are placed near your incisions to drain any fluid or blood. These tubes are removed after some days.
This is a 2 to 3-hour procedure, after which you are moved from the operation theatre to a private recovery room. You are monitored for a few hours, and if everything goes fine you can go home on the same day, assuming no other surgeries were performed at the same time. After being discharged from the hospital, you have to come for check-ups on a regular basis to ensure that nothing goes wrong. You should remain in United States for at least 7-10 days after the surgery. In this period, your incisions heal and stitches are removed. You can leave when told by your doctor.
The exact type of surgery decides your recovery time, but either way, you should take 2 to 3 weeks off work. There will be pain and swelling in the operated area and your breasts will appear swollen and taught for almost 2 weeks. There will be redness and pain around your incisions and your areola and nipple are likely to be numb for a few days. In the early days, painkillers are given to help you with pain and surgical bras can be worn for 2 to 3 weeks, after which, you can wear regular bras. No underwire bras should be worn for at least 6 weeks.
Following points should be kept in mind to take care of yourself after being discharged from the hospital:
According to a survey, 80% of women are found satisfied by the result of breast lift surgery. Their bust is restored and sagginess disappeared. Failed surgeries leave marks on your breasts which can be subjected to hypertrophy. Also, there might be a difference in the shape of both breasts. Changes continue to take place for a year after the surgery. In these cases, revisional breast lift surgery is performed.
