Dr Wang is excellent surgeon. He cares very much for his parie ts and does the best job possible. I would highly recommended Dr Wang for any type of surgical procedures.
My experience with Dr. Bruno and his team has been nothing but good! Prior to choosing Dr.Bruno for my breast augmentation, I had a consultation with another doctor. She stated that my type of BA would require a complex procedure that would increase the price of my BA significantly. After doing my research and posting on RealSelf, I felt that I needed a second opinion because what she said I had was not confirmed by other doctors. It left me feeling she was being dishonest about what I needed just to hike up the cost of the surgery. Dr. Bruno had been referred to me by a friend that also had a BA so I decided to book a consultation with him and I am sooooo glad I did. I've had such a pleasant experience with his team since the first time I reached out to them. Joselle has always been really sweet and accommodating. I explained to her that I would like to see Dr. Bruno as soon as possible because I had only a few days to decide whether I would go with the other surgeon (the other surgeon's quote was only good for a few days because of a promotion they had). She gave me an appointment slot that worked for me, later she ended up calling me the next day to let me know that there was an appointment that was a couple days earlier than my original appointment. I really appreciated it that as I had very limited time to make up my mind. The day of my consultation came and after meeting with Dr. Bruno, it was clear to me that I would be going with him for my BA. He explained the procedure in great detail and answered of all my questions honestly. It was completely different experience than my consultation with the other surgeon who was pushy and seemed annoyed that I had tons of questions. He and his team made me feel very comfortable and I never felt pressured by them, as I did with the other surgeon I consulted. Both Marisol and Joselle were just as helpful with answering all my questions as Dr. Bruno. Throughout the entire BA journey, his staff would call me to remind me of appointments as well as check up on me once I had the procedure. They genuinely care about their patients. As far as the results go, I am only three weeks out from surgery but I already love what I am seeing and can't wait for my final result as I really admire Dr. Bruno's work from the before and after pictures I have seen of other patients. I highly recommend Dr. Bruno and his team! If I ever decide to have other procedures, I will definitely be returning to him.THANK YOU!
I was referred to Dr. Jejurikar by Dr. Gardner and I’m SO HAPPY that I finally went to see him. He’s the best (FIRST) experience I had with plastic surgery and I’d recommend him to anyone who’s contemplating having a procedure done. He and his entire office staff are friendly, patient and so very helpful.
I only went to Dr. Zarrabi for my consultation and haven't yet had my surgery but I had one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor. He was patient, kind, thorough. He answered every question I had and never rushed me once. He went through insurance possibilities with me and explained all of my options at length. I hope I can schedule my surgery with him soon.
I don't know where to start or how to say thank you to Dr. Schwartz and his amazing staff for all their support and care on my past visit. For as long as I can remember, I've had one big insecurity that I decided I would just learn to deal with because of my fear to go under the knife. I'd figured I would just avoid photos or just wear a filter in them...however, I met with Dr. Schwartz and he assured me he could fix my issue without surgery. I had a thorough consultation with him and next thing you know I was signed up for my appointment to have injectables for the first time in my 33 years. I always said when I felt ready to have my "pick me up" I was going to knock on a doctors door whose work and credentials were in line. Dr. Schwartz not only took care of all my issues but he delivered me my dream nose...I honestly can not stop looking at myself in the mirror. It's honestly so perfectly done and I just can't put into words what a confidence boost this has done for me...especially in my line of work. I thank you Dr. Schwartz...for your skill and sweet nature during my time spent with you. To your amazing staff...thank you for all your kind words...it really meant a lot to me! I found a place where I will be going to have all my beauty needs met from here on out:) I want to encourage anyone curious about anything that has been burdensome to you...to have a consult with Dr. Schwartz...I'm so glad I did.
I traveled from Colorado to see Dr. Hubbard for a breast augmentation and all I can say is WOW!!!! Not only is he an exceptionally skilled surgeon, he has the best bedside manner of any doctor around. He and his staff (Ms. Rheanna and the rest of the ladies :)) immediately made me feel at ease, from the initial consult to the aftercare process which I am still in. I woke up the next day with minimal pain and have absolutely zero discomfort as we speak...and it's only four days later!! Dr. Hubbard and his staff are the consummate professionals and will immediately make you feel like family...how many other doctors and their staff can you say that about? I know for 100% certainty I will only be seeing Dr. Hubbard for all medical procedures, regardless of where I live!!
Had my daughters nose performed here, as a mother I was against it obviously... however I chose them because of there experience and thank goodness everything turned out fine.
Dr Mustoe has an unbelievable bedside manner. My son had an extreme deviated septum and unable to breathe out of his left nostril and additionally the nose was not straight. Our end goal was for him to breathe! Dr. Mustoe said he would get it as straight as he could and may not be perfect. After one month my son is able to breathe and his nose, while not perfectly straight, still looks like him and doesn't look like a 'done' nose. I would highly recommend Dr. Mustoe and his team.
Dr Mussat is a wonderful surgeon. I consulted with her in her downtown office. Upon entering her office her receptionist was welcoming and courteous. During my consultation Dr Mussat sat with me and gave me a presentation with information about my procedure. I felt that she was very thorough with her explanation. I was able to see actual footage of how she performs the procedure. This was impressive and she really took her time with me. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that I fit the criteria for having this procedure as a medical necessity which turned out to be a covered benefit under my BCBS plan. I have since had my surgery and I’m so happy with the outcome. The only regret I have is that I didn’t have this sooner. I’m so grateful to Dr Mussat and this has been truly a blessing for me.
OMG I can think enough the doctor he did an amazing job explain me in detail what he process the surgery it was a quick procedure I didn’t feel anything at all On week after nobody notice I had an Earlode repair thank you so much Doctor Robert

Calf liposuction is a cosmetic procedure to remove stubborn layers of fat from the calves using a suction technique. The main goal of this procedure is to slim the ankles and the calves so that it tapers more attractively. It can be done to reduce the overall size of the calf or only specific areas to give a calf a more attractive shape. While calf liposuction is not as common as liposuction for other parts of the body, it is popular among those looking for an alternative calf reduction procedure. This procedure can help you maintain a proportionate and slimmer profile by eliminating fat from the lower leg area.
While some people may like large calves and strive to build their lower leg muscles with various weightlifting techniques, a lot of women actually find large calves or cankles as a problem. Thinner, sleeker, and more feminine-looking calves are often considered as attractive.
Calves may be large due to well-developed muscles. However, in many women, large calves are caused by excess fat. Fat located in the calves can be hard to eliminate with diet and exercise alone because they are often genetic. Even when the rest of your body is sleek and contoured, the calves can still appear bulky. This can lead to poor body confidence, lower self-esteem, and a lot of mental distress for some people. Aside from being considered unattractive and cause mental distress, thickened calves may make it hard for people to find shoes that fit, especially boots. Certain clothing types, such as narrow trousers or skinny jeans, may fit awkwardly or look unflattering. Some women also choose to avoid short dresses or pants to hide their bulky calves.
Due to the reasons mentioned above, many women resort to calf liposuction. The procedure can slim the ankle and calf area so that it tapers more attractively, enhancing the lower leg's appearance. The procedure works by removing excess fat from the calves to create a more sculpted shape and more feminine silhouette, so the lower leg looks more attractive. Ultimately, the results will restore your confidence. You can wear the clothes you may have avoided for years, such as shorts, swimsuits, and fashionable boots.
Calf liposuction is not for everyone. There are certain requirements that make you a good candidate for the procedure, such as:
Prior to your calf liposuction, you will attend a consultation with your plastic surgeon, either online or in person. During this consultation, your surgeon may ask you the specifics about what changes you would like to see on your calves. Tell your surgeon about what you want and your concerns, and make sure to disclose as much detail as possible about your medical history and medication use. Your surgeon and/or medical team may also give you pre-operative instructions, such as:
Your surgeon may also order a physical examination to assess your overall health and the area targeted for liposuction. For calf liposuction, your surgeon may perform a pinch test. You will have to remove your shoes, then stand flat-footed on a stool. You may also be asked to stand on your toes or rest your leg on a chair in a horizontal position with your knee bent at a 90-degree angle. While you are in position, your surgeon will look for a minimum of at least 2 centimeters of excess fat in your calves. A pinch test is done to give your surgeon an estimated idea of the number of fat cells that can be removed safely from your calves. Your skin quality and tone will also be assessed.
On the day of your calf liposuction, your surgeon will take photos of your calves for the before and after pictures so you can compare the results. Then, your surgeon will mark out the portions of your calves to be reduced. You will then be given anesthesia. Calf liposuction can be done under local anesthesia (numbs the treatment area, but you will stay awake) or general anesthesia (puts you in a temporary deep sleep, so you will not be aware of anything).
The process of calf liposuction is basically the same as liposuction done on other areas of the body. The most common technique is tumescent liposuction, which involves infiltrating tumescent fluid into the subcutaneous fat in your calves. The tumescent fluid consists of lidocaine (local anesthetic) and epinephrine (drugs that shrink your capillaries). This fluid causes the targeted area to become swollen and firm, as well as reducing bleeding during and after surgery.
After infiltrating the tumescent fluid, your surgeon will create tiny well-placed incisions in your calves to insert a micro-cannula under the skin. A microcannula is a very small and thin tube, less than 3 millimeters in size, that is connected to a vacuum-like machine. Your surgeon then uses a back and forth motion to warm and breaks up the fat, allowing it to be easily suctioned out by the microcannula. The combination of the microcannula and back and forth method also allows your surgeon to remove excess fat deposits precisely from the calves while sculpting and contouring the remaining fatty tissue. If your ankles and inner knee has accumulated fat, your surgeon may also remove them during the same session.
Once your surgeon finishes suctioning the excess fat, they will apply a pad over the incisions and cover it with a compression garment.
You usually do not have to stay in the hospital following your calf liposuction. However, in certain cases, you may need to stay overnight, especially when the surgery involves general anesthesia. After you are discharged from the hospital, stay in United States for at least seven more days. During your stay, you will have to rest as much as possible to let your body heal and attend follow-up checkups. Your surgeon will monitor your healing and possibly remove any stitches during the follow-up checkups.
The recovery time can be different from one patient to another, depending on the volume of fat removed and the technique used. In general, you should be able to return to work and normal routine within a week or two. However, if your job is demanding or involve a lot of physical activities, you should take at least six weeks off of work. Strenuous activities, such as heavy lifting and going to the gym, should be avoided for around 4 to 6 weeks.
You may experience some pain and discomfort in the first couple of days following your surgery. There may also be bruising and swelling, but they will subside over time. You may also experience tiredness while walking, but it will be resolve within several months.
An aftercare instruction will be given to you following your calf liposuction. It is important that you follow all of the instructions carefully. The aftercare instructions may include:
Even after you have recovered, you still do need to take good care of your calves. Maintaining healthy habits, such as eating well and exercising, will help you enjoy the results for a long time, maybe even permanently. You also need to massage and put on lotion or oils to your calves.
Calf liposuction is a very successful procedure that is considered to be highly effective in reducing fat and contouring the calves. However, all forms of surgery carry some possibility of risk and complications. With calf liposuction, the risks and complications are bleeding, infections, blood clots, an adverse reaction to anesthesia, prolonged swelling, and too little or too much fat reduction.
The key to successful calf liposuction is choosing a skilled and board-certified plastic surgeon. Make sure the plastic surgeon you choose is well aware of the aesthetics of the lower ankles. It is also important for you to follow all pre-and post-operative instructions that your surgeon gives you. Those who follow all of their surgeon's instructions are more likely to be satisfied with their procedure.
There are several alternatives to calf liposuction. These are:
Prior to having calf liposuction, you may not like the way your calves look because you feel they're too bulky. You may wear long skirts and pants to hide them. It may also be hard for you to find boots and skinny jeans that fit your legs in a flattering way. After calf liposuction, you should get shapely and toned lower legs. This will ultimately enhance your self-confidence and self-esteem. Finding boots and skinny jeans that fit perfectly will be easy, and you don't have to avoid short skirts and shorts anymore.
