Have been coming back here since 2014. They offer a wide variety of good quality frames with a tag price that you'll love. They also offer sports goggles for a knockout price. The glass grade results are right on point due to their precise vision acuity test conducted. Production time varies on your product, on my experience, the longest time i have to wait to get my glasses delivered was 3 days.

I had my cataract diagnosed and have it scheduled for operation but I took a second opinion and subsequently cancelled to have my operation on the second opinion. What changed my mind? These points:1. I asked the doctor who was assigned to me is she will be the one who will operate on my cataract. My purpose is to ask for clarifications on issues that concerned me and if she will not be operating, it will be a waste of time asking. She responded, yes I am. Would you prefer another doctor? It was fine with me but when I asked for specific questions, she answered briefly and seemed to be annoyed. Nevertheless, I went through all the necessary examinations for the subsequent surgery.2. Since I still have a nagging concern that remained unanswered, I took a second opinion in a reputable hospital in Makati where my mate had his cataract surgery. This hospital was known for expensive fees but I was surprised that they were in fact cheaper than American Eye! (Surprise?!)3. Both doctors informed me of the available options for Intra-Ocular Lenses. I opted for a Tri-focal lens so I can be free from glasses but that doctor advised me that based on her experience, this may not yield optimal result for me. My second opinion doctor voiced the same concern but further mentioned that he used tri-focal in many patients and most were extremely satisfied with the lens. He gave me confidence to decide choosing this lens.4. My second opinion doctor was very patient and candid in explaining what

I was in the ER at about 5.30am and I've been waiting for almost 5 hours to get my swab test done. There's not much patient but it takes so much time to accommodate me, you can see staff inside that isn't working. So disappointing.

I am sending this complaint in behalf of my whole family who has been so disappointed with the service that they gave us when we made several follow ups on the result test done with my mother in law, husband and niece. We've tried to call them several times and they kept on telling us its not yet in the system. We've sent several emails and they haven't responded. only to find out they were sending response to my sister in law who happens to be in another country also asking for follow up!!!This is really annoying

My son started his check up six years ago. I only search barbara roque in google because of his eye problem. At first she is not really accomodating she even scolded me for not following her advice. Doc. Manolette Roque is such a kind person to me.I remember before my cataract surgery, he told me that he will provide music in the operating room. to let me not be scared of the surgery, but he really told me after my first checkup with him. that the cataract surgery is not that painful, cause it's already high tech nowadays.Thanks to him, my eyes got clearer.I would love to go back to him many times already.he even gave me a key chain today.

Way back in 2012, I was referred to Dr. Manolette Roque who was at that time recognized to be the best opthalmologist in St.Lukes who specializes in Uveitis. I had an unusual condition with an unknown cause so I've been through many opthalmologist but I can say that Dr. Roque is the one that really stayed on my case. He is very passionate in his practice and even patiently educated me about my condition. He also gave me some preventive measures that I can apply in the future. I knew that this eye condition might lead to serious complications if not closely monitored, it was also too costly to visit him weekly, to my surprise I found favor with him and by God's grace, he was generous and considerate enough to offer a deal what will fit my financial status. He encouraged me not to lose hope. I know that my condition is a challenge and he is really willing to help not just because it’s his profession, but he wanted me to get healed completely. To make the long story short until now, he is still managing my case and all I can say are positive reviews about him. I recently had a cataract surgery and I'm looking forward for complete healing. This is happening right at this moment i am typing this review. My mother is in critical condition due to breast cancer and wanted to just go home (as her physician recommended it is too late, she is weak and in her final stage) She is not doing well and in pain and her REQUEST IS JUST TO GO HOME. My sisters are waiting for the ambulance to take her home because she is very weak. It took them so long that my family just decided to take her home. I couldn't believe they will let a patient, my mother, who is critically ill to wait that long just to go home. I am very disgusted with how the process and treatment with a critically ill patient. Do not bring your family in this hospital!

To get your laboratory results, they invite you to call their laboratory landline number which is just a joke... You will just wait there forever.If by any chance someone pick up the phone, they will directly redirect you to another number... which will start the process again... To add more fun, you might also be simply cut off after some time...For an hospital like The Medical City Ortigas, this awful service is a shame!!!!

The newly open Central Park will be an extra treat, an amenity area that will give patients and visitors the feeling of being at home in their own garden. Doctors here are the best in the country. How I wish every Filipino can experience the medical care and assistance at Thé Medical City.❤️ March 4, 2020, I went to the Ambulatory Service Center- as usual long line but patients are comfortably seated and patiently waiting. I have been on food and water fasting for my blood extraction. Not to over fast I approached the lady at the counter 4, to let her know of my situation. She was so quick in attending to my concern and never ask for anything, not even my ID or HMO. She accompanied me at the blood extraction area and everything I need was well taken cared of because of her.
