Although the procedure felt rushed, the doctor was kind and professional. Not had any issues at all after the treatment. The customer service can be improved, though. It was hard to contact them.

Came to get ears cleaned. Doctor was professional, spoke basic English, good experience overall. Sevice was quick. Would recommend if you want to be quick and easy ear cleaning.

Went in for left ear cleaning, doctor spent 3 min total with me including 5 seconds of suction. Gave me drops. Hearing didn’t improve, but I’m out of 1,500 baht which I thought was quite expensive
