Dr. O'Toole is an incredibly talented surgeon. If you want to look amazing but not admit to anything, he's your doctor! The office staff is wonderful as well.

I had my nose done in 2015 and it was for breathing and beauty with an emphasis on beauty. Since then I’ve married and now have one beautiful child. I still see Dr Shah for fillers and Botox although now I mostly see his wife. To say this is the best thing that has happened is the understatement of the century. I am literally better looking and breathing than I ever thought possible. I recommend him and his staff to all of my friends and family

Dr. Max is one of the most outstanding surgeons and doctors you will ever meet and work with. Highly trained, highly skilled, an artist when it comes to aesthetics!For years before meeting Dr. Max, I heard from many people how wonderful he is - as a doctor and a human being. His staff take their q's from him and are also highly competent, very considerate and kind. Flexible too. If something comes up, they do not penalize you for being late to an appointment or having to cancel. Bernice in Dr. Max's Pasadena office is outstanding ... she understands all procedures, knows the pricing structure inside and out and is the keep of the schedule for Dr. Lehfeldt.Patricia V.

At first I wasn't sure how I became so at ease about proceeding with the surgery but than I came across this picture of Dr. Gregory Weiner in a wig during what appeared to be a Holloween celebration and It all made sense. On a more serious note, I can't say enough about this team at The Art of Plastic Surgery in Chicago. From the day of consultation to the day of surgery I knew I was in good hands. I have nothing but admiration for his attention to details, diligence and exceptional bedside manners. There's many MDs on social media receiving millions of likes and for that reason I was going to fly to New York without knowing an exceptional surgeon works in my back yard. Anyway, I still don't know what my nose looks like, heck maybe I don't even have a nose but I'm at ease because I know I chose the most knowledgeable and kind hearted people in Chicago. I'm going through a smooth recovery I'm almost scared that something might be very wrong because I didn't take one pain pill during the whole time. I'm having that emotional moment again, don't be all surprised now he he. I can't imagine having missed this experience in life.

I had a vertically fractured tooth that needed to be surgically extracted. My dentist refered me here, and I am very pleased with the results. The oral surgeon explained the possible treatments clearly, and respected my wish to not do a human bone transplant and suggested an alternative, BMP, to stimulate growth so I could later get a transplant and a crown. The extraction went very smoothly, with very good numbing, so I did not have pain during the procedure. He gave me good advice on how to manage with OTC pain meds and I never needed to use any from the prescibed pain killers. At two weesks out, it is healing nicely and I have not needed any painkillers for a week. They worked with my HMO insurance and were very clear about what was covered and what was not and there there no surprises in billing. I am now planning to have them do the implant in the coming months. The office staff were helpful and kind and very clear in their communications. The office was comfortable and pleasant.

I had Mohs surgery twice and went to Dr. Cap Lesesne afterward for reconstructive surgery on my nose. I was very nervous about what my face was going to look like after but he did such a good job that you can’t even tell I had surgery in the first place. It really looks amazing! His bedside manner was wonderful and I would highly recommend using him.

Cosmetology is the study and application of beauty treatments to the skin, hair, and nails. Cosmetologists can also perform relaxation techniques, aromatherapies, reflexology, expert makeup applications, and theatrical applications.
Cosmetologists can be divided into several specialties, including hair color specialists, barber, skin care consultants, or more technical professions, such as Aestheticians who are licensed professionals who focus on treating skin-related issues, such as acne, signs of aging, and hyperpigmentation. They are also trained to perform technical procedures, such as microdermabrasion, cosmetic electrotherapy treatments (galvanic current, high frequency), mechanical massage (g8 vibratory ad vacuum), ultrasound/ultrasonic treatments (low level), and microcurrent (also referred to as nonsurgical “facelifts). Aestheticians who undergo special training may be able to offer permanent makeup applications, laser hair removal, light chemical peels, microblading, electrology, and eyelash extensions as well.
How Long Should I Stay in United States?
After cosmetology procedures, you should be able to leave the cosmetologist office on the same day. You may even be allowed to leave for home during the same day of your cosmetology procedure. However, since some of the procedures, such as microdermabrasion, require several sessions you may want to stay in United States until your whole treatment plan is completed. Your medical travel team should be able to advise you on this matter.
What's the Expected Recovery Time?
Most cosmetology procedures require little to no downtime and you should be able to go back to work immediately unless your cosmetologist says otherwise. You may experience some temporary side effects, but usually, nothing that requires bed rest.
What Aftercare is Required?
The aftercare will be different, depending on the type of procedure you underwent. In general, you need to take care of the area of skin where the procedure took place. For instance, you may need to stay out of the sun, use a rich moisturizer, avoid makeup, and keep yourself hydrated after microdermabrasion, micro-needling, and chemical peels. To maintain the results of your cosmetology procedure, you may need a touch up once or twice a year, depending on the treatment you undergo.
What's the Success Rate?
The success rate of cosmetology largely depends on the skills of your cosmetologist. However, given the advances in technology and understanding of the skin, nail, and hair, cosmetology procedures offer a high success rate and most people are satisfied with the results they get. Since almost all cosmetology procedures are noninvasive, the risks are also minimal. Some temporary side effects may include minor pain, discomfort, redness, and swelling. Rare, complications include infections, allergic reactions, burns, and severe pain. The key to avoiding these complications is to follow all instructions your cosmetologist gives you and also ensure that your cosmetologist is certified or licensed.
