My father was admitted to this hospital (ICU) and stayed there for 40 days. He was later transported back to an American hospital here in the United States for further treatment. I was there for 2 weeks and got a first glimpse inside the hospital and inside the ICU. It is a very busy hospital with people everywhere. It is an overcrowded hospital and I think another hospital needs to be built to accommodate more people to reduce the burden on Cho Ray Hospital. Parking outside is hectic as it is off of a very busy street. Five main things that need to be improved.The process is the main thing that needs to be improved to make this hospital more efficient. In order to visit the ICU, you have to go to another building and wait to get the visitation pass. They call out the names around 2:50 p.m. Afterwards, you have to run to the ICU building, which is about 5 minutes away. Visitation hours for the ICU is from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and only 2 people are allowed per day, not at the same time. Also, you may need to purchase diapers ahead of time before going into the ICU since the hospital does not supply that, which I think is odd. Before going up to the 2nd floor (ICU), there may be 1 or 2 hospital workers there who will check the pass and make sure only 2 people are allowed per visitation pass. If you do not have the visitation pass, they will not let you go up. If you come after 3:30 p.m., you will miss the visitation hours and will have to come back the next day. At the U.S. h
