Prof. Dr. Ashok Govila, a single-surgeon listing with DHA licence and European College of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery membership, and Ohio Clinic publish £5,354 and £5,486. The three JCI hospitals with a price are Canadian Specialist Hospital in Deira (5 reviews at 4.4, 10 doctors) at $7,169, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City (5 reviews at 5.0, 8 doctors, established 2007) at $8,420, and Dubai London Clinic and Specialty Hospital in Jumeirah (established 1987, 9 doctors) at $9,559. Cocoona in Al Safa, the one listing with ISAPS and American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery membership (5 reviews at 4.6, 9 doctors), is at $7,892.

Lift alone, or lift with implants

A lift on its own removes excess skin and repositions the nipple; it restores shape but not volume. A combined augmentation-mastopexy adds implants in the same operation, with their cost on top. The technique moves the price too: a periareolar lift for mild sagging leaves a scar around the nipple only; a vertical lift adds a scar down to the fold; an anchor lift for significant sagging adds a scar along the fold and takes longest. How long to stay

Ten to fourteen days for visitors: the operation with a night in hospital if the surgeon prefers it, dressings checked at day two or three, stitches checked at day seven to ten and clearance to fly. Gulf residents can shorten this with a return visit. You will wear a surgical bra for four to six weeks, avoid raising your arms above shoulder height for the first week, and avoid lifting, the gym and swimming for six weeks. Scars fade over twelve to eighteen months.
