Very poor service. Came here to have a check - up and ask for advice and treatment. Funny that after 4 days and several test and those laboratory that are not really necessary the consultants didn’t know the cause, I wonder what kind of service will this hospital give to those who are near death situations. I have never felt so unsure with the doctors checking up my family this bad. I never felt safe in the hands of the dr’s who cannot even explain to me why a patient have this illness. Very alarming, the government needs to check this hospital because all they do is to suck the money out of the patient and give you bad feeling towards how the nurses even treat you.. Nurses on the 5th level of East wing felt like they are in a large playground. You can see them laughing and all but when the patient ask for help they never really attend to it immediately.. definitely, not recommended. Very poor service, very poor quality of cleanliness. Better go to other hospital than to waste your money here in this hospital.

private hospital most serviced most sluggish.appt surgery at 2 pm wait until 7 pm just made.after surgery x doctor who followup.nak discas 3 hours waiting for that even if x ask it is until night. service is slow. I recommend going to another private hospital.

Car park lift lobby is limited to only 1 functioning lobby due to COVID19 to ensure that your unwell loved ones are taken care properly kindly drop them off at the drop off area to limit the crowd at the lift area, I wished the hospital posted a PSA before everyone - old & young crowds at the one and only functioning CARPARK lift lobby with no social distancing measures in place.

Admission takes 3 hours and discharge takes almost 6 hours. The nurses don't even bother understanding the questions raised but just hand out what they think we asked for.The only star was for the doctor we got the treatment from. Other than that, nothing impressed me. Have undergone surgery with other hospital which wasn't as posh as Pantai but both their admission and discharge took us lesser than 2 hour. So, between the insurance and hospital argument whereby I have sent the docs to them and they haven't reverted, I leave it up to you as a future patient to decide.Update: Sept2020Had to be readmitted due to an infection at the surgery area. Admission via ER didn't take as long as 3 hrs. Nurse care was better this time. Not sure if its was because we were recurring patients or the review on the discharge form.Since we had the excruciating 6 hrs discharge the previous time, we opted to pay a deposit and hospital will take care of the final GL and update us when its clear. The final clearance from hospital came 5-6 days after discharge. We called the first 2 days to check with both insurance and hospital on the status, till we gt tired. Just imagining if we stayed.

Me and my wife go there during late night hours for emergency treatment. The treatment in emergency room for interviewing patient before meet the (GP) doctors is very very poor and lack of privacy. Two Medical staff is acting helpful and talk Chinese behind me. Little do they know I'm a local tour guide who speaks multiple type of Chinese languages in kk, although my looks is totally opposite from my race. This two low ethical female medical staff is looking down and talk to each other without bother to respect my wife. One of the staff get annoyed when the other staff ask her to go and get the wheelchair ready. I'm very disappointed with Gleneagles kota kinabalu branch. Becareful when reach out to any patient and begrateful that I don't bother to even make this thing even worse.

VERY VERY BAD experience here. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with the services and the nurses. Spent RM11,000 in total. Was simply charged a 2 nights stay in hospital without giving proper explanation of the charges. Brought my mum here for a checkup on the first day and she was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. Paid RM700++ just for some blood test, laboratory investigation and consultant from doctor. Doctor asked us to come back the next day 9am (appointment arranged) for a more detailed check up whether there are tumors inside her liver. (I'm totally fine with this)The next day we came, my mum was told to do a full body scan and also do endoscopy, she was then sent into day care room (RM75 a day) to prepare for scanning. Around 10:30am, my mum has done the body scan and doctor say the lung has many water retention, he suggest us to go for detailed check up for lung department. And says that its better to do a small operation to remove the water inside the lung (basically just a needle injection at the back of the body). Ok, we trust the doctor and agreed to do that. And the doctor says it only took 1-2 hours to remove the water. So my mum lied on the bed for almost two hours, non of the nurses/doctor in charge came. I went to ask the nurse whether its done, they say need to wait for doctor. Ok fine, doctor finally came around 3pm, and says that he need to take the water packs for investigation, and the report will come out soon and the lung doctor in charge will come to talk to us r

Saw the IVF promotion, called and ask for further info, but to no avail. Purposely drop by the branch, still no one could provide any further info as to the pricing, time frame etc, unless an appointment is made with the doctor. At least 5 staff were there, 4 of them busy pressing their phones non stop and 1 very tak layan attitude explaining to me in 1-2 sentence. I can get more information just by reading the brochure. Filled the feedback form but no reply at all. I definitely will not trust them with this attitude. Hope the upper management is aware of this

My husband and I visited TMC Puchong yesterday. This was my second experience of visiting a fertility doctor after Pantai Klang. I was much amazed the way the team welcomed us. My appointment was at 11,though there were a few patients in waiting room before me, I got my turn right 15 minutes after finished registration. Dr Navdeep was very professional, he explained each test precisely and nurses were very helpful too. Overall TMC 10/10.

One of the worst IVF experiences! I am young but ended with 0 Normal eggs. After my bad experience with TMC at JB then I did another round in other clinic with good outcome. IVF should be a very strict in every step but I was not be well taken care of. Not happy with the doctor nor the labs!

Went to get a 2D scan since we are nearby for a family visit. Last week of pregnancy. The service here was not up to standard. That alone should be fine. But combine with high price and apparent lack of knowledge and bedside mannerism it's a recipe for disaster. Scan 2D was Rm40 but then there was consulting fee of Rm30 for a total of, rm70. Everywhere else I go they only charge a total of below rm40 for a normal 2d scan complete with comfortable scan so my husband can see together. But here you have to ask first only then the doctor will scan. What if I have something critical that needs immediate medical attn? And what's up with the extra consulting fee? Other Clinic doesn't bill you if you have any worries. WORST experience ever and I'm considering reporting it to authority. Will never visit again.

I will seriously report to the Malaysian Medical Council. I came to do a scan because I was around. Scan made ala rate. When asked to check for amniotic fluid, that's all he did. When asked if a new fetal heart rate was created, when asked how much the baby weighs he said "last week I did it, so it's more or less the same". Although I did the last scan 1 week ago elsewhere, I paid for the service at this place. Bills are not affordable with service.2D scan and pon. Another detailed scan to what. Elsewhere scan x needs to be told, do whatever is needed for the mother's health. You have to ask one, just want to answer. I am stressed with this experience. This place is NOT professional and NOT recommended. Report scan pound scratched on the back of A4 paper written random things mcm order kedai tomyam pulak. I have a medical background so I know a little bit but imagine those who do not know anything and believe completely. This gives a bad impression on certified doctors & clinics.
