Bei unserem Besuch ist uns vor allem die 1a Hygiene, Professionalität des Arztes und der sehr netten und authentischen Arzthelferinnen aufgefallen. Wir haben sofort einen Termin für meine Tochter bekommen. Wir waren mit der kompetenten Behandlung und der Ausstrahlung, die Dr. Karajoli auf Kindern hat sehr zufrieden. Also im allgemeinen haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Zur Beratung für eine sehr teuere Schlafapnoe Operation dort gewesen. Danach Terror am Telefon von einem Herrn mit sehr dubiosen Aussagen wie: "Wenn Sie lieber sterben wollen . . ." - Schade eigentlich, Prof. Hoffmeister selbst hat einen guten und sehr netten Eindruck gemacht.

I was at MEOCLINIK about 2 months ago for a gastroscopy. The treating doctor / gastroenterologist was: Dr. KöppeA very competent and friendly doctor who takes a lot of time for his patients. Highly Recommended. The team / staff around Dr. Köppe gave me detailed advice. A coordinated team. Outstanding!

Hello everybody! I would give this hospital minus stars if that were possible. At least as far as the children's ward is concerned. My sister went to Buch with my two year old niece last week. The little one had a high fever for several days. My sister had hoped that my niece could be helped. No way. In the recording, the nurse played it all down. In a telephone conversation with the doctor responsible, she repeatedly said "concerned parents". Concerned parents probably mean over-anxious internally. In any case, my little niece was sent away again, I have to say that she was only sent away indirectly. The nurse had said that she would have to wait hours for an examination. Fortunately, my sister and her husband decided not to give up. They both knew something was wrong with the little one. The Virchow Clinic in Wedding has accepted them. There she was diagnosed with Kawasaki Syndrome. 2 days later it would have been too late. I don't want to make the Buch clinic bad with this. Certainly it was a misunderstanding and I also see that some parents are overly careful. Unfortunately, in this case it was negligent. so far I have preferred to be in books than anywhere else when it comes to my family. However, this experience runs deep. Like a sting that is difficult to remove. I know you are a good hospital. but in this case you were fatally wrong. I do not wish parents to be turned away with their child only to get a bad diagnosis in the next hospital. I like book. I like the hospi

We were there on July 21, due to severe pain in the knee, so it was visibly swollen and I could hardly walk without walking aids.There were around 15 other people in the recording with me, who were also hardly taken care of.Some women didn't know how to get home and asked the staff who didn't care because the lady had no care level.When a nurse finally came to me, she said to all the other patients that there was nothing and I just imagined it. Then I showed her my legs, where you could clearly see that something was wrong. My leg was swollen and blue and my foot was bruised.She said she had too much to do today. She asked several times where it hurts and I showed her what she just said 'I don't see anything there.'Kurt then spoke to another employee about the fact that my leg is said to be swollen but that she doesn't see anything. After that, the sister never came to me.When I asked the receptionist why I was being put on hold and told him that I was in pain, he apprehended me and said that there were some worse cases and I didn't know how many RTWs were arriving.I have complete understanding for that, but not for being treated so reluctantly.The staff is so unmotivated, only pulls a long face and is hardly willing to take care of the patients.The nurse ridiculed me in front of the other patients and then talked to another colleague about my pain. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend Helios.

As a former patient I am amazed at the comments about the Helios in Berlin-Buch !!!Apart from Frau Vierkorn and Grundmann and the sisters in house 210, I am not at all satisfied with the Helios.For example, when I log in to calls it takes forever, of course I'm not the only caller I know that myself.I read the canteen is good and the offer is extensive.I can only laugh about it, the food is bad and the staff are sometimes cheeky and outrageous.The icing on the cake is if I want to call the complaint body, someone calls the phone only after making several calls.Incidentally, the claim that everything is clean and in order also in the toilets about it I can only laugh. As an addendum I add the outrageous behavior of the staff in the registration. Stupid is still a polite description. Of course, in the corona crisis there are a number of things to keep in mind. I can only urgently advise the clinic management to think about certain staff, I mean the red department the registration to name only 2 groups. Grundmann leave the Helios but Frau Doktor Rupp who is still new makes a very good impression on me. I hope factual criticism will be taken seriously.Friendly greetingsJürgen Happek

Die Ärzte und Schwestern sind sehr nett und Kompetent gewesen nach meiner Meinung. Haben sich sehr viel mühe gegeben und ein alles erklärt. Aber leider ist die Sauberkeit die ich im Krankenhaus erlebt habe, echt unter aller würde. Da wird man ja noch krank, bei der schlechten Hygiene in den Toiletten und im Bad. Das Bett, was ich bekommen hatte, musste ich gleich zum Anfang bemängeln da sind überall im Bett vom Vorgänger sämtliche Harre gewesen und auch Scharm Harre. Sowas geht ja nun gar nicht. Sowas habe ich noch niemals im Krankenhaus erlebt. Auch nicht wo ich selber als Pfleger im Krankenhaus gearbeitet hatte. Wen man schon angeblich sauberes Bett bekommt, dann erwarte ich auch, dass es sauber ist. Und nicht die Harre vom Vorgänger drin sind. Habe es die Krankenschwester Gemälden, die dann prompt sofort sich darum gekümmert hatte. Und sich dafür entschuldigt, dass sowas vorgekommen ist. Und mir gesagt, dass hätte aber nicht passieren dürfen. Und dan sofort ein neues Bett bekommen, was dann auch wirklich dann sauber war. Sonst die Behandlung und Erklärung von der Behandlung von mir, war sehr kompetent und verständlich. Die Schwestern und Ärzte haben sich sehr will Mühe gegeben und waren auch sehr nett gewesen. Wen irgendwas war, ist es so schnell wie es ging gemacht worden. Würde das Krankenhaus wegen der sehr schlechten Hygiene nicht mehr hingehen. Nur noch wen die Hygiene wieder in Ordnung ist. Kudos to the outpatient surgery station, everything was explained, very nice team, I felt very well looked after. I was met by very friendly nurses at Ward 15. The further care on the ward is also very, very pleasant.
