This "Clinic" charged me 1million vnd to remove 2 small acne! After talking with a vietnamese friend who is a beautician she told me that I was overcharged and scammed for this operation! Dishonest and very unprofessional staff too. They quote me a different price the day earlier. Plus the staff laugh about me as were going to the bathroom. Quite rude and unprofessional. Tired of these businesses who scammed and overcharged foreigners! Such a pity mediocre mindset!Do not go there as a foreigner but as a local too. These businesses needs to be shut down for real.

Sian Clinic is one of a few offering laser hair removal. And I tried some others but Sian clinic gets a 5/5 across the board. Although you pay slightly more the professionalism and standard far excels above the others, making it truly worth it. It is very clean. English speaking staff for easy communication. Accept foreign card payments. Discount available with packages. They were very welcoming when I arrived. Allowed me time to look through the services available. Once I picked they talked through the process. The lady who performed the laser was highly professional. Some people maybe a little nervous for a fully Hollywood laser but they made no fuss and made me feel very comfortable. I was super excited to try their other treatments but unfortunately the border closed. Locking me out. If you are considering a treatment. Check them out!! You won’t regret it!

You'd love to be hospitalized here for a long time but you have to make sure that you have an insurance that will cover all the bills because this hospital is very expensive. I mean, fair enough; - doctors and nurses are professionals and well trained they might speak a lil engrish but enough for you to understand them. Doctors have a translator. - medical secretary who also happens to be my translator is very cool and she'll always be there to help you not only for translating but for making you feel okay. - facilities such as ct scans, xrays, ultrasound are really great and modern so fast service no hassle. Medical staff who're assigned in are very friendly and warm. - clean and modern building. They'll clean your room and change the beddings everyday. - hospital food here are delicious and they're always on time. Variety of food in the menu, healthy side dishes and mains. - overall, everything is absolutely amazing. Nurses will take care of you, doctors come and visit you often to see how're you doing which is important. Thanks Vinmec and to all of the staff!

Had severe ear pain not sure from what and asked for a consultation with a ENT specialist via their website Saturday early morning (3 am around). 6:45 am I got an email asking if 9 am same day works. Gave them all details via email and when I arrived everything went smooth and quick. There is a bit of language barrier but they are trying their best to explain. The doctor was taking time to carefully explain.

ve had many procedures here and trust their competency. Foriegn and Vietnamese doctors trained overseas, about as good as one can find in Vietnam. Meets minimum international standards and far exceeds most other hospitals in Hanoi.

I was taken here with pains associated with gastroenteritis, and the marvellous nurses and doctors were proactive and soon diagnosed me with acute pancreatitis, too. The whole experience was wonderful (I don't think I've ever said this about an illness before). A huge thank you must be given to Lė Thi Mai (amazing English, really kind and fantastic bedside manner) on the emergency ward and to all staff on the 6th floor general medical unit (lovely and talented medical professionals) who looked after me for four days. This is an EXCEPTIONAL hospital. I can recommend to everyone, especially foreigners who do not speak Vietnamese, as most staff have good English. Clean, luxurious, modern hospital with excellent medical facilities and professional, experienced staff. Thank you for curing me!!!!!!

I absolutely LOVED Grace's Skincare center. It was clean, they offered me a refreshment, and there was hardly any wait at all. The consultation fee was super affordable and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The recommendations I received were also super reasonable and I didn't feel at all that they were trying to snag me as a regular patient. The really sweet doctor, Dr. Khanh, also taught me a few lessons about how to better take care of my skin this hot and sunny weather (tip: wear long sleeves!). On the whole, they were very fair and kind with me and super understanding. I felt really well taken cared of.Normally doctor's rush me out of their room as soon as possible, but this particular doctor spent as much time as was needed to make me feel fully cared for. She was AMAZING!As far as I can tell, having been to several hospitals already in Vietnam throughout the country, this is the absolute TOP of the line care! The consultation was honest; nothing was over-promised or under-delivered. If there was something that they could not do, they helped me find the place where I could find a solution to my skin issues. They didn't suggest that I needed more than I had requested. Milia Removal is considered a non-invasive cosmetic procedure and doesn't require surgery, however, specialist staff are often required to help undertake such procedures / treatments. This type of Dermatology procedure / treatment is very affordable the world over, and particularly in Vietnam - this is mostly because the skill set, experience and equipment required by the specialist doesn't need to be especially advanced. For Milia Removal, photos are required for the specialist to review prior to treatment.

Due to the non-invasive nature of Milia Removal, the worst you can expect is a slight feeling of discomfort or irritation, but this will completely pass within a matter of hours. As for aftercare, you should just rest as much as possible and avoid strenuous exercise for a day or two.

You should plan to stay in Vietnam for at least a day or two after your treatment, given that you won't have the need for follow up appointments.
