I cannot say enough about how great my experience has been with these guys. I have had extensive work done over the past 2 years and am so happy with the results. From the people at the front desk to Dr Julian and his skilled and compassionate staff, every visit has been very positive and encouraging. The prices are less than half of that of my dentist here in Del Mar and I believe the overall mood and vibe of the office is much more positive and pleasant. I've also enjoyed getting to know Tijuana again. The dental office is located in Gastro district and on the days when I was able to eat after my visit, my wife and I enjoyed some really great restaurants. Overall, a great experience

By far, Advanced Smiles Dentistry is the best dental office in Tijuana! They are professional, accommodating, and technology-driven. The doctors and staff would make your visit there a breeze, as they are friendly, bilingual, highly skilled! The office is easy to find, relaxing and spotless. You can get there by driving your car or by crossing the border walking. I have gotten there both ways. If you drive, there is public parking in front of the building and another at the end of the street. If you don't want to cross the border driving, you can park in San Ysidro (I parked last time at LAZ Parking) and cross from there. As soon as you're in Mexico, you can call the office, and they will order an Uber for you (you can pay the driver in USD, I think I paid around $3.00 + Tip)Even with insurance, dentistry pricing is astronomical in the US; I like that they have fair pricing and payment plans. Honestly, I only have good things to say about this dental office and the staff, I've been going to them for years now, and I highly recommend it! PS. They LOVE doughnuts, bring them some when you go!

I contacted DST and Sky got back to me in a promptly manner gave me reasonable prices for the dental work that had to be done. We scheduled and appointed and they took care of me. They are bilingual and have very affordable prices I went there all the way from LA. Will definitely come back for all my dental work in the near future.

I went to the clinic last month / June 2019 to get a broken crown replaced. The new crown feels great. No problemas so far, and I was especially happy about the very affordable price since I am retired with no dental plan. You have to go passed the immediate border area into town to get the real prices. It’s 10 blocks but that is a $3 ride or 2.3 mile fun/safe walk from the border. Everyone was very friendly and the office was clean and cool. The dentist spoke limited English (open, close, bite) but the receptionist’s was perfect and everything was explained very well. There’s a men’s barber shop on the same corner where I got a great cut for $1200MX and of course loads of delicious food to try and sites to see along the way. I Love Mexico!

Dr.Moreno is very professional. I had one implant 3 years ago. There is no infection and discomfort during these 3 years. She also kept my implant record till now. The dentistry also offers pick up service at the boarder, no need to worry about the language barrier and transportation.

Highly recommend Dr. Moreno and her team at implant dental. Had 3 gold crowns. One root canal at fellow dental practitioner she recommended and the implant done by her - I were of the highest quality. Dr. Nayelli..did an expert job on my bridge. The office was very clean and had the newest equipment.. they used CEREC technology for same day crowns.. and were experts at it. I was treated very well and efficiently. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 ..is that at a couple of points ..I thought they were trying to upsell me for more services ( like every dental office I have ever been to).Although I traveled from Boston, MA.. I saved roughly $3,000. Highly recommend for crowns etc. I do not know about route canals because I think you need to be close to a dentist in case of issues after the procedure.

Had a wonderful experience at Dental brush. Got 2 root canals done and 6 crowns down. The price was very good. Dental brush is very professional and a very nice place. I can’t say enough about my great experience. Had partial dentures made in one day. I opted for upgraded ones at $500 us instead of the $350 ones. I couldn’t be happier. Wore them and ate with them from day one. I live in Orange County. So I drove to Oceanside where I could take the Coaster train to San Diego. I paid $3.00 for an all day pass. The pass is good for the trolley to Chula Vista. Walked across and paid $5 for a cab. The dentist reimbursed me the $5 and called and paid a taxi back to the border. I can’t say enough about my positive experience. The dentist was patient and careful to match color. Lab tech on premises and worked with the doctor to make sure the fit and color was good. No need to speak Spanish as the helpers English was perfect.
