Very poor service. Came here to have a check - up and ask for advice and treatment. Funny that after 4 days and several test and those laboratory that are not really necessary the consultants didn’t know the cause, I wonder what kind of service will this hospital give to those who are near death situations. I have never felt so unsure with the doctors checking up my family this bad. I never felt safe in the hands of the dr’s who cannot even explain to me why a patient have this illness. Very alarming, the government needs to check this hospital because all they do is to suck the money out of the patient and give you bad feeling towards how the nurses even treat you.. Nurses on the 5th level of East wing felt like they are in a large playground. You can see them laughing and all but when the patient ask for help they never really attend to it immediately.. definitely, not recommended. Very poor service, very poor quality of cleanliness. Better go to other hospital than to waste your money here in this hospital.

private hospital most serviced most sluggish.appt surgery at 2 pm wait until 7 pm just made.after surgery x doctor who followup.nak discas 3 hours waiting for that even if x ask it is until night. service is slow. I recommend going to another private hospital.

Car park lift lobby is limited to only 1 functioning lobby due to COVID19 to ensure that your unwell loved ones are taken care properly kindly drop them off at the drop off area to limit the crowd at the lift area, I wished the hospital posted a PSA before everyone - old & young crowds at the one and only functioning CARPARK lift lobby with no social distancing measures in place.

Admission takes 3 hours and discharge takes almost 6 hours. The nurses don't even bother understanding the questions raised but just hand out what they think we asked for.The only star was for the doctor we got the treatment from. Other than that, nothing impressed me. Have undergone surgery with other hospital which wasn't as posh as Pantai but both their admission and discharge took us lesser than 2 hour. So, between the insurance and hospital argument whereby I have sent the docs to them and they haven't reverted, I leave it up to you as a future patient to decide.Update: Sept2020Had to be readmitted due to an infection at the surgery area. Admission via ER didn't take as long as 3 hrs. Nurse care was better this time. Not sure if its was because we were recurring patients or the review on the discharge form.Since we had the excruciating 6 hrs discharge the previous time, we opted to pay a deposit and hospital will take care of the final GL and update us when its clear. The final clearance from hospital came 5-6 days after discharge. We called the first 2 days to check with both insurance and hospital on the status, till we gt tired. Just imagining if we stayed.

I had a terrible sprain on my left ankle from futsal, doctor recommended physio but i was reluctant to go. As this is not my first sprain, normally sprain will heal within 2 weeks. Sadly after 2 weeks of healing, there were no significant progress as this was really a bad sprain. I decided to give it a go. Ms Tan was my physician, she open my eye into another world of sports rehab. As my normal practice are treatment from Chinese Physician. Physio is much more than that, other that healing there is so much knowledge on muscle strengthening, stretching, warming up & posture during exercise. I would definitely recommend Ms Tan.

I am really happy and thankful to "Your physio - Kepong" for giving me opportunity to complete my internship here and it has been a great and valuable experience to me. All the therapist here are extremely helpful and constantly guide me through doubts I encountered. Besides, from their years of experience in this field, they also willing to share the knowledges and help me in confirming diagnosis sometimes. I would say the therapists here are very passionate and dedication in the field towards patient, they always prioritize the patient's needs and work towards the ultimate goals together. At this centre, I also get the chance to perform some hands on skills to treat patient which helped me to learn and grow the skills. After this internship, it has instill much confidence in me than before in handling patient. I like the environment here so much, with all those abstract and meaning arts hanging along the walls and music played are rhythmically soft which can help patient to easily feel relaxing and comfortably from pain. Besides, the centre here is so clean and you can even smell the freshness in the air from the plants planted. Fret not to visit, during this epidemic period, the place is strictly following SOP and constantly sanitize before and after the treatment. I was starting treatment on 2018 ( 19 y.o) and my scoliosis curve was 90 degrees, then it decrease to 79 degree after 72 times session(1st period). After that, for 2nd period it decrease to 75 degree. Now is 2020 , it's my 3rd period and my curve decrease to 70 degree. Doctor and therapists are professional & friendly

I am a girl born with scoliosis. From infancy, I can see that my scoliosis is C-shaped, about 90 °. Terrible service at reception and poor coordination by the counter nurses. They gave my queue number to another patient despite my name being loudly called and as I walked to the doctor's suite, another ignorant patient cut me off and barged into the doctor's office. Thereafter, they were unable to ask the ignorant patient to wait for her turn, and the doctor continued with his consultation "business as usual". Nice clinic and doctor with great credentials BUT all let down by amateurs running the front counter

I am very very upset with reception staff and the attendants. Extremely unhelpful. Dr Mann is excellent but she is done a disservice by her staff. First they badger you about the appointment and make you wait for hours afterwards. "First come first serve" is a horrible policy if you set appointment times, yet make patients wait for up to 2 hours. In the follow up, we've been trying to speak to the doc and had to call continually without being able to get thru. Staff stonewalling, promised to call back, said doc was busy then not available and then just pushed us off for another day. Ridiculous!!! Dr Mann, do yourself a favour, fire the lit!
