What a disappointmentI truly don't understand the reviews. But are lot are 1st reviews so handle with care. So I rang up to check it was ok to come in as we where way on the other side of Saigon. On arrival was told they would not see me as I had not made an appointment. Absolute failure on the behalf of the person I talked to on the phone and felt very unprofessionalUpon arrival did not feel welcomed or comfortable. And the communication was poor. And we did not know what was going on. Spent a lot of time with a young lady checking on the prescription. I was pretty happy at this point. But then this was triple guessed by two other staff members and things were done and redone and my prescription got changed without checking with me or on a chartNow things get really bad. I paid an enormous amount of money to get transition lens for my glasses. I had to wait a long time for the glasses. Now I find out out I do not have the lens I paid for. In fact the lens I have are very cheap feeling. Not very clear. Fog very easily. And when I had to pay 12 million and have to take or send these back I am very disappointedI have two pairs of glasses. One from my local optometrist. Cost less than a 1 million. The lens are clear and the quality is good. The optometrist probably over corrected on the prescription. But I feel this could be corrected. I had the best experience here right from getting an appointment to the follow up!I got a bad eye infection while travelling in Cambodia! I emailed European eye centre for an appointment and I got a reply right away from Dr JD himself. They were taking patients even during Tet! He gave me eye drops for my eye infection and thanks to his intervention it was cured very fast!

Staffs & doctors are well trained, services not too bad. However, they are closing for lunch-break without any notice, both on their website and at the front sign. So if you are paying them a visit, make sure you ring them in advance to avoid confusing.

We went here and see they could check out our eyes in order to get the right prescription glasses. It went well. It took about 20 minutes all together. At first, I was a little bit skeptical but shortly after technician did measurements, I felt find. He was very helpful and accurate on reading. I paid $34,000 dong for my eyes examined and got prescription. I heard they do lasik here so I will ask next time.

My sister was sick with what turned out to be a stomach infection and was also moderately dehydrated. As soon as we arrived in emergency to the moment we left the following day, staff were beyond attentive and caring. She received the necessary care and tests she needed in such a short time. We saw probably over 5 different doctors who answered all our questions and were very thorough in their diagnosis. Highly recommend this hospital for any treatment you may need.
