It is a well known hospital. Underground food court restaurants are also delicious. It's always a busy place to go.

There's an international services department with medical professionals and interpreters (English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese). Besides this, everyone is polite and speaks at least some English. Everything is modern, and the appointment desk and the pharmacy are straightforward. There are all kinds of departments possible, I've never had to wait more than 5 mins. And there's a shuttle bus from Irwon station.

Worst hospital in Seoul, don't be fooled by it's fancy buildings and status of it's name. My husband's experience as US citizen..... He and other patients were treated like herds of cows. We made the appointment for a full physical checkup a month prior to the the date of the actual physical. All the Dr's were very unprofessional, snooty, and impersonal. I learned in Seoul it's ideal to go to one of the the smaller hospitals to get treated like a human being. Samsung hospital is all about business and getting patients in and out soon as possible. Samsung refrigerators, televisions is a yes... But definitely not their hospitals and Doctors.

What you need to know about Beard Transplant in South Korea
Beard Transplant is considered a non-invasive cosmetic procedure and doesn't require surgery, however, specialist staff are often required to help undertake such procedures / treatments. This type of Hair Restoration procedure / treatment can be considered reasonably expensive, especially given the skill set, experience, training and equipment used by the specialists involved. For Beard Transplant, photos are required for the specialist to review prior to treatment.

Due to the non-invasive nature of Beard Transplant, the worst you can expect is a slight feeling of discomfort or irritation, but this will completely pass within a matter of hours. As for aftercare, you should just rest as much as possible and avoid strenuous exercise for a day or two.

You should plan to stay in South Korea for at least a day or two after your treatment, given that you won't have the need for follow up appointments. Beard Transplant is famed for it's high success rate and the effectiveness of the treatment, but you should consider the possibility of complications, however minor these may be - for example, bruising, swelling, soreness and discomfort. If you experience any of these issues for more than a day or two, you can revisit the specialist who may prescribe some mild pain killers or other medications.
