My father had hernia repair here and the whole procedure went very smooth. The surgeon and all the staff was very friendly and offered the best service. My father was very well looked after. Really appreciate all the work they did...
This was an excellent facility for swim training. They had such a great variety of healthy food, the staff were all so kind and accommodating and the rooms were very comfortable. I had such a lovely visit to this resort
The staff were amazing!!! Also the doctor and nurses were fantastic. I couldn't have wished for more caring individuals to look after me. They go the extra mile to try and put me at ease. I feel like I was getting first-class treatment during my stay there. Thanks to the highly qualified doctor and up to date surgical equipment, my surgery went well. Surgery cost is very affordable as well. :)
The doctor and all the other staff are very thorough and compassionate. I came here for an angiogram, and I was somewhat scared at the thought of getting it, but the doctor and staff were absolutely fantastic. I ended up having a stent, and the whole team made it bearable. Thank you to all the staff who really went over and above for me. I feel so lucky to have chosen Thonburi hospital for my treatment.
I love the surgeon and staff here. They are very attentive, caring, and professional. I have received nothing but 5 star treatment. The surgeon helped me feel relaxed about my surgery and the nurse makes me feel comfortable and feel ok. They even help me to get back home sooner. Cannot praise everyone enough. They were absolutely fantastic. Plus, the waiting time is short and the clinic is very clean.
Amazing doctors, amazing staff. The doctor and nurses were very caring. Answered all of my questions clearly and provided excellent service. They were all quick and efficient. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the food was great. If you want to undergo medical treatment in Phuket, you should definitely choose Bangkok Hospital Phuket.
I understand why this hospital is considered the best in Thailand. Traveled all the way from Australia to get my treatment here after I heard good things about it. Superb staff, very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Many of the staff can speak English, so communication is not a problem. I asked many questions and told them my concerns, and they answered patiently and put me at ease. Had to stay for several days after my treatment. The room was super clean, well-designed, and definitely made me feel comfortable. The nurses checked on me every hour or so, and the food was surprisingly great. Though having to stay in a hospital is never a good experience, I would say my time in Bumrungrad was a pleasant one. A bit pricey when compared to other hospitals around the area, but with the quality service and high-level care offered, it was all worth it.
From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I was well looked after. The nurses were all lovely and helped me deal with the stress I had before my procedure. Thanks to them I felt comfortable and relaxed. Thank you, I really appreciate the hardwork. The doctor is very professional and quick. The departments are clean, tidy, and well maintained. Plus there is a coffee shop, as well as several shops. 👍
The price is a bit expensive, but the service was incredible so I don't mind. I had a hip replacement, and the surgeon was very professional and knowledgeable. Felt scared at first, but since the surgeon was very reassuring, the whole experience became stress-free. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and courteous. Everyone was very encouraging as well, helping me to recover faster. Also, the food was very good. 😄 The hospital was clean and tidy. Everything was modern. I really wish my local hospitals were this impressive.
One of the best hospitals I have ever been to. The customer service, quality of care and cleanliness is by far much better than all USA hospitals I have been to.

Cardiology is a branch of medicine concerned with disorders of the heart. It is the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of such conditions as heart failure, coronary artery disease, congenital heart defects, and much more. Doctors who specialize in this branch of internal medicine are known as a cardiologist.
Cardiology involves tests, including electrocardiogram to record the electrical activity of the heart, exercise test to see the changes of heart rhythm, echocardiogram that provides an ultrasound picture showing the structure of the heart, and cardiac catheterization to collect data and help relieve a blockage. There are numerous different treatments within cardiology for various different heart disorders, such as valvuloplasties, angioplasties, stenting, congenital heart defect corrections, as well as coronary thrombectomies. Nearly all treatments for heart diseases are major surgery and are performed under general anesthetic.
Your length of stay in Thailand depends on which procedure you underwent. In general, you need to stay in the hospital for several days and also to stay in the country for an additional fourteen days or until your cardiologist allows you to travel home.
The recovery period can be different from one person to another, depending on your overall health and any complications. You should expect to progressively regain your energy and go back to your normal activity level in about four to eight weeks after treatment, particularly following surgical treatments.
You may need to attend regular follow-up appointments, either with your cardiologist in Thailand or in your home country. You must make some lifestyle adjustments after you recover, including eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, stop smoking, and limit your alcohol intake, to prevent future heart disease or complications. Your cardiologist may recommend you to get a cardiac rehabilitation, which will improve your health after treatment and help you recover after surgery.
Generally, the success rate depends on the specific procedure and your specific condition. Cardiology has helped millions of people around the world and if performed by experts, the risk of serious complications is very low. However, just like any other treatment, there are some risks to be aware of, such as bleeding, stroke, heart rhythm problems, blood clots, infection, valve dysfunction, and death.
Those who suffer from heart disorders do not have any other alternatives besides going to a cardiologist. However, if you do not want to undergo surgery or take any medication, you need to talk to your surgeon for the best alternative for your specific case.
Disorders of the heart can be dangerous, life-threatening, cause painful symptoms, and interfere with your ability to perform daily activities. After you have been treated by a cardiologist, you may be cured of your disease and your symptoms are relieved.
