Very poor service. Came here to have a check - up and ask for advice and treatment. Funny that after 4 days and several test and those laboratory that are not really necessary the consultants didn’t know the cause, I wonder what kind of service will this hospital give to those who are near death situations. I have never felt so unsure with the doctors checking up my family this bad. I never felt safe in the hands of the dr’s who cannot even explain to me why a patient have this illness. Very alarming, the government needs to check this hospital because all they do is to suck the money out of the patient and give you bad feeling towards how the nurses even treat you.. Nurses on the 5th level of East wing felt like they are in a large playground. You can see them laughing and all but when the patient ask for help they never really attend to it immediately.. definitely, not recommended. Very poor service, very poor quality of cleanliness. Better go to other hospital than to waste your money here in this hospital.

private hospital most serviced most sluggish.appt surgery at 2 pm wait until 7 pm just made.after surgery x doctor who followup.nak discas 3 hours waiting for that even if x ask it is until night. service is slow. I recommend going to another private hospital.

Car park lift lobby is limited to only 1 functioning lobby due to COVID19 to ensure that your unwell loved ones are taken care properly kindly drop them off at the drop off area to limit the crowd at the lift area, I wished the hospital posted a PSA before everyone - old & young crowds at the one and only functioning CARPARK lift lobby with no social distancing measures in place.

Admission takes 3 hours and discharge takes almost 6 hours. The nurses don't even bother understanding the questions raised but just hand out what they think we asked for.The only star was for the doctor we got the treatment from. Other than that, nothing impressed me. Have undergone surgery with other hospital which wasn't as posh as Pantai but both their admission and discharge took us lesser than 2 hour. So, between the insurance and hospital argument whereby I have sent the docs to them and they haven't reverted, I leave it up to you as a future patient to decide.Update: Sept2020Had to be readmitted due to an infection at the surgery area. Admission via ER didn't take as long as 3 hrs. Nurse care was better this time. Not sure if its was because we were recurring patients or the review on the discharge form.Since we had the excruciating 6 hrs discharge the previous time, we opted to pay a deposit and hospital will take care of the final GL and update us when its clear. The final clearance from hospital came 5-6 days after discharge. We called the first 2 days to check with both insurance and hospital on the status, till we gt tired. Just imagining if we stayed.

THEY ARE SOO BAAADD!!!Had an implant and “tampal” on 3 on my tooth...The first one is tampal, and the doctor soo insisting me picking the number B on colouring... and it looks soo dam yellow and the tooth is so big than the othersSecond one is implant.. the screw is so expensive like Rm8000 for a screw, but this time I really tell the doctor to put A instead... and it turns out great coloring... but the surface of the teeth is huge tho... so thats the downsideThe third one is cracked one which make it “ngilu” so had to put needle inside and tampal...Guess what.. already many years its still ngilu...And the tampal is dark color and i asked the doctor and he say “because of shadow”... @.@Till these day I am not confident with my smile because there is 3 different colour... Im serious...And its not even rata... i swear to god, they suck my money alot from me and i was too young to speak out...

SCAM !!!Scam on pricing... charging too high than it actually is...The doctor will gave me a combo deal to take out 2 of my wisdom tooth for Rm1500..After the surgery they charged me Rm 2000 and give excuses “because the tooth is curved”But they already X-ray and have a loot at it... then decide the deal... like whaaaattt... they even charge you fir the X-Ray....Protips: when they ask you if they should do something extra like “should I clean your teeth”Just say no, they wont mention you will be charged until u got charged...And even if you still go to this clinic... try to negotiate the price as hard as you can... it wors on scammer

The phone line - which is supposed to be their main phone line for emergencies is not working, with no one answering the phone across the span of 24 hours. This is terrible service and disappointing especially for a full fledged 24 hour tertiary hospital. I suggest to quickly get the emergency phone line up and running immediately.

My experience there was terrible. I went 6 months ago for a general check. I casually asked to check a filling on my front tooth. I had it perfectly done in France few years ago to hide a very small break on my tooth. After a few years it broke while diving and I had it redone by a bad dentist who did the filling way too big.I told the dentist in Bangsar Utama about the whole story and made it clear the filling was way bigger than the actual broken part. She seem to understand and she started working on it without explaining anything. I thought that she would simply remove the filling but she ended up cutting my real tooth in half !!!! Such a trauma ! I cried for hours coming back home and still feel terrible about it. After she cut it, she showed it to me in the mirror and I couldn't say anything, I was in shock ! I asked why she cut all the tooth and she said because it was a bit yellowish and that you have to cut all the filling to replace it, even if there is real tooth under... I'm really not sure about that ! The worst part is that she didn't even do an X ray or anything before working on it (I gave her an Xray I did myself a few months before that she checked on her phone). But at least the new filling was looking good, she did a good job on that part... until a few weeks ago, it started to have cracks on it. Today, I have a yellowish crack on my front tooth and I feel that the filling could fall anytime...I have no word to describe how bad was my experience there, I'm

Did my tooth filing 3 days ago. the doctor was hitting my other tooth when she was accessing the operational tooth far inside.. all the tools were banged against my front tooth. very unprofessional. Also, the filling was not done well and i had to go back to her, but she blamed it on the old filling. I dont care if its old filling or its my natural teeth, i came for a problem to be fixed, regardless. Nurses were horrible, dropped the suction device and hit my front tooth when it dropped, not even apologies. and doctor didnt say anything. On top of this, doctor was in a rush to go for lunch, the job was not done well. horrible service. i went to them because of the high review they got.. maybe its my bad luck with this doctor.

I came in for a consultation and a routine dental filling by Dr. William, only to develop SECOND DEGREE CHEMICAL BURNS on the inside and outside of my mouth from sheer NEGLIGENCE. I suspect the mouthguard used to prop my mouth open wasnt properly cleaned of very strong acid-based disinfectant. It tasted bitter and burned my mouth when he put it in but I thought nothing of it until my gums and the skin around my mouth began to burn and blister once I got home. I am now terrified it will leave a permanent scar. The receptionist Shanti and the doctors are nice enough but I received absolutely NO compensation, NO refund, and NO apology for dental malpractice, as well as the physical and mental scars this experience has caused me. This standard of treatment is completely unacceptable and I advise anyone seeking treatment here to think twice. If it can happen to me it can happen to you.
