Very poor service. Came here to have a check - up and ask for advice and treatment. Funny that after 4 days and several test and those laboratory that are not really necessary the consultants didn’t know the cause, I wonder what kind of service will this hospital give to those who are near death situations. I have never felt so unsure with the doctors checking up my family this bad. I never felt safe in the hands of the dr’s who cannot even explain to me why a patient have this illness. Very alarming, the government needs to check this hospital because all they do is to suck the money out of the patient and give you bad feeling towards how the nurses even treat you.. Nurses on the 5th level of East wing felt like they are in a large playground. You can see them laughing and all but when the patient ask for help they never really attend to it immediately.. definitely, not recommended. Very poor service, very poor quality of cleanliness. Better go to other hospital than to waste your money here in this hospital.

Staff nurse very rude and kerek !!! Very, very bad! Better go to another private hospital!
amir M., 14 September 2023

Car park lift lobby is limited to only 1 functioning lobby due to COVID19 to ensure that your unwell loved ones are taken care properly kindly drop them off at the drop off area to limit the crowd at the lift area, I wished the hospital posted a PSA before everyone - old & young crowds at the one and only functioning CARPARK lift lobby with no social distancing measures in place.

Staffs are very kind and responsible, great quality service! I’ve been getting a five star service in five years now! Keep up!
Sarayu S., 16 September 2023
Admission takes 3 hours and discharge takes almost 6 hours. The nurses don't even bother understanding the questions raised but just hand out what they think we asked for.The only star was for the doctor we got the treatment from. Other than that, nothing impressed me. Have undergone surgery with other hospital which wasn't as posh as Pantai but both their admission and discharge took us lesser than 2 hour. So, between the insurance and hospital argument whereby I have sent the docs to them and they haven't reverted, I leave it up to you as a future patient to decide.Update: Sept2020Had to be readmitted due to an infection at the surgery area. Admission via ER didn't take as long as 3 hrs. Nurse care was better this time. Not sure if its was because we were recurring patients or the review on the discharge form.Since we had the excruciating 6 hrs discharge the previous time, we opted to pay a deposit and hospital will take care of the final GL and update us when its clear. The final clearance from hospital came 5-6 days after discharge. We called the first 2 days to check with both insurance and hospital on the status, till we gt tired. Just imagining if we stayed.

The doctors and staff were very kind and friendly. The environment in the clinic is beautiful and clean. There's a corner for kids to play. There is also water provided for us to drink. The price of the services provided is also reasonable.💃👍👍👍
Razak A., 20 April 2023
Provide reasonable Umrah and Hajj injections at a reasonable price. First call for stock and then come for an injection. The waiting room is quite comfortable. Friendly service from the entrance to the finish line.

Create a 3D / 4D scan, but when I got home on a CD that can be just one picture JE okay. Live video is nothing. Not worth it. Not professional at all. The patient's name is misspelled.
NurFarah A., 03 October 2022
Best clinic ever. Price is affordable, staffs & doctors are kind.
Rocky S., 23 September 2022
Don't get fooled by the reviews here. I went for a check up at this clinic after reading all the positive reviews. Seriously, not very positive. I agree with the review from Siti Kadeja kat below. This clinic does not follow first comes first serve. Lepastu, meet with Doctor Faizah. Doctor is a pound serve cam he doesn't like. My problem is he did not ask really the solution pounds he did not share.I rate 1 star for their affordable price.

Pleasant visit to the Doctor. One of the rare doctors who spend time with you to explain the details.

ANDREW R., 13 April 2023
Nice environment with zero qualified doctors, went to the hospital for a drip and I was told that the doctor on seat don’t like niddle and scared of blood... I was totally speechless, i have been to the klink for some times and I notice they always prescribe drugs they have instead of refereeing a better drugs for patients..
Happiness G., 24 March 2023
This is the worst clinic in Ampang-KL.. I strongly DONT Recommend..my 4th time visiting the clinic.poor service all they know is to collect consultation fee and refer you to hospital.I was dehydrated and weak and a Doctor couldn’t administer IV-drip simply because she’s afraid of niddle and don’t like the sight of blood..what an unimaginable excuse, a qualified doctor cannot fix drip to save a life? She couldn’t even tell me herself, as a heartless human being she sent the front desk to bring in the nest patient and I should come back the nest day..Visit other clinic instead..
Ma F., 11 November 2022
However, Dr. Xavier was polite and friendly. I definitely don't recommend this Klinik as there few other professionals around ampang point area. A simple visit plus some medicines (simple medicine for flu) costed me 145rm that found sooo expensive comparing to my experience in Malaysia in last few years. After two days using that medicine my flu got worse and I had to see another doctor.

Azim M., 18 September 2023
I met Doctor Michael Raj and he seems nice. Staffs are nice too. However this place is meant to suck your wallet dry. I only had some sandflea bite. Some cream, steroids and antihistamine costed me RM115. In semenanjung, it would be less than half the price. I asked for the receipt and they only disclosed it as “medical fees” with no breakdown (non-transparency is not a good sign for clinics or hospitals). This place is meant for tourist with big wallets. Recommend you not to go unless you are desperate.

What you need to know about Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) in Malaysia
Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) is a non-invasive medical procedure that does not require surgery. This type of General Medicine procedure / treatment can be considered reasonably expensive, especially given the skill set, experience, training and equipment used by the specialists involved. For Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), medical records, reports or any supporting documents may be required for the specialist to assess prior to the treatment.

Given the non-invasive nature of Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), there is no downtime, so you won't need to consider your recovery and aftercare much. However, if a consultation leads on to surgery, then you should expect to follow that with an extended period of rest.

Depending on how many sessions or follow ups you require, you can expect to leave Malaysia immediately after. In most cases, the success of the outcome can be judged by yourself.
