Don't get fooled by the reviews here. I went for a check up at this clinic after reading all the positive reviews. Seriously, not very positive. I agree with the review from Siti Kadeja kat below. This clinic does not follow first comes first serve. Lepastu, meet with Doctor Faizah. Doctor is a pound serve cam he doesn't like. My problem is he did not ask really the solution pounds he did not share.I rate 1 star for their affordable price.

Nice environment with zero qualified doctors, went to the hospital for a drip and I was told that the doctor on seat don’t like niddle and scared of blood... This is the worst clinic in Ampang-KL.. I strongly DONT Recommend..my 4th time visiting the clinic.poor service all they know is to collect consultation fee and refer you to hospital.I was dehydrated and weak and a Doctor couldn’t administer IV-drip simply because she’s afraid of niddle and don’t like the sight of blood..what an unimaginable excuse, a qualified doctor cannot fix drip to save a life? She couldn’t even tell me herself, as a heartless human being she sent the front desk to bring in the nest patient and I should come back the nest day..Visit other clinic instead..

However, Dr. Xavier was polite and friendly. I definitely don't recommend this Klinik as there few other professionals around ampang point area. A simple visit plus some medicines (simple medicine for flu) costed me 145rm that found sooo expensive comparing to my experience in Malaysia in last few years.After two days using that medicine my flu got worse and I had to see another doctor.

I met Doctor Michael Raj and he seems nice. Staffs are nice too. However this place is meant to suck your wallet dry. I only had some sandflea bite. Some cream, steroids and antihistamine costed me RM115. In semenanjung, it would be less than half the price. I asked for the receipt and they only disclosed it as “medical fees” with no breakdown (non-transparency is not a good sign for clinics or hospitals). This place is meant for tourist with big wallets. Recommend you not to go unless you are desperate.

Health Screening is a medical procedure / surgery that requires coordination between specialist surgeons, anaesthetists and various other specialist medical professionals. This type of General Medicine procedure / treatment is relatively affordable, especially in Malaysia. Mainly because the skill set and experience required by the specialist doesn't need to be as extensive as it may be for other procedures. For Health Screening, medical records, reports or any supporting documents may be required for the specialist to assess prior to the treatment.

As with any major surgery, recovery can vary according to the individual. Your immediate recovery can be affected by various factors like the sedation (anesthetic) type and how long you're sedated for, but you should expect to spend some time recovering in the ward before being discharged. Then you should expect to rest for a few more days before you begin to commence light activity again - remember, Health Screening is a major surgery and your body needs time to recover. As for aftercare, it's crucial that you follow the surgeon's advice and adhere to the prescribed medication plan. You'll also be advised about diet, how to care for and treat the wounds and how to recognize possible signs of infection.

It's likely you'll be advised by the medical team to stay in Malaysia for up to two weeks after your surgery, this will allow for enough time for your wounds to heal and have stitches removed, if required. The surgeon will expect to see you for at least one or two post-op consultations before giving the all clear to travel home again. The success rate for Health Screening in Malaysia is now extremely high given the recent advances in medical technology and surgeon experience.
