Hello everybody! I would give this hospital minus stars if that were possible. At least as far as the children's ward is concerned. My sister went to Buch with my two year old niece last week. The little one had a high fever for several days. My sister had hoped that my niece could be helped. No way. In the recording, the nurse played it all down. In a telephone conversation with the doctor responsible, she repeatedly said "concerned parents". Concerned parents probably mean over-anxious internally. In any case, my little niece was sent away again, I have to say that she was only sent away indirectly. The nurse had said that she would have to wait hours for an examination. Fortunately, my sister and her husband decided not to give up. They both knew something was wrong with the little one. The Virchow Clinic in Wedding has accepted them. There she was diagnosed with Kawasaki Syndrome. 2 days later it would have been too late. I don't want to make the Buch clinic bad with this. Certainly it was a misunderstanding and I also see that some parents are overly careful. Unfortunately, in this case it was negligent. so far I have preferred to be in books than anywhere else when it comes to my family. However, this experience runs deep. Like a sting that is difficult to remove. I know you are a good hospital. but in this case you were fatally wrong. I do not wish parents to be turned away with their child only to get a bad diagnosis in the next hospital. I like book. I like the hospi

We were there on July 21, due to severe pain in the knee, so it was visibly swollen and I could hardly walk without walking aids.There were around 15 other people in the recording with me, who were also hardly taken care of.Some women didn't know how to get home and asked the staff who didn't care because the lady had no care level.When a nurse finally came to me, she said to all the other patients that there was nothing and I just imagined it. Then I showed her my legs, where you could clearly see that something was wrong. My leg was swollen and blue and my foot was bruised.She said she had too much to do today. She asked several times where it hurts and I showed her what she just said 'I don't see anything there.'Kurt then spoke to another employee about the fact that my leg is said to be swollen but that she doesn't see anything. After that, the sister never came to me.When I asked the receptionist why I was being put on hold and told him that I was in pain, he apprehended me and said that there were some worse cases and I didn't know how many RTWs were arriving.I have complete understanding for that, but not for being treated so reluctantly.The staff is so unmotivated, only pulls a long face and is hardly willing to take care of the patients.The nurse ridiculed me in front of the other patients and then talked to another colleague about my pain. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend Helios.

As a former patient I am amazed at the comments about the Helios in Berlin-Buch !!!Apart from Frau Vierkorn and Grundmann and the sisters in house 210, I am not at all satisfied with the Helios.For example, when I log in to calls it takes forever, of course I'm not the only caller I know that myself.I read the canteen is good and the offer is extensive.I can only laugh about it, the food is bad and the staff are sometimes cheeky and outrageous.The icing on the cake is if I want to call the complaint body, someone calls the phone only after making several calls.Incidentally, the claim that everything is clean and in order also in the toilets about it I can only laugh. As an addendum I add the outrageous behavior of the staff in the registration. Stupid is still a polite description. Of course, in the corona crisis there are a number of things to keep in mind. I can only urgently advise the clinic management to think about certain staff, I mean the red department the registration to name only 2 groups. Grundmann leave the Helios but Frau Doktor Rupp who is still new makes a very good impression on me. I hope factual criticism will be taken seriously.Friendly greetingsJürgen Happek

We have been to the hospital 3 times because of our daughter.The first time was the birth, labor started early which ultimately led to a premature birth (6 weeks too early). My wife was treated very well on the ward, but the food was really bad ... I eat pretty much everything and I am not very squeamish, but the food was really below average.Since our little one was premature and had difficulties starting, she had to be ventilated intensively and with oxygen in the incubator.The sisters were all nice and competent, the approach to our child was great (changing diapers, wearing the right ones, etc.)Really recommend it.At about 1.5 years our little one had suspected Chassaignac paralysis ... Truly no acute emergency (but in need of treatment) and something seems to forget many patients ... You are not always a life-threatening emergency !!Waiting time a good 4 hours, treatment was good.With about 2.3 years new suspicion of a Chassaignac paralysis, same as before. Arm in position and you shouldn't touch the arm. Waiting time about 30 minutes, again good and fast treatment and again about 20 minutes waiting for a doctor called.A recommended clinic.And if others understood what an emergency room is and what you go with, almost all 1 star ratings would be dropped

Ich kann nur als Besucher die Sterne geben.Sehr sauber sehr freundlich an der Information. Das Team auf der Station wo mein Ex Schwiegervater liegt ist klasse und hoffe sie bekommen ihn wieder fit..Leider sehr traurig das die im Helios Salzgitter nicht so arbeiten wie die in Hildesheim..

Was with the doctors in the clinic some time ago, had a 3-fold pelvic switch in 2015, where Heidelberg is supposed to be specialized. Wanted to get me a second opinion. as a "so-called specialist" you should be able to recognize possible complications, especially since that was nothing unusual. After that, I went to other hospitals and had some tests on me.If a muscle and a nerve are severed and a "specialist" does not recognize it, then he has no business in the clinic.I've now got a neurostimulator.So much for the subject it comes from the psyche.Are only out for coal

The ENT is trying hard, but no one could really help.Had 2 appointments, the first one I came out after 7 hours and the second after 6 hours.Sitting around with nausea, dizziness and wearing a mask the whole time.Unreasonable!No organization, unable to schedule appointments.

Hallo liebes Team der Helios Klinik, ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei der Dialyse und der Stadion P 5 bedanken. Ein besonderen Dank gehen an Herrn Dr. Tuerk - leider nicht mehr in der Klinik, Frau Dr. Vorberger, Frau Dr. Schmidtchen, Frau Dr Lembcke,Herrn Dr. Wolkewitz, Schwester Antje, Schwester Carina. Ich sage 1000 Dank - ich wart Spitze - und ich glaube eine kleine Gehaltserhöhung - würde gut zu passen. Zwinka, zwinka. Es gibt natürlich auch die Schattenseite - sehr arrogant - die müssen aufpassen das die nicht über ihre eigenen Füße stolpern. Professor Dr. Nürnberg und Frau Dr. Haefner. Setzen - die Note 6 wird erteilt. Die Beiden müssen noch viele Seminare der Menschlichkeit und wie gehe ich mit Angehörigen von sehr schwer kranken Menschen um. Bleibt alle gesund. Das Gesundheitssystem ist leider eine Geldmaschine. Es ist eben auch nur eine Firma, die Geld verdienen will. Die Mitarbeiter waren, soweit es der Stress erlaubte, freundlich .Wenn es möglich ist versuche ich für die Zukunft ein anderes Krankenhaus zu wählen.

The rooms are not that clean, but you can work on it a little. If you want to take a shower there is only cold water. The food is mediocre. Man has to wait a long time for the doctor. And downstairs when you register and wait until you get your turn. And when you get there the doctors are very rude. The cantene is also ok, you could do better. and when you go to the Parcentin room who is very nice when you knock

We were at 19h tonight at the Children's Hospital are just 23h back home, without my child could be treated for 9 months with 39.5 degrees Fever. It simply can not be that there is a single doctor in the emergency service for all of Wiesbaden and the children's hospital is full of chatter. There were 3 patients with the ambulance, in the waiting room were min. 10 more were waiting, treatment rooms all full, but wait in the rooms already 2 hours, is the normal? It was said there is support to a senior physician who did not come because he had to emergency surgery. But hello, are there no doctors anymore or what's up? Why save on staff when the need is so great? Where do we live, this is no longer the case in this country!

We were transferred to the clinic for an outpatient surgery. We were well aware that we would have to wait a long time. OP, the sisters and Op-Team were great and did a great job! BUT we had to wait over two hours to be picked up from the recovery room because the transport team was understaffed and did not manage to distribute the patients. Statement from the nursing staff "nobody wants to do our job for the money"! Meanwhile, catheters were changed, wounds were treated, broken, urinated and we were in the middle of it. Behind us, one operator after another was pushed into the room. After the two hours we unfortunately had bad luck and the station was closed and we had to be relocated again. We then came to a clean room - a freshly operated child in a dirty room !!!? Right, no cleaning staff. Instead of the fancy new building an investment in the staff would make sense, because the human should be here in focus and no designer production line factory !!!!!!

Everything you'll need to know about Ovarian Cyst Removal in Germany

Both open surgery and laparoscopic surgery are performed under general anesthetic. With laparoscopic surgery, your surgeon will make small incisions in your abdomen to insert a small instrument into your abdomen to remove the cysts. With open surgery, your doctor makes a large incision in your abdomen; they may also remove the ovaries and uterus if the cyst is cancerous.

You may be required to stay in the hospital for one to two days. However, some patients are discharged on the same day of the surgery. Plan to stay in Germany for at least seven days for the initial recovery and to attend follow-up check-ups and for your surgeon to remove the stitches.

The recovery period after laparoscopic surgery is a lot shorter than open surgery, you may be able to get back to work after a week and return to your normal routine in 2 weeks. After open surgery, it may take up to 6 weeks until you can go back to your normal routine.

You are not allowed to do any strenuous exercises until you are fully recovered, but you should take several 10 to 15 minutes short walks in the first few days. Your surgeon will give you instructions that include diet and caring for your healing wounds. 

The success rate for ovarian cyst removal is known to be high. However, you need to be aware of the risks and side effects of the procedure, including swelling, infection, blood clots, and damage to other organs. Laparoscopic surgery is known to be a lot safer and has fewer complications.

If the ovarian cyst is not causing any symptoms, your doctor may advise you to simply keep an eye on it instead of having any treatment. You may be asked to have a regular ultrasound scan to check if the cyst goes away or changes in size.
