Staff are welcoming and speak very good English. The dentists are comforting and clear with their explanations. I was curious about several things and they were able to explain very well. I came in without an appointment one day and they were able to see me within 5 minutes even though it was very busy. I especially love their pick up and drop off service.
Very satisfied with the services provided in BIDC. I highly recommend them, all staff speak very good English and are very professional.
I have received root canal treatment, crowns, fillings and cleaning from Dr. Catt at Protech Dents first in 2016 and again in May, 2019. This last time I traveled from Australia purely for the dental care, having such a positive experience the first time. She is without doubt the best dentist I have ever visited, regardless of the much cheaper cost involved, as apposed to Australia. A modern clinic with modern equipment, hygiene a priority, but more importantly a pain free and careful treatment by a caring doctor. Highly Recommended!!!
I was suffering with infected crowns over the Christmas period in the UK. I got quotes from Private dentists in the UK one suggested an extraction / then implant for one large molar which my mouth could not afford to lose as I have few molars left. All work could only be done after Christmas leaving me in paid - I changed my schedule to leave for Thailand early. At very short notice Dr Lilly had a look using amazing X-ray shots that the tooth was fine, work and prices agreed. Dr Lilly lifted the existing crowns found the problems replaced the crowns and I had preparation for an additional implant I never planned to have but I used the opportunity. Work was never rushed and I had confidence in her work. Year later the crowns are great and the implant feels like an original tooth.

Recessed Gum Treatment is a non-invasive dental procedure that can be carried out at short notice by any trained dentist. This type of Dentistry procedure / treatment is relatively affordable, especially in Bangkok. Mainly because the skill set and experience required by the specialist doesn't need to be as extensive as it may be for other procedures. For Recessed Gum Treatment, photos are required for the specialist to review prior to treatment.
Recovery is fast, with just minor discomfort to be expected, which may take a day or two to completely go away, but generally, you can expect to get on with your day immediately after Recessed Gum Treatment. Forms of aftercare may include avoiding eating a few hours after and avoid consuming drinks that may stain your teeth like coffee or red wine.
Unless you opt for more dental procedures after, you are free to leave Bangkok right away. Considering the high success rate of this dental treatment, complications are rare and when they do occur it's mostly just prolonged soreness and swelling of the gum and surrounding area or increased sensitivity on the teeth. If this continues or the pain becomes too much, you can go back to the dentist who may prescribe additional painkillers and meds to help combat the pain.
