I was suffering from herniated discs in my lower back and had been putting up with radiating pain from my glutes down to my feet for at least 8 months. I had already consulted 2 surgeons who told me point-blankly that I had to go for surgery. However, I was still not convinced until I went to see Dr Hee Hwan Tak who came highly recommended by an ex-classmate who is a doctor.
