Very friendly hospital.
Having to watch (or at least listen to) Globo in the waiting room to do exams matches the word trash next to the television.
Good Morning!!! Today I had an exam scheduled for 8 am and the orientation is that we have to arrive half an hour before the scheduled time; well, i arrived at 7:27 ... at 8:15 the technician came to warn me that i couldn't call because the doctor hadn't arrived yet. I was attended at 8:30. My question is ... If the patient needs to arrive half an hour before, with 10 minutes of tolerance. At least out of respect for human beings, this rule should exist for doctors, agree ??? I felt disrespected !!! And yet, today, we must, to preserve ourselves, stay as short as possible, especially in hospitals.
I want to praise the Hospital Mãe de Deus as a whole. But, I want to give a very special thanks to the nurse Silvana, to Isabela and to Liliana, who provide assistance in the Emergency of stroke cases, where my father, Luiz Garavello is hospitalized, in bed 111.I thank all nursing assistants in the sector for their care and affection.Thank you for everything. The world needs more people like that!Silvia Garavello.
