What is the meaning of this?
Time is the most valuable and limited resource and therefore we provide closed-cycle service. Patients have the opportunity under one roof for minimal time to obtain high-quality service.
A closed cycle of services means that when you come to your general practitioner with a specific problem, you soon will be able to have, too, a consultation with a narrow specialist, you can take extensive clinical and immunological laboratory tests, the necessary imaging and functional diagnosis and, if necessary on basis of this diagnosis, be admitted for hospital treatment. Thus, the time you need from diagnosis to proper treatment is considerably reduced, which is a significant convenience. Cooperation and teamwork between GPs and specialists is beneficial for your health as the connection is not broken and your GP has continuous information on the development and judgement of your health problem.
Quality service can be provided only by people. This is why for us our personnel is a domestic client and is no less important than the patient.
