If you're looking for a dentist in the Russian Market area, you can't go wrong with Dr. Pagna. He might easily be one of the best dentists in Phnom Penh. He did a brilliant job replacing one of my old crowns and removing the underlying decay. He's extremely competent, highly personable and speaks fluent English. His facilities are extremely clean and modern, and he has the same fee schedule for both locals and foreigners. His work is superior to much that I've had done in the US, at only a third of the cost. His office is just a ten minute walk from my flat, so I'll be returning to Dr. Pagna for all of my dental needs.******My partner and I revisited Dr. Pagna's dental clinic on 19 Feb 2020 for a routine cleaning, not having had our teeth cleaned for more than six months. Being a foreigner I was seen by Dr. Pagna himself, while my Cambodian/American partner was seen by one of Dr. Pagna's assistants.While I have no doubt that Dr. Pagna is a very gifted dentist as I indicated in my earlier review, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. He spent no more than ten minutes giving me the most quick and superficial cleaning that I have ever experienced. I envied my partner who was worked on for at least twice that amount of time by Dr. Pagna's assistant.On leaving the clinic, we mutually decided to find another dentist. Very good and clean dental clinic
I was super hesitant to go to a dentist in Cambodia to do a root canal and crown, but Dr. Pagna did a great job and at an amazing price. He was extremely professional, and his setup was very modern. His English is very good, much better than most other professionals in Phnom Penh. For the price that I paid, I cannot believe that I got this level of quality. I will definitely be coming back to this place to do further dental work with Dr. Pagna.
Impeccable and cheap, 20/20
Had an amazing experience with the whole team of Pagna dental clinic. Dr. Pagna was doing my root canal treatment. Everything went excellent. He is an amazingly caring professional. Very clean and well-equipped place. I think I might have a new dentist here in Cambodia :) 5 star!

After thorough checking of various clinic in PP I decided to go and try Pagna Dental Clinic for my wisdom tooth extraction. Doc Pagna provided me options and explained well the details and the outcome of each options. I did make my decision and so far everything went well. I was highly evaluated in Google search Here we made a crown of the back tooth and crotch of zirconium. The price was cheaper than other Japanese dental clinics in Phnom Penh, and it was treatment after explaining it in advance. My teacher in charge can speak English, so I think that if you can understand English it would be a recommended dental clinic. Khmer's dental care is ahead of Japan, and even those who are a little uneasy think that it is okay if it is here.
I've done root canal treatment and crown. I'm so happy that I've found this clinic online. I am really appreciated in this clinic. The room is clean. Dentist is professional. Whole treatment, I have no pain. I really recommended this clinic to everyone.

I always receive a great welcome and service over there. Dentist always explain everything, pro and corn, before starting his thing. He is also working so gentle and inform every session of his work on my teeth. I had removed 4 wisdom teeth there, and I didn't feel any pain. I was very nervous for the first visit but now I'm not afraid to visit dentist clinic anymore.

The staff were very helpful and the dentist gave me a full rundown on the procedure before the removal, which was quick and painless, and gave me full care-instructions for after.
Dr. Pagna is by far one of the best, if not the best dentist in Phnom Penh. I went to many dentist practices that were recommended by expats and websites and talked with many people yet when I finally met Dr. Pagna I was so lucky. His prices are real Cambodian prices with the knowledge of a truly worldwide trained dentist that speaks perfect English and communicates everything that needs to be done with you at all stages. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that he saved my teeth and smile for the rest of my life and he will no doubt be just as awesome for anyone who goes there. He has a very clean, state of the art, hygienic office, combined with perfect dental knowledge and I could not be happier to share this knowledge with people who need dental work with a truly skilled professional and real Cambodian prices.

If you are looking for the best dentist in Phnom Penh then from my own personal experience this is the place!Dr. Pagna is fantastic, as he speaks perfect English and will tell you the truth about your teeth and gums etc... 1st off 1 of his staff will take an x-ray of your mouth so when you go back for the consultation Dr Pagna will have your x-ray up on the screen and will talk you through the findings.He is honest and to the point...I knew from previous visits to other dental clinics in the past what state my teeth were in and I did not have to say anything, as Dr. Pagna spotted the same issues and did not add any "problems" just for the sake of trying to get more work (money)...instead he told me what my problems were and then prioritised them for me.1st being that I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was rotten and needed to come out ASAP so based on the reviews I had read myself and after my consultation with Dr. Pagna I felt comfortable to book it in.I wont lie but I have always feared having my wisdom teeth pulled out the most about going to the dentist but FEAR not! As this was such a smooth operation without any pain at all! I was over the moon with his skills so I then booked to have 2 crowns (again this has been long over due) but because its so expensive back in the UK I had not bothered but her in Cambodia its much cheaper so I had 2 crowns made and fitted in only 3 days! I really cant tell you anything other than this is by far the best dentist I have ever been to
