Prilikom pregleda doktorica je garantirala da će akne i dio ožiljaka nestati, međutim nakon 7 tretmana lica mikrodermoabrazijom i laserom moje lice nije bolje nego po slikama prije/poslje rekli bi još gore. Prilikom pregleda nitko nije spomenuo reacutan a na predzadnjem pregledu su mi rekli da ili da platim još 7 tretmana ili da pijem reacutan a to ne dolazi u obzir ako je garantirano da će Reviderm preparati i tretmani garantirano pomoći. Stvarno duboko razočarana a toliko je očekivanja bilo.

I wouldn't even blame the fact that the examination was delayed by 20 minutes, because I understand that it can get stuck ... maybe nothing?Maybe then remove the scar treatments from the price list and offer. Because if my little scar can't be helped, I don't know what you would want someone with a much bigger one to come.
I have not been to this clinic, but I find it pointless to charge for the first dental examination. If my tooth hurts, I don't want to go for an examination first and then for a few days to repair it, but it is normal to fix a sore tooth right away. Unfortunately, all of our dental surgeries look like a spaceship and the staff looks in those white corners, like members of some big crew, but it’s all makeup behind which stands mostly nothing and most of these doctors have no idea doing their job. They might rather be hired as models! I note that I have not been to this clinic, but from their point of view I can imagine what this is all about. Most of these dentists are severe disappointments and it is really rare for dentists to do their job well and for whom the satisfaction of the patient is in the forefront, and not the make-up and acting of a space dental agency.
The strongest and best of all in this place
Poliklinika Bagatin are the worst I ever experienced! Not only they are poor in communication but unable to take responsibility for their malpractice #unprofessional #unreliable #poorlytrained and I will never recommend or advise anyone to go to them even for the minor matters. Total disappointment! Be aware or you will end up with serious temp or permanent mutilation. If you have the luxury to travel and see a professional trustworthy esthetician, please do and don’t fall for these amateurs bagatin as they hide behind botched celebrities and fake good reviews(because they are paid to do so). Be aware!

Insanely high prices WITHOUT TAXES! A whole lot of promises without actual results. Completely based on selling products & treatments without focusing on the person and solving the existing problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

5 stars in each segment, from first contact to done treatments with the most beautiful view. Even tooth extraction is for 5! It is with great confidence that I gladly come.
They say they know the treatment for you. Charging them is no problem. But it would be all right if the rash and redness did not occur after the first facial treatment (it was difficult to open and eat at all). After only one used treatment, seven of them are already prepaid, they do not want to make a refund, even for those unused treatments. Although it was initially said that she would return the money (after trying to persuade her to another treatment) none of this was realized. They said a mail should be sent to which there was no response. In the end, they say over the phone that they can do nothing and that every person in the other is responding. They claim that they have a solution for everyone, and when it turns out they are not so withdrawn. An established polyclinic at too high a cost and poor service if you are not a "celebrity" to try and hang around for a little while. The sad truth.

Beautiful Polyclinic with excellent service and friendly staff.
Horror. The treatments are not personally tailored to each patient, and the recommended medications have worse side effects than they help. On top of all that, there is even no refund. HORROR!

I came from abroad for an appointment, which they canceled and offered the following without thinking that I would not be able to stay any longer.Not at all professional
I sought counseling for corrective beard and jaw surgery at the aesthetic center, and I have to admit that I did not see such a good and understandable approach anywhere but Bagatin. Extensive knowledge of two doctors while taking a simple, easy-to-understand and sympathetic approach! I am thrilled!Many thanks also to Dr. Iva Šaravanja at the dental center for making all the repairs quick and painless, and above all, quality. Because of her approach, I stopped fearing the dentist, and despite the fact that I usually have a reflex to vomit at the dentist, it never happened to her!
I do my best compliments to all medical and nursing staff. More than staff, are the people with dedication make her work. enviable level Professionals, warm and available for any request. Excellent references!

Unfortunately, the nose surgery failed for the first time and for the second time, for the second time I paid for the "material" and the nose is still today .. worse than ever!Breasts distorted after 2 years.When I asked for a discharge letter recently, they said they no longer have it in the archive or the implant book and when I called and said I was traveling by plane and I needed a book .. they created a discharge letter and said that I could travel with it, I did not need the implant book .Suddenly they found a bill of divorcement.They have not yet given the book, although they have promised to come get it, they are constantly making excuses not to give it.From now on I'm going Medical Association.We all happily going under the knife to them !!
Yes, the service is at high level, but they insist on the services that you DONT want, which is absolutely money driven. I had to repeat the treatment done and ended up paying twice...not going there again!
The best polyclinic not only in Croatia but across Europe. I have a fear of the dentist, but when I came to Bagatin, that fear simply disappeared. With Baggage Polyclinics I can say that I have only good experiences. A professional team of people who, with their expertise and courtesy, can make everyone happy.
Everything goes very fast, there is not much price, you make exactly what you are looking for, and there is no suggestion or advice that would better suit your face, all just to be fast because of.
Expensive.. you can find better places for normal prices... overpriced
I visited Poliklinika Bagatin for a simple laser treatment. I explained on the phone what I was expecting and they confirmed they can provide a treatment. Total disappointment came during the appointment. Not only they were not able to do the treatment as they stated, instead they charged me 400 kn for 1 minute "No" chat and a referral (meaning they gave me a number) to another clinic who might or might not be able to do it. It seems an expensive referral, but that's all. They shouldn't be charging clients if they are not able to help or provide treatments and be honest about it up front before appointment is made. Waste of time and money.
Posted, it was about my son, who was released from the wound on Friday when I called to Monday did not get an antibiotic prescription because the dentist did not work. Reaction to emergency workers (or Polyclinics) on the phone was a straight disaster.The dentist we visited before was, in fact, a really beautiful woman.
I had a really good experience today at Poliklinika Bagatin. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I got peeling/microdermabrasion/ultrasound/laser for my face. I wanted to do Med Visage originally but Kristina discussed with me what would be best for my needs and the best option for me for lasting results since I'm from out of town. I'm very pleased that she took the time to assess and explain everything in detail. I can't wait to come back soon!
The best staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful, the office/equipment are state of the art. I'm beyond satisfied will all my results. I will be going back for all my future needs! ps - I'm comparing this to doctors office's in Scottsdale AZ, and this is really top of the line work and care! Thank you!

Very professional service. I would say it fits the price you pay. Top location, staff and relations with customers. EDIT: when you pay the service for one price and than 9 months later you are charged 60% more for the same thing you are not going to be happy.
I went to a dermatological examination, Unfortunately, the therapy was unsuccessful. 😏
The sea experience is unfortunately not positive. The operation failed me or a friend of mine (who had twice been repaired). I am really dissatisfied with the result, the room after surgery remained in bad memory, I did not have privacy and peace after waking from anesthesia (which was too aggressive) recovery was also quite traumatic because of this. I have been offered a repair, but it is out of the question. For such a small procedure, I expected positive results from the first one. Unfortunately in certain segments in cosmetic surgery dr. Tomica Bagatin is not happy.
My experience was not good. Stuff is not professional and they wasted my time which is very precious for me because I have little baby.

Amazing experience! Staff and facilities are very professional! Thank you so much Dr Snjezana Kramaric for your incredible bedside manner and attention you gave during my procedure. I have had lip injections two other times in the US and this time was by far the least painful and most successful! There was zero bruising after the treatment and very little discomfort. My lips look absolutely beautiful now! I would highly recommend this clinic and their providers to everyone! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!!
