My case: I make an appointment to do a complex gynecological examination (hysterosalpingography). They then send me a prescription by email explaining that there is a blood test, a product to buy and (surprise!) A sterile kit with catheter to perform the examination. This day I go to my pharmacist to buy the said products, and the latter, after a long search in his database, cannot provide me with the kit requested. For him, it is a professional material, and therefore not available to the general public. and of course, this Kit is entirely at my charge because not reimbursed by social security .... To complete my point, I then called other health facilities to find out if they asked patients to provide this kit. The answer is no".Who are we laughing at ? it is up to the patient now, who must provide the equipment the doctor needs to work? In addition to his excess fees? It says a lot about the seriousness of this establishment! A shame. I encourage you to go to a real hospital, even if the delays are longer, it will avoid passing for a pigeon and getting shorn (like a sheep)I specify that I preferred to cancel my appointment made in your establishment for this examination since I did not manage to find the said kit near my home (bah yes, I have a life, I have other thing to do than run around the city in search of a medical tool that is not available to the general public ...) Place to flee urgently !!! The establishment is dilapidated. We pay for a room called top of the range, in fact it is the same as the others but in addition to the toilet full of blood, I had to go see the nurses who brought in someone. Personal level the day team was perfect but the night team my god help !!! A nurse who does not respond when asked questions, who tells you it's normal that you are in pain you were operated with a haughty air ect ...... really horrible we wonder what 'she does here one has the impression of disturbing her. Not a smile no empathy, an extreme coldness. This nurse spoils the image of the clinic. Hospitalized on the 5th floor.
Our son was operated open heart on January 27, 2020 by doctor Sassard. We would like to thank the teams who took care of our son, caregivers, nurses and doctors, all friendly, competent, available, understanding who explained and reassured us. Hello, following my visit on the 13th to pass a scanner that went correctly, it took your employee an hour and a half to present me the fee and the report. knowing that the reception is done by a machine and that the results are available online, I wonder about the workload justifying such a wait. In fact I am clostrophobic. And the idea of knowing me in this "tunnel" with these noises (despite wearing a helmet) worried me more than anything else. Vetished clinic. Intensive cardiac care staff unpleasant and disgraceful. Very little empathy for families which is inhumane for a service where patients have potentially serious failures.
I was hospitalized in ambulatory for a colonoscopy and gastrocopy.Service very well organized, everything was very fluid.I was really pleasantly surprised. Very sweet and professional team.I would like to thank the woman stretcher (she wore glasses if but memories are good) She was adorable.

Final operation of a pneumothorax 1 year ago, I spent 3 days at the clinic and here I am like new! Staff and practitioners pleasant and caring, nothing to do with the public.

the reception staff in the radiology department is really unpleasant ... especially with the elderly, they are jostled verbally when they do not understand or hear! Inadmissible, a little humanity ladies, especially in the medical field would not hurt you.
2 years ago, had a gastroscopy and a colonoscopy, then a liver biopsy. I am very happy with this clinic and its staff. I am always followed by my gastroenterologist (Mélanie Vallin) there and will still pass my future exams in the Protestant infirmary.

FOR A COLO / GASTRO VERY WELL AMBULATORY BUT IT WAS MY SUPER GASTRO ENTEROLOGIST WHO MADE MEon the other hand to make an MRI not very human and friendly staff when we are not reassured to get into a kind of hearse qd we suffer from claustrophony against very human at the clinic of the Backup / écully ... d ' elsewhere I would do all my MRIs there in the futureand a woman doctor so human that I was surprised !!!!!! and a staff that surrounds you completely which changes a lot of the Protestant clinic
Very good establishment. Very professional surgeon. The nursing staff are on top and listen to patients. Well organized welcome and lovely staff. We recommend this structure especially the cardiology department. Only downside, lack of parking spaces. Doctor Durant Dubief Alexis and his collaborators are really very competent. We were even contacted by the surgeon's assistant before and after the intervention to get news, it is really rare and appreciable. A big thank you to everyone for taking great care of my wife.
