Bei unserem Besuch ist uns vor allem die 1a Hygiene, Professionalität des Arztes und der sehr netten und authentischen Arzthelferinnen aufgefallen. Wir haben sofort einen Termin für meine Tochter bekommen. Wir waren mit der kompetenten Behandlung und der Ausstrahlung, die Dr. Karajoli auf Kindern hat sehr zufrieden. Also im allgemeinen haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Zur Beratung für eine sehr teuere Schlafapnoe Operation dort gewesen. Danach Terror am Telefon von einem Herrn mit sehr dubiosen Aussagen wie: "Wenn Sie lieber sterben wollen . . ." - Schade eigentlich, Prof. Hoffmeister selbst hat einen guten und sehr netten Eindruck gemacht.
I was at MEOCLINIK about 2 months ago for a gastroscopy. The treating doctor / gastroenterologist was: Dr. KöppeA very competent and friendly doctor who takes a lot of time for his patients. Highly Recommended. The team / staff around Dr. Köppe gave me detailed advice. A coordinated team. Outstanding!
I have been a patient in the Meoclinic for about 6 months and I am very satisfied.Fast appointments, all doctors under one roof and competent.You feel in good hands, doctors exchange information with each other when needed and released to advise the patient well!
Location, appointment and visit to the doctor (pulmonologist) were perfect. I can absolutely recommend this branch of the Meoclinic and will now come here regularly - and also visit other doctors should it be necessary.
Get an appointment and unfortunately on the day of the examination, we were told that these examinations do nothing! When I called, I said exactly what should be done.
Appointment has already been postponed twice just a few hours before the appointment. Super annoying !!
It can be expensive for self-payers. E.g. my doctor's interview lasted less than 10 minutes - however, a high factor was given on the invoice, with the reason: Exceeding the mean values due to "9803 Increased time required for extensive consultation of 30 minutes".Since nobody seems to want to argue about it afterwards, you simply transfer the money and go somewhere else next time.
I had a good experience here in the Pneumologie department. I speak OK German, but prefer to visit the doctor in English, when possible. The doctor, nurses, and staff were very helpful and kind. The tests that I took were more advanced and less cumbersome than what I´m used to at other offices (if you´ve ever taken lung tests before, you know how tiring they can be) here my lung function tests were taken very quickly and efficiently. The doctor listened to my concerns and prescribed me a medicine that I had not yet tried. My asthma is under control for the first time in years thanks to this clinic! They also sent me a refill prescription by mail at no extra cost during COVID so I didn´t need to risk going to the office. I did pay out of pocket for this place because it was excluded from my insurance, but it was 1000% worth the money to be able to breathe better and comfortably, and I wish I had gone sooner.Note - the only negative is that I find the place very confusing to get around. I went up and down the elevator a few times and into a few reception areas before finding the correct wing. Make sure you arrive for your appointment early!
Great doctors, great clinic and very nice staff, good food with good room service, is almost like a hotel there. Thanks for the good care!
I would not recommend this for immigrants or international patients. The staff is very impolite and unprofessional. I told them that I do not want the bill over post mail, I preferred to pay at the reception. They still sent me bill for the test we didn't agree(I did not even receive any report for such test). The doctor responded me saying that "This is the private practice and we are expensive."
Waited over 45 minutes for the appointment with Prof. Merk ... no explanation, no excuse, so no treatment.
Good Berlin hospital, with competent specialists and very friendly nursing staff. The decor is modern and the furnishings cozy.The food and drink selection is high quality and delicious. The healing process of the patients is clearly supported from all sides.
Consultation with the doctor very well. Internal processes suboptimal. So bring plenty of time. Have to wait again today ...

Fantastic doctors as well as office organization. Also, the approach directly next to the Gendarmenmarkt can handle cleverly: entrance to the P Friedrichstadt-Passagen, then to Q206 / exit Friedrichstrasse 71. From here it goes by elevator directly to the reception 1st floor.
Unreliable. Appointments are not adhered to and even canceled on site. After an appointment last started with 30 minutes delay, my appointment today was completely canceled on-site. The telephone appointment does not seem to work reliably.
The patient is clearly a necessary evil here. I was now twice in the supposedly so exclusive clinic. Once with a child and once to the ophthalmologist. On the first visit we waited 50 minutes. When ophthalmologist - appointment, I asked for 30 min waiting time (after the originally agreed appointment) and only then took place by the reception staff a request to the doctor. That a treatment lasts longer, may occur and is unpredictable. Information to the waiting patient would be an adequate pro-active service of this facility. The doctor even came into the waiting area to tell me that it may take a while because the patient is so difficult. There was no apology. Too bad. Some of the staff in the lobby have an arrogant friendliness and also a neat disinterest for the potential customers / patients. In addition, some of the persons are not aware of the contents of the documents that have to be signed. Non-compliance with the standard that you are accustomed to gave a very specific instruction that, e.g. The non-disclosure of the telephone number for the master data may have the consequence that appointments cancellations can not be transmitted by the clinic and you then come for free. (Does this happen so often?)Even as a private patient you do not have it easy in this city. Even facilities with good marketing and supposedly good reputation can not do it justice.Meoclinic - certainly not again.

Very competent doctors and fast appointments.
In the run-up too long waiting time for the conversation with the anesthesiologist of the clinic, who then was not at the surgery. Surgery of a doctor, so here only evaluation of the clinic: Friendly care and service staff. BUT Very small room, which was completely crowded with 2 beds. If the bed is moved from the niche to the operating room, the second one must be pushed into the bay window. Otherwise it would not work in terms of space. In addition, technical shortcomings: neither ceiling lighting nor TVs (4 Russian-speaking channels!) Could be individually for the beds. Value for money is not right.
Also my last visit to the doctor was great again. Get an appointment again on the same day in the short term. So far, I was very happy with all the doctors and felt well looked after!
I have been a patient there for years. More regular for some doctors, others for others. There are also good and less good doctors here. In general, I am very satisfied with being able to always get an appointment very quickly. I did not have to wait too long for the MRI appointment.

My recent experience at the Meoclinic was very good. Everyone there was friendly and helpful to me. My doctor was Dr. Steiert and she was very nice and professional. Even though my flight was delayed, Dr. Steiert stayed later to accommodate me! I also felt she took my throat pain seriously and did not make me feel incompetent. She also gave me some great advice on how to prevent my condition in the future which I thought was great! After the long day, on my way home, I lost my prescription and they promptly sent me another one with no fuss! I highly recommend this clinic! They were very attentive and overall it was a great experience!!
Outstanding doctors and professional as well as short-term appointments.
In June 2019 my eyelids were corrected. There are high standards of hygiene. So one is only admitted to the clinic when the smear test has no germs in the mouth and nose. The entire medical team was very competent. The administration also works very politely and courteously. Treatment after surgery on the ward was very caring. Pulse and fever were measured almost every 2 hours. Even at night it was briefly looked into the room. In between, a ward doctor always inquired about well-being. The food was very good. You could choose between at least 4 dishes for each meal. Good mineral water from Austria was always available. The decor, especially the bathroom, reminded me of a hotel room. I have my short stay in the Meo Clinic in Berlin, Friedrichstraße in a very good memory and would prefer them if necessary in any case

Disappointing and bad !!Unfortunately, the doctor (orthopedics) paid more attention to the end of his consultation than to my concerns. Accordingly, I was dismissed without concrete result (measurement / grades). He could not because he would not know this device. I should contact him again, he would take care of it and give me a recommendation for a physiotherapy.Neither one nor the other has happened !! It is not about a finding that takes hours and hours. Incomprehensible!!
Super fast get an appointment, great doctor. Afterwards again outpatient operated with perfect result. We recommend.
A very good clinic with short waiting times. If further examinations are needed on-site, then the appointment is possible immediately afterwards. Imaging of all kinds. Evaluation dates can be entered directly at the next possible date at the sympathetic receptionists.
I would not recommend that clinic especially to the international patients for several reasons:1. Staff at the reception (5th floor) is absolutely impolite. For my request to introduce herself she rejected. The manager who came afterwards said it was just misunderstanding, both even didn't apologize.2. The competence and treatment of doctor I visited. The tests I was willing to do she said were unnecessary and didn't want to do, she wasn't listening to my concerns, she didn't even comment my previous tests. Proposed me appointments for special doctor right after I told her that I had already done it. I assume she even didn't listen to me.3. Clinic didn't send me my previous tests, I'm not surprised it is not the first time they forget what they promised to do.
A good place to get healthy :)
The service on the surgical ward was great. The Patient Realtions has arranged everything to their complete satisfaction. The anesthetist was top and the attending physician a dream. A great experience for us. It was a planned surgery. Our expectations were exceeded.
A great clinic. Nice and competent nursing staff. Always have an open ear, take time for their patients. The food is absolutely perfect. There are no wishes and even extras are delivered. It is more like staying in a 4 star hotel than in a clinic.
Great service, fast appointments and qualified doctors
I do not recommend. We consulted my mother's glioblastoma therapy with Dr. Vogel, wrote down Laif tablets, said that if something was disturbing, to contact him right away. And it happened, my mother went to the hospital, the woman at the reception says that you can not call Dr. Vogel, you can write an email and wait until he answers ... Seriously? For cancer patients, contact by email? He did not reply to this email, he did not reply to the email after the Laif treatment. Mamie's tumor has grown back after these pills, just like before surgery. No contact, no professionalism. He shouldn't call himself a doctor. The email to the reception asking for clarification of the lack of contact remained unanswered. Embarrassment.
As a patient of meo practices for many years, I have had the best experience with the doctors. The diversity of the individual departments is a very big plus. I don't have to search for good specialists for a long time, appointments are usually very quick.In January 2016 I had moderate bowel surgery. This was carried out in the highest quality at meoclinic. The care given by the surgeons was exemplary. A lot of time was taken from the preliminary discussion to discharge, and the patient was treated. The care on the ward was first class. I spent three weeks in the clinic with pre-treatment and recovery. I had no reason to complain during this time. My decision was absolutely right. In the following I recommended the clinic to my friends, there is great satisfaction there too.
If I could I gave 0 stars. The worst place I have ever visited. They think they are Gods, especially the old man- Vogel. He will send you to another world without hesitation. This man has no empathy. The worst doctor I have ever met. Only money counts there. You pay twice comparing to what you even pay in the USA. My friends were right- this is a toy in reach people's hands. Nightmare, I will never come back to this place

Despite making an appointment, we have been waiting for an hour now, nobody cares. This is a private clinic, so I expect organization.
Super fancy medical centre. Expect to pay a fortune if you don't have any insurance. The staff all spoke good English and everything was clean and modern.
Run away! This is my experience.They will consider you as a cash machine, propose a lot of tests, Treatments, send you to one other doctor and to a Labor for blood test. They will propose a check up. And then they will probably propose an operation. I had Diagnose that were severily questioned by other doctors, and they are really like "lets operate next week".During the tests and consultations, they will treat you sometimes in 10 min, for the check for example they do half of what they describe on their site. Sometimes I saw doctors there that did not even examined me, just more than 80 eur to fix another appointment. Also the Service is not good, you will systematically have to wait 1 hour to see a doctor 5 min, that considers you as a cash machine.I dont recommend this clinic that becam too much of a Business and not enough of an hospital
Stayed there for surgery in Dec 2003 and enjoyed the stay despite the circumstances very much. They understand it very well to treat patients in a way they get over treatments and pains. Felt like staying in a hotel.
