Great clinic nice staff, definitely recommended
Plastic surgery under Dr. Dornseifer can only be further recommended. The result is impressive. Care after the procedure was also extremely accommodating. You just have to dare and don't let the hustle and bustle deter you. Because all questions are answered and the doctors then take the time, no matter how "stupid" the questions are.

My father was in the intensive care unit in the Isar Clinic for two weeks in May 2020. In contrast to some other clinics, the intensive care unit has spacious single rooms. You can close the door and that's also a discretion, e.g. maintained during doctor's talks or daily personal hygiene. The nurses treated my father very lovingly, massaged him very often, addressed him by name, caressed his hand, took his time. The doctors, Dr. Brodherr, Dr. Wessely, Dr. Hansen and the doctors at Intensiv are very competent and do everything humanly possible. You took a lot of time for personal discussions. I always felt that the focus was on the patient and their relatives and that humanity is very important.The staff at the reception is certainly challenged in Corona times. I came every day and the ladies were always very friendly.I have never seen a clinic where the doctors and staff have been so competent and sensitive. Thank you so much!

1 star for the very rich and good food.Otherwise everything is very choic and uncoordinated. It even starts with the google search. Why do Russian letters appear? In the clinic, the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. The staff appears arrogant and overwhelmed, not to mention friendliness and courtesy. Callbacks are generally not made. You can only speak to a band and hope that someone will rise from the golden throne to choose the recall button. I was probably unlucky! If you don't feel like having no plan, you'd better look for another clinic! Absolutely not recommendable!
I was there for a little outpatient surgery. It went great. Everyone was very friendly and competent. The waiting times were always pretty short. The only negative was that the surgery could be reached by telephone in advance of making an appointment. Here several attempts on different days were necessary.
Gastroenterology is very friendly, courteous, thorough and caring. I looked after myself and felt good. Highly Recommended.

At around 5 p.m. last Friday, a 64-year-old woman with a severe disability was in an emergency situation in which I urgently needed a toilet. I was standing in front of the Isar Clinic when that happened, so I went in so I could go to the bathroom. I was immediately stopped by a gentleman who worked there, and when he saw me walking towards the downstairs toilets, he stopped me and told me that these were not public toilets and were only for the patients of the clinic and I was them therefore not allowed to use.I kindly explained to the gentleman that it was an emergency and a necessity, and I also showed him the severely disabled ID that verified my handicap. The annoyed gentleman replied that he didn't care and that I had to leave the clinic and look for a public toilet somewhere else. I then addressed the woman behind the review table in the review, pointed out my difficulty and informed her that I was completely wet from the waist down and that it was a medical emergency and that I could not move from there to look for another toilet because the situation is so serious that I only have the possibility to do it in the presence of everyone. After various complaints I was allowed to use the toilet and when I was done I asked for the name and contact of the management. The gentleman answered me aggressively and said he was the boss and his name was Mr. Stark. While I was trying to write the name on my phone to verify the truth of what he said, the gentleman allowed himself to

Very nice staff, except for one exception. In addition, it would be good to use more nurses. As soon as someone gets sick on the ward, the rest has to run. In order to maintain a good state, should not be saved on the staff. Nothing works without the nurses. Austerity measures are all felt and the reputation is soon over. The worst medical experience of my life.That was not an investigation, that was a horror trip. The doctor was at 180 all the time, bombarded me with medical terms and that I should explain them. How should I understand the medical terminology of the transfer slip? Then the proctological examination. That bordered on rape. Still at 180 and scolding my doctor and the endoscopy team (my AMAZING doctor is out of action due to disc surgery), he rams my subjects into the buttocks as if there were no tomorrow and does not stop complaining. Then he is done and thinks I can get down from the examination chair. I stay seated because this can not be the end. He becomes aware of this and says "Oh, I still have to wipe off all the blood."If you love your Popo and your soul, then do not go there -_-

Doctors and sisters are ok. but parking is awful too the reception is not exactly friendly (who is currently on duty).
Miss Dr. Schöllkopf is highly recommended for knee issues. She takes a lot of time, is very personable and makes an incredibly competent impression.

I was here had LWS op and came to the 2.x agoThe team here at the station Isar2 is really hardworking, competent and fast. Taking time to answer my questions and happy to help if you need help. Also the medical care is very good.You are not just treated like this but you are seen here as a person and not just as a disease or a problemI will definitely recommend this clinic. Also my thanks to Dr. Med Sommer Frank and colleagues from the practice Schneiderhan & colleagues from Taufkirchen. I felt completely satisfied and super cared for. 😊

I have now been operated twice in the Isarco clinic once lumbar vertebrae in July and once again 2 herniated discs on the cervical vertebra and I have to say all very friendly and accommodating if doctors or nurses all bring top performance that I found really great, it is also very clean, So everyone strives for the patient really great. !! 🤣😀😄The OP 's really succeeded, I have been well fed to sleep. Dr.Summer and Team, Top performance. The only thing I found freaky is the garage, if you go down there alone everything is gray and bad signposted, the next time I ask before at the front desk if someone can accompany me, but otherwise everything was really great. !! 😉😀😀😀😀 🤣🤣🤣😃😃
The many bad reviews have me a bit unsure, but honestly quite wrong. From the reception, through the preparation to the doctors and nurses in the operating theater, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. There seemed to be a good climate between the staff and everyone was really attentive and ... just nice. The rooms were not as crowded and crowded as often described .... quite normal for the "circumstances". I would go there anytime, if there had to be surgery.Thank you so much to the team!
Tuesday had my surgery, the recording was very friendly. Was then brought to my room, which was more than sparsely decorated. Should then put on the surgical shirt and was then perched in the room for an hour until I was brought to anesthesia. The anesthetist was very nice and the anesthesia well tolerated. In the recovery room I was provided with biscuits and coke, but I also had the feeling that it was not fast enough to get me out of the room. Shortly after 15:00 I was in my room and dressed myself. Food was not until 18:30 (salad and bread) and water only on request. My room-neighbor arrived at 17:00, after surgery, in the room. I was allowed to help her get dressed because she could not do it herself and she was not helped. An adjustable nursing bed she had not got and so she had to look how she could lie down after surgery (the whole night she had not slept in the end, and I did not sleep). After dinner it became very annoying to my roommate, who luckily just had a girlfriend visit, and she collapsed on the common toilet in the hallway. She became pale, cyanotic and with severe nausea from her friend !!! brought into the room. The duty nurse hung on the phone and neither their vital signs were checked nor provided assistance. Medicines for nausea were allegedly not available. After ice bags to cool our swelling we had to ask 4x. The flat screen offered next to ARD, ZDF and BR also Bibelkanal and Shoppingtv ... after a sleepless night we got a miserable breakfast and the

Our 3-year-old son was operated on by our ENT specialist at the isar AOP center. Our ENT doctor is great - you can not say that about the isar AOP center.Starting with the modest situation (bad to find, no parking) on the lack of equipment of the actual practice (extremely small waiting area, narrow corridors, material in the hallway, smallest locker rooms, narrowest recovery room, etc.) to the mostly unfriendly staff (especially the Anesthesia sister a real impudence).The practice is zero-point-zero adjusted to children - we had to wait over 35 minutes despite the appointment and toddler. The child after us had to wait an hour and a half. No play area - nothing !!! Then in the locker room - the kids do not get any relaxing meds or anything like that (because the kids would take longer to wake up) - the screaming kid was literally ripped from our arms by the anesthetist - remarking that he was after the anesthetic anyway, could not remember anything. After 35 minutes of waiting, stress was then released during the anesthesia - zero patience. Impossible - unforgivable.The OP itself went well - our ENT is simply good.In the recovery room was then the thought "time is money" by the staff lived - as quickly as was the motto (but we also wanted to get out). I went to Isar Klinikum with an intense pain and difficulties breathing. I talked with different staff members who sent me to different hospital areas and never was examined by a doctor. At the end they told me to go to another Hausartz by myself. No treatment, no examination, no solution. I'm really disappointed how they treat a patient.
I am very, very disappointed of this clinic. The staff should take first "Human beings classes" before getting a medical degree and give a Hypocrite oaths.
Surgery with Mr Dornseifer was not a pleasent experience. I had done many surgeries for the same problem before, and was obviously very afraid that the same would happen again. He said it not would be a problem this time, and I asked how he would make sure, but gave no reasonable answer. I even had to dig out afterwards what more could be done to obtain the wanted results. Dont bother commenting that you dont have me in your database, because this is not my real name...

My stay was 6 nights.The clinic is very clean, modern and well maintained. The location of the clinic is great central. If you can and are walks in the city center a nice change. The parking situation is not optimal to solve because of the central location, but my visit in the surrounding streets could park without search directly. Parking is available at the main entrance for bringing and picking up. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and always there for the patients. The food is of a very high quality, the premises generous and the entire process by administration, care, service and other departments well organized. In addition, the entire transport and the surgical preparation by the anesthesia has been very good. I am not a big friend of general anesthetics (real Schisser), but they have managed to accompany me through the operation with calmness, enlightenment and great care. Great clinic and a very good new neurosurgeon Mr. Prof Dr Lumenta He has already operated on 3x in the last clinic where he has been and I have been very satisfied with his work. In the Isar Clinic I was already already only to the cervical infiltration. Super nice staff and very clean.

I was in surgery for three days in the Isar Klinikum and can only recommend this !! The whole team that took care of me was always very polite and friendly. The care was extremely professional and all staff was very much at my disposal. If necessary, someone was immediately available and everyone took a lot of time and worked very conscientiously! My special thanks Huber and his colleague of the clinic, my friendly anesthesia team, all the wonderful attendants and nurses of the station 'Pettenkofer 1', the friendly staff of the service and the nice lady of the room cleaning! OP with toddler.1) Contrary to the procedure mentioned in the anesthesia interview in Arabellahaus there was no sedative juice for my 2.5-year-old daughter before the operation. When asked why they told me they did not even have one in stock in the house. Here, the cooperation between the institutions does not seem to fit.2) Anesthetists on site was extremely rude at my request and said to me very harshly literally: "Either my rules or they can go back if it does not suit you". 5 min before the operation!3) After surgery, my daughter was extremely restless, more and more raving and screaming, she tore the access out and did not settle down - yet nurses pressured me to bring my daughter to drink and eat which was impossible in her condition. Finally, the announcement from the nurse suddenly came "we could go" - the senior physician would have dismissed us. Aha. So we went with a screaming, screaming child, who was not even fully dressed because she was just as rage - it was impossible! Total mass processing - the next patient finally waiting for their anesthesia at the door - so we had to clear the place - regardless of the needs of the case! Terrible and never again !!!
Actually zero stars! Insanely bad service! Extremely unfriendly lady on the phone and at the reception in the practice, she was snooty and arrogant and we were not even greeted! You can't do that to your patients / customers! I would not recommend this practice to anyone! Unfortunately I am not the first to write this, so think twice about making an appointment there, apparently nothing changes!

The medical and nursing care was really good. The staff was never rushed or annoyed. I felt well looked after during my stay (4 days) and excellent medical care. I would choose the hospital again for an operation at any time. I just couldn't enjoy the food. The warm lunch was always very hot in the room, but the food was over-cooked and therefore hard and tough. The reverse case was in the evening while eating cold. Since the food did not come on a chilled plate, the sausage slices had already been spoiled twice.
Stayed here for a cruciate op. Station was clean and food was good. Expiration was not very well planned because of myOp day was very busy, so I had to wait 1 hour in the preparation room. Food and the other food was good and for the 3 days I was there varied enough. Staff was always nice and hard-working.

Modern hospital in a central location.Crew speaks fluent German and English and is very courteous and polite.Modern appliances and very good doctors complete this hospital.The rooms are modern equipped with wireless tv telephone and have bath and shower.The food is served daily to your own choice and is upscale. We were patients of the MVZ practice clinic Dr. SCHNEIDERHAN, M. - Taufkirchen there.The doctor came to visit every day. The fooda la carte very good and tasty. No,we are not private patients !! Parking situation to pick up the patients is a single disaster. There are just 3 ridiculous parking spaces available which are completely parked. In this area, then the doctors are also from their cars and there is a complete mess.If such a clinic can not even provide enough parking space for the patient and you get stupid sayings from the clinic staff, you should just come by tram, then the clinic has earned only one star.
