Hallo liebes Team der Helios Klinik, ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei der Dialyse und der Stadion P 5 bedanken. Ein besonderen Dank gehen an Herrn Dr. Tuerk - leider nicht mehr in der Klinik, Frau Dr. Vorberger, Frau Dr. Schmidtchen, Frau Dr Lembcke,Herrn Dr. Wolkewitz, Schwester Antje, Schwester Carina. Ich sage 1000 Dank - ich wart Spitze - und ich glaube eine kleine Gehaltserhöhung - würde gut zu passen. Zwinka, zwinka. Es gibt natürlich auch die Schattenseite - sehr arrogant - die müssen aufpassen das die nicht über ihre eigenen Füße stolpern. Professor Dr. Nürnberg und Frau Dr. Haefner. Setzen - die Note 6 wird erteilt. Die Beiden müssen noch viele Seminare der Menschlichkeit und wie gehe ich mit Angehörigen von sehr schwer kranken Menschen um. Bleibt alle gesund. Das Gesundheitssystem ist leider eine Geldmaschine. Es ist eben auch nur eine Firma, die Geld verdienen will. Die Mitarbeiter waren, soweit es der Stress erlaubte, freundlich .Wenn es möglich ist versuche ich für die Zukunft ein anderes Krankenhaus zu wählen.
Ich war mit meiner Tochter von Sonntag 30.08. 2020 bis Dienstag 01.09.2020 auf Station D 3. Leider entdeckten alle behandelnden Ärztinnen die akute und ziemlich schmerzhafte Mandelentzündung nicht. Nur eine einzige Ärztin hätte genügt, die Mandelentzündung durch einen Blick in den Rachenraum festzustellen. Nur eine einzige Ärztin hätte genügt, durch einen Blick auf den Einweisungsschein die Diagnostik auf den Rachenraum zu lenken. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass die Ärzte an den Helios Kliniken Schwerin fachliche Kompetenz und soziale Kompetenz nicht in einer Person vereinen können. Ich bin wieder einmal mehr als enttäuscht. Eine einfache Mandelentzündung, die am 28.08.2020 begann, am 30.08.2020 vom kinderärztlichen Notdienst mit extrem gerötetem Rachen beschrieben wurde, am 01.09.2020 wurde der Rachenraum laut vorläufigem Entlassungsbericht als unauffällig diagnostiziert und am 01.09.2020 konnte ich abends mit Hilfe einer einfachen Taschenlampe die fast komplett weiß belegten Tonsillen sehen. Am 02.09.2020 bestätigte die Kinderärztin meinen Verdacht der Angina. Wie kann das unentdeckt bleiben? Es wurde ein Rachenabstrich gemacht, der sicherlich nur auf Covid 19 untersucht wurde. Warum nicht auf andere Erreger? Reicht die Probe nicht aus?Meiner Tochter wurde am Sonntag ein Zugang gelegt für die Infusionstherapie. Am Montag wurde Blut abgenommen. Wenn Sie glauben, dass das ein Kinderspiel war, sind Sie schief gewickelt. Erst beim dritten Mal konnte eine Flexüle zum Blut abnehmen
My mother was operated on there.The doctors were competent and did their best during the operation.BUT:The nursing staff is the disaster. She was fed with a bread roll the day after the operation. She hadn't said anything on the day of the operation. and thus after 24 hours of eating, hunger. The "slider" is not even brought out to eat and my mother still had not been emptied and washed on the 2nd day postoperatively!The bed-ridden patient is already at the mercy of everything and the patient is not even helped a little by washing these patients!FREEDOM !!!!
Everything went great from the beginning to the end of my treatment. I even learned something from the nursing students. The E5 ENT was almost like a vacation for me. 😊
I was driven to the emergency room over the weekend after cutting myself.I was on the verge of fainting while sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room.My situation in itself was not particularly nice, but I also noticed how Sister Manuela (dark hair) also commented on this (she is only an actress, extras are wanted everywhere) and another colleague (glasses, had her hair to the pigtail) pulled my ear so that I could come to ... I just said the words.So it is - unfortunately - no wonder that patients avoid this hospital. Even if you are understaffed, possibly also unmotivated (because you have a night shift), you should only speak your thoughts out loud when the patient is no longer within earshot.

Whenever I am here I get aggression because I wait at least 2 hours longer than actually planned for every appointment I have, I miss every other appointment because the helios clinic cannot specify a specific time in which you should keep your appointment and if they have one Calling a specific time you sit there and eat your anger for hours until you wait 4 hours for an X-ray picture and are finally accepted
During my stay in a psychiatric ward, I injured my finger (Friday) in sports and had severe pain. On Friday the sister tried to pull my finger around because she thought he was sprained. Saturday I'll be home until Sunday evening. There my mother asked if a doctor had looked at it and if not if a doctor was looking at it. Only on Wednesday someone had actually looked at it and tada the finger was broken.Otherwise everything is very hectic and mostly the staff is rather rude and snooty.The therapy didn't work. At first I had no therapy for over 4 weeks because my therapist was on vacation and nobody noticed that I had no therapy. My trauma was played down until I stopped talking about it. The only thing you can do very well there is to prescribe tablets without end.There is no place to get well here!
Unfortunately, this hospital is really not recommended. After several discussions under flimsy reasons after discussions with various employees and under the threat of legal consequences, you only get your legal right to information as a legal representative. Outrageous.
One star is too much for this terrible hospital, the majority of nurses and doctors clearly missed their jobs. A hairdresser can also wear a white coat, a doctor friend told me, there are actually a few good doctors here. My grandfather has been here for 16 days. Most nurses are very friendly, but there are also some who seem to find everything too much. I understand that it is a difficult job, but these people chose it at some point and always the opportunity to stop ... unfortunately, many patients are completely dependent on the help of you.

Have not had such a bad experience so far.I appreciate Dr. Lischka in the eye clinic very much. I also felt well looked after in the gynecological clinic in the past, and had recently worked with Dr. Kosmack, in the emergency room, a very understanding, patient, hard-working doctor on site, by my side. The sisters were always friendly too.I have particularly positive memories of the ITS staff, who were very understanding and empowering when it came to saying goodbye in the special time now ((Corona), when it was hardly possible to come to the clinic, and as a relative you tend to be overwhelmed but also desperate. Thank you that it was possible to say goodbye, there was room alone, but there would always have been a contact person on site!The only thing that I do not feel so positively as a patient are the sometimes rapid layoffs, because one feels particularly unsafe after an operation. If you avoid it, you should never go to this hospital. 5 stars for the super nice surgical team from 25.05.2020 around 6 p.m. Particularly noteworthy is the anesthetist and her assistant, unfortunately I do not know the names. Thanks also to the very nice sisters of E2 and the emergency room. The food is good and sufficient for a hospital.
The staff are friendly and helpful at least at station P3, It is a nice hospital and large there are many areas only the emergency room I would avoid if there is no acute need for action because waiting time up to 10 hours

In any case, you should never go to this hospital. The hospital is only looking for profit and no one cares about the patient. It is always tried to admit the patient to the inpatient after sitting senselessly in the emergency room for hours without anyone caring.
My mother should be hospitalized again on January 13th, 2020, since she should have a heart valve surgery on January 16th. I found the time to the operation too long, which was already there in November 2019 and was given stents. Then she got psychotic, it was bad. I then called about a week in advance and spoke to Dr. Papenfuß, who made it possible for me to get 2 nights through my mother's health insurance, for which I am very grateful to him. So my mother didn't have to go in on the 13th but only on January 15th and I was with her the day before the operation and on the day of the operation. That helped her a lot. I would also like to thank Dr. Telemann, he was always ready to answer my questions, I can only say, thank you to the doctors and the ward staff, they were all very nice, for which I am happy to give 5 stars.

Because you are always well looked after here. As in other places, the hospital lacks staff, which often makes everything more difficult than it needs to be. This is not only annoying for patients, nurses and doctors can not turn to the people as you would like. Often only time remains to do what is necessary. Nevertheless, very many very good nurses and doctors are at work to provide the sick well. There is a lack of political will to make the health profession attractive and to train more medical professionals. So do not think badly about the hospital, but vote for the parties and politicians who are campaigning for better health care.

The organization of the hospital is terrible. The waiting time is infinitely long, wrong order in which the patients come. It feels really bad.
The hospital makes a very clean impression. The logistics of this house is clear and easy to understand. The departments are staffed by very good doctors. Dealing with the patients is polite and nice. The cafeteria is very well accepted by the patients and visitors. The traffic connection of the clinic is very good.

I was stationed on E2 for three days. The sisters are all very nice and do their best. What I really find really bad was the food. Even after the second day I got "access catering", although a lady with computer came over and I have stated my food. Especially with today's nutrition society, one should assume that man and woman try to eat healthily. That White flour should be avoided !!! But no, every day was the discussion that I definitely will not eat a white bun. When asked about fruit and vegetables, I was told that I had an apple in the morning, not to mention vegetables.So, to sum up: the staff is really trying to make the best of it all. The food is very poor. Little fruits and vegetables. How should the ill person get well with such malnutrition ???
At this point I would like to mention the service assistant Steffen Bartels. Such a friendly and attentive staff I have rarely experienced. That's why there are 5 stars. Everything else about this hospital is worth a maximum of 3 stars.

I only once dared to call this hospital and inquire about a relative. I was immediately forwarded to one of the doctors, whom I did not really want to talk to and who gave me a sermon with unbelievable unkindness, because I had dared to call there, so that my mouth stopped open in fright. It seems to me that many a medical person forgets that no one is there for his pleasure. A respectful tone towards the patients and the concerned relatives, would be appropriate and - actually not too much to ask. I have experienced stressed staff in many hospitals. But such a condescending high school teacher sound has never occurred to me. The many negative reviews I can understand only too well.
One would have to be a doctor to look through a bit here. The visits are not visits. You are chased around and no doctor talks to you properly. We were 5 days on the kinderstation D3 with our 1 year old daughter, we did not miss anything, the sisters were very nice and always helpful. You should be aware that the staff are only human and try their best to do. The doctors have done everything so that the small quickly got better again. it is only about the fact that the children are healthy again. it was always disinfected. we were very satisfied.

Terrible clinic. The sisters and doctors have absolutely no idea what they are doing. The toilets are very unhygienic. Unfriendly staff, not even motivated to treat the patients.The waiting times are too long. You sit alone in the waiting room and the doctors eat breakfast.Not recommended. Not even deserves a star.Here one is not taken seriously. I come here with terrible abdominal pain and all the doctors prescribe to me are pain tablets. This clinic should be closed.
The second star is available for the friendly and despite Megastress very friendly staff!2017: Folded and because of really severe pain in the emergency room. Diagnosis: A little bit sprained. OK. Absolutely not recommended, the event happened 6 years ago and I have just learned that my mother has not even written a review here. Because of their laziness / Disregard of certain rulesDid my mother have a huge scar on her stomach, extreme pain for months. An error had happened during the operation, (ok can happen, however) no sorry. They have skipped watching the healing exactly. They have refrained from doing so, which is absolutely necessary in such an event, to prescribe / give antibiotics for a certain period of time. As a result, they no longer have any abdominal muscles because they have been cut and are simply no longer functional. Now it has to be re-operated every few years. or if there is no danger to life. After such an operation, she can not work for 6 months and has extreme pain. Being unable to work for 6 months is fatal, but I do not want to go astray. As always only by small mistakes or it was rather laziness of the there coworkers that everything could happen. There was neither an apology nor anything else, instead she was insulted and downed. Also, I have heard many other negative reports. Even my mother learned that many such serious cases have already occurred, unfortunately, these "victims" only too "lazy" to tackle it. (Which is totally understandable, because it is a lot of work, in our own the process has been going for 6 years ..) I would strongly consider doing important things here, then, if possible, to another, more competent hospital to drive

I would not even like to give this one star. There are very unfriendly sisters on neurosurgery. Everyone is annoyed when you talk to them. You hardly notice. I feel not at all well cared for and well here. It's just awful here. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else. Please do it !!! I hope I stay healthy !!!!

The single-sex indicated to be well cared for by the nursing service and refrained from help through the discharge management. Before she was given a home seat after the weekend, she was glad to have been "thoroughly checked out" again. Congratulations 😂 also to the initial examination, in which already an orientation to all qualities (knowledge of the own person, the place, the time and the situation) was determined. Hi!I am a foreign citizen and I have not had any experience with the hospital in Germany very badly the behavior of the nurses (Obstetrics). We had a date for 8 hours. We went to check it out why we were sent and where, that's the answer to sit down and wait, we waited 2 hours for an awful thirst when someone came back and told them they did not know anything ... It was 11 o'clock when we got there to examine my wife. They simply dumped the man and sent home ... and the nurse began with the fact that there were no more places full of patients ... when we went to the appointed date for birth and examination. So now we have to wait. The doctor had no problem but I would not recommend it to anyone.

The sisters were rude and annoyed. There was a smell of liquid manure on the toilet. Absolutely abnormal hospital. On the discharge day I had to ask everything myself. No one told me how I should continue to be treated with the dressing change or if I can take a shower, etc. The doctor has given me a medication plan, but the sisters just give you another medi, which is on the plan. Inhumane staff.A praise goes to the anesthetists who accompanied me well during the operation.

Our father was referred to Neurological Station P2 before New Year's Eve with a stroke. Until the following weekend he received, except a Katheruntersuchung, no further treatments. My father spent 10 days on station M3. What can I say? Unkind sisters would still be nice expressed Outrageous, cheeky disrespectful fits more likely. department of OphthalmologyMy thanks go to Dr. med. Lischka and her orthoptist Fr. Nikolai. The operation was successful; the pre and post control professional and friendly. I came specially to Schwerin and can only report positive from the hospital. Also in the operating theater and on the ward everybody was great in their job.Lack of staff and waiting times can, in my opinion, not those who are on-site and every day a leg out.

Would like to give no star at all this hospital would have to be closed. I was from 13.07. Until 18.07. There in there. The doctors were quite nice to the patient. But not to the relatives at all. Then there were snotty answers and wurdcheeky. I was pressed the file under the arm and said they have to CT and was sent alone. Alone a star is too much for this hospital. In April, my mother was hospitalized with a brain aneurysm. It was 3:00 pm, at 9:00 pm she was in intensive care. 6 hours in the emergency room !!!!! The cupboards are totally dusty, no curtains on the windows, the curtain on the only washing facility in the 4 bed room is completely missing, which is very unpleasant to wash in front of three others. OP team was really great (outpatient surgery)!But on the ward, there were problems with the operating room, no information from the nurses (since I somehow have no available ones ;-)) and last but not least 10 painkillers when I was discharged. WOW The specialist will fix it!My conclusion: if it's not an emergency, I'd rather look for another hospital!

My husband was there in July 2018 on E5. It took a very long time until he got a MAT. For the one delivery he needed 8 hours. He waited 4 hours for the discharge surgeon. The hospital is not very recommendable.
