I was scheduled for surgery 2 hours after check-in, the treatment was adequate.
They kept my 38 weeks pregnant wife waiting for over 40 minutes for her appointment, for which she was not allowed to eat or drink for 4 hours before. Absolutely and totally outrageous and unacceptable behaviour from a respected private hospital. Inexcusable.
I didn’t understand the many 1 stars, nalam is always all right. I was looking right now at how the receptionist was behaving, but nothing wrong with tortent. Dr. István Molnar is the doctor I go to, I was for the second time because I was satisfied at first. I can recommend it with a calm heart when it comes to spinal procedures.
Today, on August 5, 2020, I called the Hospital with a date request for physiotherapy treatment. I have a new knee prosthesis that isn’t pleasant to travel and walk with anyway, not even in terms of my speed. The impeccably polite receptionist promised to consult with the physiotherapist and call back. He did this within minutes and recommended 3 appointments, of which I chose 17 hours today, which we agreed on. The only problem was that the lovely lady didn’t call back the physiotherapist that I have an appointment today.At 16.45 I checked in on the 5th floor and was actually checked in. The second problem was that the receptionist lady no longer signaled to the physiotherapist that someone was waiting for her. What you should have done, even if you think your physiotherapist knows about the date. So my physiotherapist said goodbye at the front desk and left the hospital while I waited patiently for more. Then at 5.30pm I came from there.This thing shouldn’t happen in any public hospital, let alone Dr.Rose. If one is already willing to pay, at least they would care about his time. This is really the minimum. The logistics are bad, the process is not systematized and, as it turned out, the procedure is incomplete in two places. This is my experience today. I will try another run next week, now we have consulted directly with the physiotherapist. But why do you need an institution for that?Anyway, I’m not angry, I just have an opinion.Sincerely, Dr. Alexander Alexander

I had a minor surgery at Dr. Rose and would normally never leave a review about something personal. But it’s been an incredible experience from the moment I walked in the door for pre surgery testing until I walked out the morning after the surgery. The facilities are top notch. The nurses are perfect! I had a cappuccino on request when permitted by the doctor. The doctors are on top of their game. The results from the surgery appear great at the moment. I see a few negative posts here and find it shocking. It reminds me that there are people in this world who live to find problems. And they love to tell everyone else about it. Less so when things are brilliant. If I ever need a hospital visit in Budapest again, zero doubt about where I’ll be.
Everyone was very kind. I had to come back on time several times, unfortunately I never managed to call him on time. There was always a slip, but it was worth the wait because there are super doctors. Otherwise, the building and the view are also beautiful.
Located in a nice area of Budapest. Location has class but not the women working there. In an expensive place like this how much are they underpaid really??? That allows them to talk without manner?? Very unprofessional. Pricey bill expected but for something as simple as a flu they asked me to get a x-ray. Funny. Interesting that I see the review here said the consultation was just 75eur while for the rest of our experiences the price is of a tripledConsiderately, they sent me a password protected file of a medical note. But I was never told the passwords so I had to ring back and ask. Oh and btw there’s no pharmacy in the ‘hospital’. You’ll have to buy them from a pharmacy on the street.
I been here couple of times, there is always the line to wait. If you have an appointment you will be waiting for at least 45 minutes to get to the doctor. The price is high for 30 minutes around 75€ for the consultation. The staff is pleasant and polite, the location is good.
I was recommended this place for the good Gynaecologist they had to give birth. I was told by an acquaintance that they only want your money so it was good to only give birth there and be followed by another doctor throughout the pregnancy somewhere else. On a not so positive point, the women at the reception were extremely rude and insulting. Dr.Rose is supposed to be an international clinic that welcomes English speakers and patients who are ready to pay for the services provided, regardless of age or appearance. What I got from the staff was absolutely unbelievable and inexcusable behaviour where they started speaking in Hungarian between themselves and questioning if I was even pregnant or serious about giving birth here. My husband who is Hungarian understood everything and I cannot believe the staff is not trained enough to respect clients, let alone pregnant women seeking for health information. On top of that they were unable to give me the price of their delivery package as they first wanted to know which insurance I had as apparently they give higher prices to people paying through an insurance. They asked for the name of my insurance, which I obviously did not give, so that they could check the most expensive package they could offer me, that is unbelievable! As someone who has been in many different international medical centres in countries where they take your money for anything, this was still the most shocking experience I had. I thankfully found another mate
A truly appalling experience.. I wish I had read the reviews before my visit. If this was the only pace to go in Hungary for medical treatment, I would travel abroad. They seemed more excited about checking with my insurance company to see what sort of payment they could get, than actually listening to what the problem was.I explained my symptoms on the phone before my appointment and after discussing them with the doctor on my arrival, was told, by him that he was not who I should be seeing. He also told me my pain was from the cold outside after I had spend 10 minutes explaining a fall I had taken.I also asked about a recommendation for a prescription I could travel with, as what I buy over the counter is not legal in a place I will be going. I was told by him, that I couldn't take what I needed to the US. I am not from the US, nor had I mentioned the US. In fact the place mentioned to him was in Asia. He was of no help whatsoever and was not even able to discuss any viable options.I you need an English speaking doctor in Budapest, this is not the place.
Clean and kind staff,The doctor who I met, really kind and thoughtful and explain so well.But yes it quite expensive but if you have an insurance it will be fine. It worthy
Don’t even know where to start how bad this place is. The receptionist girls are rude and arrogant for a start. I had a surgery there, I was in crazy pain and the nurses were ignorant, careless, I had much better treatment from nurses in state hospital where they get almost no salary! But above all, the biggest problem is that clearly they only want your money and not your health. I have seen a doctor with a minor problem and he made it seem like a very serious problem, offered an expensive surgery for it. Luckily I went to a second opinion and that doctor gave me a cream for the same problem, turned out it’s nothing major and that surgery they offered could have left me with life changing permanent aftermath.Very upsetting, do not go here if you take care of your health!
I wanted to talk to my doctor on the phone. I do not see why they should be unnecessary to run circles that leverage to have a word with him by telephone, without that went into the hospital.They're busy, they have a long time and sometimes they're expensive. Immunization is a 114ezret wanted to ask, was a general practitioner in 3x8ezerért.However, the last screening also executed very professionally / smoothly.
Horrible service! Bad result!
Unfortunately, personal and indirect experiences are, without exception, also negative for a number of specialist appointments. They are professionally not very high-quality, humanly and empathically, but at least guaranteed to do their job exceptionally expensive.
I can only say positive things, what we were yesterday was very nice staff and Doctor Kosice !!

I saw the reviews and went there with some suspicious thoughts. Actually my experience was totally different. Yes, if you dont have insurance, they can be expensive. But go there by knowing this fact. I have insurance and went there. The receptionists and support were really good comparing to what you expect in general in Hungary. The doctors attitude and care were nice and helpful. Even i could not wait for the tests, the doctor called me at 17:30 and shared all his feedback. So followup was good. And the design and outlook of the clinic was really nice, like a hotel. Honestly my experience was good.
They did not care what they were looking for. I do not recommend anyone who is really sick!
As private hospital it is tragic. Receptionist were incompetent and rude, they made me wait extra 50 min for 200€ quick consultation. In topic of prices they where absolutely sky high. For very simple surgical intervention I had to pay 1500€! At least medical staff that I met was competent, but you can also meet them in other private healthcare in Budapest, with which I have MUCH better memories and I don’t have to pay 3 minimum wages for simple avulsion. Seriously don’t go there, meet same doctors in other private health centres or in public hospitals.
Horrible experience! The result is really bad! I had my lip injection with doctor Molnár István on March 14th. I have had so much pain on the right side of my upper lip and nose also the area between nose and mouth. I was very painful at the time, I couldn’t sleep because of the pain. Even now I still feel very bad. The doctor who injected me said this is not his problem. He does not need to take responsibility. Now the scar has NOT disappear, it’s still on my face. The scar make me feel extremely bad！！
Arrogant and typically Communist-Hungarian attitude where they like to "steal"/take money but only can provide Communist attitude below standard.
When there is nothing to offer - we will charge you for a river view and hothouse design....- a lot . Highly recommend for those who already unable to think .
Impetuous and inhumane.
Unfortunately, the receptionists do not know the doctors working there! Patient data cannot be recorded properly! My husband’s histological specimen was dropped by a nurse so no histology was done after a surgery! They don't understand anything other than parade! Unfortunately, there are also bad experiences in the circle of acquaintances from those who have been there! There is nothing wrong with doctors! They understand their stuff, they should be improved on the rest of the staff!
I was at the employer’s annual screening.It lasted about 2.5 hours, overall it took more time to wait than the tests themselves, but basically things went smoothly, it was properly organized, and the girls experimented kindly.Painfully missed the ophthalmic and dermatological examination.Urology came up with a joke!"Because of your age, you're certainly not involved in this, and you can't be involved in this." They could have examined it in that time. For this type of screening, I prefer to go to my usual doctor, who talks for 2 minutes, examines for 10 minutes, and doesn’t wait a minute!But the view from here is great!

There was a full examination in 2 hours, the doctors and assistants are kind. I saved a couple of weeks in public hospital visits and was able to use the findings at my specialist as well.
Impressive glamour, attractive female young admin staff everywhere, but at my Worker Health checkup (for Iron Mountain), I was held a sheet of printed paper out from four feet as an “Eye Exam”. The only thing the doc found was my fungus infection. A week later, when I went back with ALC tear, I been told that I have no money to pay for the service. They couldn’t put it any more polite for a homeless. Eclectic and tasteless wealthy silverspoonlick.

I look down us!we went to another private hospital.and there have been treated differently to men.DO NOT COME HERE NO ONE HERE !!!

I have a very bad experience with the home cardiology department, and I think the amount of money I get is not in gold for their services. We were fooled. I think some of the staff at the reception spoke to us in a rude, arrogant tone, a very negative thing from the advertised age of such a high standard. I don't recommend it to anyone. We were very sorry we went to them.
