Very bad experience with this hospital. They charge huge amounts and doctors don’t have time for their patients. This hospital should never be an option.
Very poor facility for COVID 19 testing. First check with doctor for symptoms and his recommendation for testing which is obviously required, then go in COVID 19 isolation ward to get the ICMR form ( even if you don't have Covid visiting the isolation ward increases the risk), then fill the form and again visit the doctor so he can sign and stamp it, then come to covid19 booth outside premises and wait for 1-2 hrs with other suspected Covid patients for no reason. Also they want you to pay in cash as they don't accept card for COVID 19 test payment and also will not give you any receipt. Is there any money game going on.This is really horrible. The management of primus hospital sucks and not worth to visit. For all people who are looking for COVID treatment please DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL.
Worst hospital. They don't cure the patients, instead they deteriorate the patients' condition. Money has a higher priority than patients for this hospital.
Very bad experience against CGHS patients
Worst experience with this hospital. Money minded hospital and least bothered about their patients. The doctors are incompetent and ICU staff is least concerned about their patients. The doctors are not even bothered to examine the patients regularly and don't care about patient's condition. I regret choosing this hospital for my mother. Due to this hospital I lost my mother. She walked into the hospital on her feet with full senses and the hospital gave us back her deceased body. I can never recommend this hospital to anyone.
In the past i had good opinion about them. But my recent experience was horryfying. The doctors have become contemptuous towards patients. The hospital has stopped giving reports of x-ray, mri in the film form and instead give the reports in CDs.Giving one star to them is a compultion.
Consultation fee is very high approx 1400-1500.They will charge you for PEP kit and some corona charges which is not worth as you will not find any sanitizer and sanitisation within the premises.I would say to avoid to visit this hospital if you are looking for a general treatment.

I would have given zero stars if I had the option. Worst hospital. General physician Mr. Anurag Saxena didn't even listen to my problem properly and without running any blood test, he prescribed medicines for malaria. I told him persistently about my symptoms, yet he kept on behaving recklessly and didn't pay heed to what I was saying. Now, my condition has worsened and I am seeking consultation in another hospital and I have been diagnosed with a serious ailment. Please, don't go to this hospital. Not recommended at all.
Don't be fooled by the location, I had a very bad experience where the billing vs updates from doctor on the treatment didn't match at all..the bill had ventilator charges from day 1 while the doc on day 4 informed that they are putting the pt on ventilator and till day 3 were told that pt has some oxygen and is stable... As per govt rules the PPE charges are to be on actual + mark up ..however it was fixed charger per night without any actual costs mentioned. The one star is for the finance team which was helpful.

A decent hospital but like all other hospitals, minting money. My father's treatment is going haywire. Neurologist here is always busy attending calls while seeing patients. Though taking appointment is not very difficult but doctors are not available on phone call even in case of emergency. Hospital does not give number of doctors. A customer care executive will hear your problem, then he will speak to doctor and then, not the doctor, but the executive will advise you. If there is any communication gap in between, only God can help......
Can there be a rule to shut down incompetent hospitals and utilise that space for healthcare facilities with better admin staff?Once that rule comes, Primus should be the top contender. Everyone just passing on the calls and asking the patient to try out different extensions with no clear answer.

A great care taken by Dr.S.K.Chhabra & his efficient team to save a patient, who had already spent 19 days in ICU of another hospital without any improvement in badly hit lungs , and was sent home in10 days after effective treatment and care.

Dr Choudhary in Spine section OPD was very rude in answering patients questions. He did not even physically check the part in pain.check the The bed sheet on the patients table was very dirty and not been changed for a while, this was brought to the notice of Mr Aman. the OPD waiting are had smoke coming from outside and was suffocating. The stock answer was that due to welding work it is happening. Why than it was not taken up after 4 PM when OPD is closed. The in -house patients wards were away from ther. Though it was stopped AFTER it was brought to their notice. DO NOT GO THERE !!!
Staff is highly irresponsible...think of a time when your dear one is lying in an operation theatre and the attendant is using used material for the surgery This is what happened in my sister's case No one is there to supervise the activities of the staff it's a total chaos.We have burnt our hands once hope you will take care of yours.

I got apptt wid dr arvind jayaswal on jan 22 for lower persistant lower backache but too much now. UHID PSSH 56712.He advised some tests. I had again met on 27th. He did not give me even 2 minutes. For my queries he said that i shd ask from physiotherapist. I m extremely unhappy on this unprofessional attitude of doc when he just says for all my queries, concern and doubts that बाल भी तो सफ़ेद होते हैँ l It takes patient's time n money both to visit a doc. I will never visit such a high headed man. Besides this, he did not see even my Dexa report, which he prescribed. Really a very bad attitude. I feel, they are just interested in patients, who are fit for surgery or they are in POSH category. In fact a big no to CGHS patients

Rather than a hospital, this is just a money extorting business from patients.
Kudos for setting up a camp to offer free tests of basic needs at the PUSA Krishi Vigyan Mela 2020. I am hopeful a lot of visitors and residents of PUSA would have taken the benefit. It would have been specially meaningful because most of the visitors were farmers from remote areas in different states.
Horrible Experience! Came here after getting an appointment over the telephone for Dr. Bhan all the way from Faridabad. After coming here we were told that Dr. Bhan only sees senior patients. We are referred to some junior orthopaedics where the staff is extremely rude and tells us there is 90 minute wait. This 10 minutes after our appointment was due. A patient is made to feel worthless and treated rudely here. Sadly there is no recourse to the situation because people are not going to stop falling sick or getting injured and these places will continue to exploit, that too as rudely as they can.

I am 79 years old residing in west delhi. I would love to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Sameer Malhotra (MD . DM Cardiology presently with primus super specialty Hospital) who after analysing my ECG/ECO Reports suggested me that I should go for CRTD implantation. He was very sure that this device will help me in improving my heart rate. So finally last year in November i.e, on 1-11-2018. I got this CRTD implanted. Before this my heart was working 20% but now it is 45-50% and I m leading a very normal and a healthy life. Thanks to Dr. Sameer for all the attention and care he has given and has been giving throughout. God bless him. He is one of the best doctors I have come across.
Doctors assistant's are more powerful than management. Assistant is saying to patient "who allowed you in hospital without doctor appointment". 😂🤣

The behaviour of this hospital guard (kamla and Pankaj) is very bad who operate the lift today Dr.came to me and said your father is well and better Dr. said you can see your father after few minutes and you advise to your father take long breathe when I was going to see my father then lift guard didn't allow me to see my father. They told you can't go this time. They don't have sense how to talk.

As the name says, it's a prime hospital. Located in the heart of the city which makes it easily accessible from all areas of Delhi. Doctors are good and staff is friendly.
The primas super specialist in Kidney and Heart is located in Diplomatic Enclave in South Delhi NCR Best Hospital Good Service ie Experience Doctor, Nurses an other administration staff except some it's also in many Central Govt,NDMC, and Delhi Govt penalised Hospitality services etc.
One of the worst service I received at Primus Super Speciality centre.- Facilities, Comfort not upto the mark - Have Bed Buggs on many attendents Bed on 2nd floor.- Quality & Temperature of food served not on timely basis.- No warm water available in washroom i.e no installation of Gyeser or any unit.- Delivery of Lab & Radiology Reports - Delay for more than 2 days for Emergency parents.- Patient Satisfaction not there Moto only money matters.
The hospital staff is very unprofessional and there is lack of time management especially the coordination between the doctor and patients list.I am highly disappointed by my experience .
They are just stolen your money with your open eyes. No matter you done all the tests but still they ask you for all the required test again in the first visit. I Just want to say they're can be cure any problems but they don't wants to do this because of visit charge. Which was very High like 1000 to 1500 per visit... They are here for profit only not for curing people
Good places for orthopedic treatment
It's a high quality hospital not in terms of infrastructure but in terms terms of highly qualified professionals. I am not giving 5 star because of its infrastructure else it deserve 5+ for the professional working there. Nearest metro is RK Puram metro gate number 1.
They have special assistance services for foreigners. It is very helpful.

Bunch of looters , poor facility, exorbitant rate and overall depressive environment of hospital..I admitted my mother for treatment of some chest complication and straight away they put her in MICU without any proper justification. Sitution was so depressing that we have to checkout out mom in the middle of night..that too after paying huge unjustified hospital bill..with God grace she is doing fine now when we get her treated in other hospital..
Dr. Adiya Sharma is very good all staff good. Service is good behavior very good.
Total scam ...after a long depressing speech by doctor ,they performed the surgery and then when the patient was getting discharged the doctor said whole lot of depressing and creepy stuff. When asked how was the surgery no reply.....even the reports were not discussed with the patient properly. And now the patient is facing really bad consequences... thanks to the hospital.Good luck ...

Very very bad experience to visit Primus hospital l am Rajesh Suri visited this hospital after taking an appointment of Dr Surya Bhan on 25/10/2019 He didn’t listen about my problem and refered me to another Doctor , same happened with me with this doctor.They are not bothered that what treatment you are talking without any examination they wrote for more test just to earn more money It’s with references to your reply my UHID NO 29145 and Dr Surya Bhan refered me to Dr K K Choudary I have a quick question for Dr Surya Bhan that if you didn’t have time for your patients then why you are operating OPD
The hospital is neat and clean. I don't know about other doctors but the Gynaecologist Dr. Nisha Ohri is the worst Gynaecologist and doctor who does not listens to patients and is indifferent towards the lady patients even after being a lady herself.. A non serious doctor whose medicines does not provide relief. Primus should have new Gynaecologist in her place for benefit of its patient and to keep up it's reputation.

The front desk people are just happy to assist the "posh" patients and they do not treat all the other patients. All the staff including the nurses, the doctor all of them are only happy to assist the "posh" patients. Not recomended at all to any except the"posh patients". The overall wait time is more than 3 - 4 hours.
i wud never recommend this hospital to anyone especially during emergency. it happened nearly few days ago,i was in desperate need for first aid as my hand got cut from iron slider. since primus hospital is quite nearby to our embassy, me and husband went . As we entered the entry gate in the morning we were stopped by this paid parking man with moustache from SAI authority . IHe asked for the parking charges to which we agreed to pay. since i was bleeding heavily i tried to ran fast to get the first aid in emergency and asked my husband to pay him the parking charges. but to my surprise he stopped me and kept me waiting along with my husband for nearly 15-20 mins. i was nearly about to faint and requested him to do the formalities asap but he was unaffected and very short tempered man. fortunately 1 staff member came to my rescue and asked the parking guy to make it fast as he can . you know what guys? he literally shouted on that staff and argued with him. i was in tears and embarrassed too , also heard that he was abusing foreign visitors although i cudnt understyand his language but it seems he was not happy with foreign visitors. me and my husband left as soon as possible as we felt insulted. we swore that never ever we are coming back also will ask embassy to depanel them. where a parking guy dont respect his own staff then how can we expect any respect from him.
Crowded and low quality, inhouse pharmacy is charging a lot even for cheap medicines, consider buying it from outside.Updated:It seems they have a standard reply and copy pasted. I dont see a reason why u need patient info for my above comments

After 02 yr of treatment Very Awful experience with Dr.Kaushal kant mishra. He is not listen to our patient even for 01 minute. Hospital is NOT treating well for CGHS beneficiaries. Today we come for MRI and they demand 5750 and earlier they said 3000. What a wonderful experience.

was admitted in hospital on 26.8.2019 andwas relieved on 29.8.2019. at 1.30 pm. Doctors are very polite and very intelligent and helpful. All staff are good and cooperative. Only improvement in dietician field is required.

I had a v good experience at Primus when I showed myself to Dr Navya Handa. She is an excellent doctor and cured my rash completely. The staff and doctor are v professional and appointments can be made easily.
I am currently taking laser treatment for facial hair removal . Though their rates are comparatively less than others, but the service is too poor. I took my fourth sitting recently and they burnt the skin on my face. Blisters broke out all around my mouth. The skin's become too sensitive as if charred by excessive heat. Would not at all recommend to anybody. It could have had lasting negative effects as well owing to the fact that it is something directly related to the face. Also, since they are certified doctors offering this treatment i had certainly expected more professional and responsible behaviour toward the patient and I had expected that they are somebody who would know their job. But sadly, that is not the case. Thus, I would strongly recommend against taking laser treatment from this place.

Worst experience.. They are here for making money only. I went their thrice but got the same type of experience everytime. Doctor and the nurse in the emergency wing are rude. They use the faulty machine to check blood pressure ignoring the condition of the patient. Didn't ask how the problem occurred, he is only concerned about writing the medication.
Very huge facility albeit very pricey as well. Always huge crowd, lots of international patients, sizable and equipped pharmacy. Good customer service although registration procedure for international patients is a bit stressful. Standard facilities although I think their target market are for the elite and upper middle class. Professional doctors as well with patience while explaining. I saw a clinical psychologist and all the sessions we had been good. I have no complaints with the doctor what so ever. I found the staff hard working. ofcource doctors cant give proper time to everyone cause there is rush. But i saw improvement in my case. though management can be done better regarding official paper work.

My friend Arunkumar admitted because of TB (bone). C/O BSF ( Cashless)He was conscious oriented In the time of admission . He was diabetic but controlled. ( maximum 7 mmol/l . But they are giving insulin. Part of their investigation they did bronchoscopy. Suddenly the condition Now he is on ventilator. With ICD.Urine out put is too low . Authorities told there is chance for multiple organ failure . Today there will be dialysis for him . All this showing Arun's condition worsened because of the negligence ,poor caring plan, and poor knowledge of this superspecility hospital .Arun married and he has one child of 4yrs . arun and his wife are staff nurses also . he need Prayer. We together will try to rise up this issue for our dear friend.

One of the best patient friendly hospital. The competence of Dr. Bhan and his team is amazing. Myself being ex Professor and Head of the department of Surgery S N Medical college Agra, I can say with full conviction that one must if you are thinking of knee replacement visit Dr. Bhan at least once.Nursing care is superb. Very very poor quality. They charge a good amount of money for the room but staying in it feels more sick with dirty toilets. Don't know how they still operate. I will give negative points to these guys. Haven't heard from senior doctor till now, nursing staff is friendly but not much professional, housekeeping is very slow and illtreated. Housekeeping staff sits on the ground. Well will update more if found useful for the community. Updating my review with a new thing found today morning at Primus Super Specialist Hospital... It was a big hospital no doubt but the staff here was so rude and hardly supportive. They will keep sending you here and there just to avoid their work and wait till you do something wrong and then they tell you that it's your mistake now. The pool of doctors is very cooperative and understanding. Visited there with a friend. The Hospital staff was very helpful in the need of hour.
I came to get my mother Arthritis knee checked. Such an unprofessional staff in this SO CALLED hospital, we have waited Dr for our token for half an hour . After the check Dr. Surya Bhan asked us to refer to NS doc and for that once again we have to wait in COUNTER FOR FREAKING 30 MIN. CAN YOU BELIEVE... my mother is Arthritics patient and SHE have to wait for 30 min over the counter just for a change of reference Doctor. I have had been to Apollo. But this was the worst experience EVER HAD!!!Counter Staff are more interested in wrapping the shift and closing the counter rather than helping us!!!We have been juggling from counter 2 to counter 4 for next 30 min!!!!
I am posting this review on behalf of my father:My experience with Primus Cardiac Department was nothing short of disappointing. I had undergone triple bypass operation in 2016 however, my chest pains continued well after the operation. On discussion with doctors at Primus I was advised to continue taking medicine to reduce pain but to no avail. The chest pains continued unabated.I went for a diagnosis in Canada and the doctors there declared my bypass at Primus a failed operation. Moreover, they said I should have been stented and not bypassed. The doctors at Primus had told me that stenting is not possible. I underwent the stenting procedure in Canada and now I am finally feeling much better. I am sorry to say that Primus hospital handled my case very poorly. I sincerely hope that theirs is not a case of meeting commercial targets at all costs because they can put lives at risk if this is indeed true.

I always judge a hospital based on it's bathroom. This one was absolutely disgusting. There were cockroaches everywhere and it looked as though they hadn't cleaned them since it first opened. It's a decent place if you're in a pinch and can't travel to far.

It was very nice experience at primus hospital. I was diagnosed with typhoid and become fit and fine with in 4 days of treatment . I am feeling very relaxed now . I admitted one of my relative for Urology in Primus Hospital. Beautiful and clean Hospital environment and very good and supportive staff However need to take more prompt actions in emergency situations. Well experienced Doctors to mention the name Dr. Ashish Saini and supportive staffs. Overall experience is good and I would like to come back next time if there is any medical issue and would suggest this hospital to my friends and relatives.
I visited Dr Kaushal Kant Mishra. He is very unprofessional, very rude. He will never try to listen to the patient. I would recommend not to visit this doctor. Good hospital. Good staff and management. Great doctors barring Dr. K.K.Mishra, Orthopaedics. His behaviour was rude.He refused to treat my mother unless she was able to first lose her weight. That was ridiculous. However, my specific complaint is about the washroom in the Cardiac Department where my father was admitted for Angioplasty in June 2019. It was very unclean and not well maintained. Kindly maintain the cleanliness of the washrooms . Otherwise it is a great hospital on most counts. Never faced any major problem.There is a need for a good, cheap canteen for visitors other than Barista.

The urologist wanted to operate on my 72 year old grandfather. Being a dentist, I had knowledge of what he was planning... so when I confronted the doctor, he got pale face and agreed with keeping him on conservative therapy. How can such an elder reputed doctor say so even a recent dental graduate(me) knows to go for conservative management first and it's a relative contraindication to put an old person with comorbidities under GA. I'm highly disappointed. I'll never recommend anyone to go for this hospital.

I recommend Ashish sir, Babita mam and his team in billing section to upgrade your skills and read mail carefully. They takes 7-8 hours to dis-charge the patients, they didn't understand the language of email send by insurance company. They engaged me 7 hours and say we did not received email but when i call insurance company they toll that we already send the mail to discharge the patient.

Please don’t visit this hospital as their doctors aren’t certified. My father admitted into MICU for old case of CKD, but as they took 6hours to get the blood reports as well as no instant relief because he has complain of high bp as well as suffocation in which I have to ask them to discharge him immediately.As there security guard is very poor, there is a lady Ms Promila who was in incharge of the MICU, 1st floor, this lady can anything to you and insult your patient by logging illogical comments on your face as she can abuse. I would suggest you guys not to waste your time and save your patient from this hospital. PSSH, @primussupperspecialityhospital.

All doctors and all other staff are giving the 100% care to the patient... IvF department is good i have treated my own brother in the department. .. Presently i working with Dr Rajat Goel who is a Bariatric +general surgeon and Dr Navya Handa who is Dermatologist+ cosmotogist. .. They both are very nice I have no words for them...they are true human being...I recommend to all for this hospital...

My uncle has a heart problem, but no one was able to detect it for sure until I paid a visit to Primus Hospital. They diagnosed it immediately and forwarded me to other hospitals without delay. They have helped us out a lot and I am thankful to them for saving us from a very harassed future. The place is very clean and the atmosphere there is very hygienic. I went to Primus hospital two days back with my uncle, he has a Heart problem and we have heard that it is one of the best hospital for Heart problem and its true, they saw my uncle and admitted him for 3 days. I was with my uncle in hospital. They treated my uncle well and now he is fine.
Well, visited DR. VIJAY CHANDRA - CONSULTANT NEUROLOGIST at Primus Super Specialty Hospital , recently for consultation over severe neck pain and nerve inflammation. Rather than a thorough check-up of the patient, the doctor simply accused the family and patient for being obese, and blaming her neck pain on the weight of the patient. The doctor didn't bothered to listen to the patient and the family, neither was interested to know the duration the patient was suffering from nerve inflammation. I must say the doctor is not only insensitive, but also uses demeaning language during conversation. Its my advise to please take your loved ones to some more sophisticated, educated & sensitive doctor than to come altogether for consultation with Dr. Chandra, as neither will he give you a proper diagnose nor will he be patient enough to listen & advise to the persisting condition. (giving a star is mandate, otherwise this chap doesn't even deserve this)
