As i open the hospital site to post my uncomfortable, i understand that am not the only one who got irritated by this issue. Am talking about Operation Manager one Mr.Monish. I came there to enquirer about a patient which is my friend's father so i have been told to see this man. I think i had waited for almost 1.30 hr to see him (that is OK he may be he is busy ) but after that his altitude towards me was rough like am done something wrong .I have known this hospital so far but didn't expect from an Operation manager. Because of this one person reputation of this hospital will be gone.

Visited Silverline Hospital on Saturday 5th Sept 2020 had appointment with Dr. Tom Babu for my diabetics, extremely pleased with staff and the doctors, it was my first visit as per my friends reference. As suggested by reception staff I took a health test package of Rs 2800, which covered all tests related to my present health status, I was very impressed by the quality and speed they showed all the way till my see off, Dr. Tom Babu who is MD of Silverline hospital and senior diabetoligist along with Assistant Dr. Karthik did consultation for my future treatment, It was really a splendid one both doctors addressed me, not like professionals, they were to simple made me very comfortable to express my way of food habits, exercises and medication. I was totally impressed by my first visit to Silverline, have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Tom Babu and his team for your medical needs.

Way the hospital follow is brillant and the staffs are all caring.Because of one reason that I experience from the hospital last month I have to rate the hospital with one star, its only because of one person name MONISH (Operation manager). Altitute of this man towards the patients and their bystander is very rough. In all my visit it's my first time seeing this person may be he is a new staff.

Last month I visited this hospital with my father for an appointment with Dr. Roy Varghees for his varicose vain treatment. Unfortunately I came to argue with Mr.Monish about my father’s condition and I don’t like his behavior (such as his voice has been raised). As my father is regular patient in this hospital I almost know all the nursing staffs and paramedical staffs but this guy is a disappointment for this hospital. I don’t know what happen to administer to appoint this type of staff as operation manager. Also I heard that this man is working for online HR consultant for other institutions and I guess that why he is not showing any interested to this hospital. Am really sorry to review like that otherwise all are good…… not good the best! I also hope this hospital will overcome any situation and move forward without any obstacles.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms.Neetha Pradeep , the dietitian Silverline hospital , who has guided and helped me achieve my target weight through a healthy diet plan. I started consulting her in September 2019 and I was able to lose 19 kg in 10 months without sweating it out in the gym for even a single day, which was beyond my expectations.This was achieved through portion control and a variety of planned healthy meals tailored to my body type. She is a very pleasant lady with a good disposition and it was a pleasure to interact with her.

Truly amazing experience. Starting from the very first call to book an appointment with the endocrinologist ,I was amazed with the extra polite and helpful approach of the entire staff I have come across during my wife's treatment here. I do certainly wish to take names here.Dr. Karthik SM, the endocrinologist who treated my wife is the epitome of what a doctor should be. Sure about his job and so very comforting and reassuring to the patient. All the nursing staff who attended to my wife deserve special mention for their king, affectionate and professional approach.Ms Beena Thomas, nursing in charge, Beena, Gincy, Sreelatha,from the nursing staff and Sini from the podiatry department are some of the few staff I would like to specially commend for their exemplary service. Selena madam at the Insurance desk was so helpful that special mention should be made.The food from the cafeteria was simply great.All in all this is a hospital with a difference. I would definitely recommend this hospital to all my friends in case they need a hospital.

Very bad experience from the doctor and staff.For physiotherapy they are giving same to all irrespective of the nature of pain.And the doctor whom I met was not bothered at all when I explain him my problem And I was left unanswered about my illness.And thew final word from the doctor was there is no solution for your problem.Just remind that even a soothing word can do a lot. consulting fee is also highAnd the Money I spent for physiotherapy was really a waste and there was no relief for me from pain.I took MRI also as per his advice , which again costed 8000 rupees.

Excellent service from the time of our first consult through to when we were met at the airport and during our entire stay. I booked a womens wellness package and was asked to come at 7.30 am on fasting to do blood work, to be followed by Mammogram, DEXA scan, doctor consultation etc.. after blood work at 7.45 am, I was asked to wait for mammogram..long wait till 8 45 am for the technician to arrive and then to be told to do the scan first.. this technician to come after 9 am... Wonder why I was asked to come at 7.30 am , when the technicians for other tests are going to come only after 9 am?? Time has no value for patients?? Not happy with the arrangements

Hi I have had a life changing experience at Silverline Hospital. I was taken care of from the moment i stepped off the plane to the moment i was delivered back to the airport. The staff go above and beyond during the stay mine was 6 days. I was kept informed the whole time and nothing was a problem. We had an outing aswell which was organised for us. Special thanks Bindu for her warmth, Dr Lakshmi for her humour, Neetha, all the sisters that looked after me, the cleaners the maintenance crew the security man and finally Dr Vivek, Dr Babu both for expertise and Tinu and Aldho for being present and available. All and all a very professional service. The hospital also has great wifi!

Went to silverline with high fever. The casualty doctor was lazy and constantly staring at her phone. No proper explanation was given after treatment. The doctor just took off without a word. I had to visit another hospital after three days where I found out the medicines that were prescribed to me from silverline were wrong and had caused more complications to my case. I do not recommend this hospital.

My name is Raiha. Recently I visited Silverline Hospital in Kochi India, as support person for my Daughter Amber and Niece Sonya who both received the Gastric Sleeve operation at Silverline. The services provided were of excellent standard. Dr Tom and his medical staff were professional kind patient informative and supportive to both Amber and Sonya. Our rooms were cleaned daily and linen replenished when needed. They also took care of my pastoral needs by providing healthy nutritous meals. The doctors, nurses and domestic staff of Silverline Hospital were wonderful. I cann'ot fault them. Dr Babu always kept me informed every step of the way which was great because I was in a foreign country with a culture and language I experienced for the first time ever. One thing I was not happy with was the service (or lack thereof) received from our New Zealand agent. She didn't give us all the information we needed. She didn't always reply our texts and emails for many days which caused undue stress especially when our departure date was nearing. She didn't ask for all my medical information except through a text which I thought was totally unprofessional. I went to the trouble to pay for an appointment with my GP in NZ to have tests and obtain a written report on my entire medical history and current state. She never asked for this documentation. Another disappointment was the shocking service we had with Eeldo Paul, the driver. He took us to a tourist destination we persistently told him we did NOT want to go to. He tried to get us to buy buy buy things we were NOT interested in buying. He took us to a high altitude place even though another patient is severe asthmatic. And then he took us back to the hospital using another route. Altogether we were in a small car (2 big ladies and 1 small) for a total of approx SIX hours! He charged us 8,000 rupee for a day we didn't enjoy. We felt pressured by him and the other men at Munnar to buy their products. The

The hospital has no value for the time of patients. Appointments are given at time slots where the doctors / technicians are not even willing to come for their shifts. The wait period was beyond bearable and on asking the staff with regards to the same, they were the least courteous of the people.Please respect other people's time. Time may be of little value for you, but is valuable for others. After all you are a hospital, time has value in your line of activity. Appointment given for 7 30 AM. Doctor no even in the premises at 7 50 AM.

Usually I am not into writing reviews but after visiting this hospital and having done thyroidectomy of my wife last week had to write this review. The patient care was superb, All the hospital staffs are friendly, down to earth and create a bonding with the patient , Staffs from the front desk, Nurses, Cleaners, the catering staff, Doctors , the Dietician and special mention about the PRO Ms. Jane who were always having time to listen to patients and answer there queries.My wife was a bit tensed about the surgery which she was about to undergo but the Docs and staffs did a good job to install confidence in her before the surgery . Had been to many hospitals but the Politeness of Doctors (Down to Earth) was worth mentioning and their know how about their profession was superb as they had answers to all queries in our minds.The best Hospital I ever visited . We approached the hospital on June 13th for my mother in law's wound in leg expecting a correct diagonosis and treatment..they completely mislead and referred to skin specialist.seeing no recovery even after 2 weeks we approached another hospital and diagnosed her non curable ulcer and she is under medication and better now..Air conditioned atmosphere and warm welcome is not enough,..poor diagonosis ..If u r lucky enough,u will get cured..so rating is ZERO..but its not available,so I am putting one star

The doctors are good. But always there supportig staff are very unprefessonal . And they dont care about others time . They really dont know the meaning of the word appoinment .I gave the blood for test prevoius night. Next day when went met d doc they r saying the result is not ready . The doctors consultation charge is 500 . In normal lab tsh checking is 175 for their lab its 220 . Still they cant give the result in time . They always give importance to their package customers or foregin patients

One of d best hospitals for treatment of thyroid and obesity. I had visited the hospital with issues regarding obesity. Considering my age and weight i was suggested a intregastric baloon treatment. A series of blood tests also hep identify an underlying thyroid condition for which the treatment was started immediately. I am very happy with their service and the following up by the staffs after the procedure

There is separate parking area for two wheeler and 4 wheeler, building have a wheelchair accessible entrance. Well connected reception, they have detailed information on every patient with photo! Doctors and nurses are very friendly, free to talk about any conditions. They listen to all your problems, enquire about previous treatments, physical conditions etc.. The building have nice infrastructure, i think furnitures are imported.
