HiI was found covid +on 5 aug,immidiately i ctc global hsptls parel....as soon as i reach thr,they did ecg and HRCT.AND admitted me to covid icu, second day as i was stable they shift me to covid ward.The allover exp was v.good.LIKE "AT HOME,AWAY FRM HOME".all staff was awsm, helpful and keen on ther job....Dr. are very good, all off staff, nursing ,technitians and housekeeping staff was best at thr job...so overall exp was satisfactry.

Diet and food provided was also nutritious. Yesterday i had visited global hospital in emergency department and staff was very cooperative n Mr manoj nagarkar was very helpfull. Doctors are very professional. By mistakely inahd paid excess amount but mr manoj nagarkar had called ne and informmed me the same and reutrned the same to me.Before my mother was admitted. Now i was admitted in 1102 on 24/7/20. Very bad experience from administration. Waited for 4 long hours to get billing clearance. The guy at billing desk has no idea about when we can get discharge. Hye friends. Sharing my personal experience with you as a covid 19 positive patient. Yes it's an illness that worries but more to worry is how to kill this time of isolation. So be strong and be positive easy to say but difficult to apply but trust me things will work. I will also share my experience with global hospital which worked as a blessing for me. The treatment and care that I received was superior than expected. The respected Surgeons, OT staff, Cathlab staff, CT Post staff, the sisters brothers and even the maushis and mamas and guards do endless work throughout the day but always with a smile on the face. Doctor Archik who did the surgery was very supportive and the procedure went through very smoothly. The nursing staff was well mannered and helpful. Refund was delayed by a couple of days. A hospital located approximately 15 minutes away from Dadar Railway East, it has a desk at the entrance and then the usual procedure is they allot you a specific floor according to the Dr you want to meet, there a desk which will allot you a room number, the new patients will have to fill up a form and then carry on with the payment procedure and then meeting your Dr. There is a waiting area at every floor, there's one cafeteria sort of a block at the ground floor which serves tea, coffee, snacks etc.
