I have always herd good words about this Hospital..during present pandemic situation my father and mother was infected with Covid positive and they have admitted here. Under treatment of doctor Dr. Nalini nagalla and her staff gave proper medication to recover..Now my parents are recovered and they got negative... thanks to doctor's and continental hospital..
I had a health issue and rushed in to the hospital, doctor and nursing staff are friendly in Emergency section . But as i am a new patient ,registration took 1.5 hour , hope they didn't put my whole biography in to the file Or the guy who did must be lazy or not interested with the job . Wash rooms are better in railway stations rather than in this hospital. Really scared , you will pick a new decease for sure if you use them . Funny that washroom dustbins are borrowed from GHMC yard .Mosquitos in Emergency ward - wake up maintenance guys, you guys are spoiling the actual staff reputation. I don't know the doctors name but she is good and caring in all other which ways . Thank you

I feel it is a gift for me of meeting Dr S K Gupta, I met him for my Kid Master Karthikeya who is just 2.8yrs and diagnosed as “Burkitt Lymphoma”. My self & my wife had shivered from head to toe. Entire family was Literally cried for 2days. Lot of tension, too much of pressure carried. After 2 days I stood up and started looking for the best doctors in Hyderabad. I found Dr. S.K Gupta from Hemoto Oncology. He was gold medalist in MBBS, MD Pediatrics & DM from one the top institutes in India which is AIIMS New Delhi. Dr Gupta has lot of patience to Listen and understand the patient’s condition/concern. Let me explain .. He took 15min to study the reports and to know previous medical history of my son. After 20 mins, he told me the first word “It is curable at any stage” and explained me the medication process and side effects and caring to minimize the side effects.Especially, In this kind of treatment we worries lot about side effects. But he always concentrated on the Dosages and it’s supporting medication based on the patient condition which is essential.Dr Gupta gives lot of Moral support to recover as early as possible. In my son’s case, The word “Curable at any stage” really gave us lot strength, of course we also carried out through a lot of tension and pressure which cannot be ignored .. but over the days with his association I understood the value of moral support.Dr Gupta understands the financial aspects The treatment is really costlier, but when I requested him
It was a good feeling and the doctors are extremely friendly and very concerned and took lot of care in each and every aspect. I am highly indebted to drs Arunasree and Santosh for their treatment. Sisters Athira and hema are helpful. There needs some improvement in house keeping. This could be due to Covid effect. Canteen food is ok but still can be improved by providing it hot. Overall, it is a very good Hospital. Thank you all .
It's a world class Hospital with affordable price with patient centric approach. Love the care & service provision. Drs and Nursing staff are well qualified and experienced. Their approach to patients is very good and ample time will be given for interactions with staff for clarification of doubts . Round the clock Nursing staff services are excellent.
Well the hospital got high standards and surprisingly doctors are not money minded compare to other hospitals . Treatment and consulting is quite impressive . Few things can be improved 1. Parking fee : 40/- is not a big budget for hospital Management to wipe it out , however why this parking feee when there is no person guiding you where to Park and you will get surprise while exiting with the behavior of parking vendor2. Tips : as this is not a government Hospital there should be strict no-tips policy. Few members are bugging patients for tips which is pathetic3. Cleaning : Wash rooms are not upto the standards of hospital and can be improvised. And common areas needs much more hygienic standards to live with hospital standards
Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy sir is the best Neuro surgeon did critical and very high risk operation to my father We are very happy for it. Worest hospital. Just a laproscopy surgery changed my life alot. Worest and irresponsible doctors. They dont care gor patients. For their fault i carried utinepipe for 6months. till now iam facing many gynec problems for their fault. Iam litteraly died. 4ltrs of urine was stuck in my stomach. But doctor cant identify. No care from staff or doctors. Their is bleeding urine which was stuch in stomach. Dont go to continenteal. Atleast scan doctor dont know anything. Irresponsible idots spoiled my life.

My mother is undergoing treatment for MDS(Myelodysplastic Syndrome) under the able guidance of Dr. S.K.Gupta, Head of Hematology Department, Continental Hospitals and his team. I would like to mention about the service being provided by the entire team. Firstly, I would want to tell everyone about the efficiency of Dr. S.K. Gupta. He has a great knowledge of the subject and a unique approach towards his patients. He isn't a strict doctor and he ensures that he makes his patients feel very comfortable by talking to them in a very friendly manner. He gives great moral strength to his patients and their family. A special mention about his memory power. I had earlier discussed my mother's case with him in the month of May 2020 on a telephonic conversation, as I’m in Bangalore at that time and started the treatment as my mother is in Hyderabad only. What had amazed me was that he could recollect all our conversation when I directly met him in person in the month of July 2020 without any prior intimation. This tells enough about how much he keeps track about his patients. Dr. Gupta takes care of his patients like they were his own family. Secondly, I would like to mention about his team members Ms.Ambali and Mr.Rakesh. They have been very supportive to us and have always been available 24/7 during regular hospitalizations. Hospital Given false positive covid report before my laproscopic surgery.same day was tested in AIG Hospital and got negative result.we have spent 80000 for 2 days and discharged without surgery because patient was assymptomatic and sent for home isolation.My close relative was also given false positive report in same hospital because of which his abroad travelling was cancelled and lost his job.He confirmed false positive report by doing covid antibody test after 21 days of home isolation and got negative result,during his home isolation he was assymptomatic.

All the staff - housekeeping, cafetaria, nurse, doctors, insurance and financial counsels - are EXTREMELY cordial. I have hardly seen any inefficiency in their systems. It's one thing that the doctors here are very nice and experienced. But what is also commendable is the excellent services provided by the whole system. Every component of their hospital is wonderful. Makes you belive in good medical system again. The only con is that the processes take time, especially any OPD process. It makes a patient very impatient . But overall a good experience.

I have always herd good things about this Hospital. However one only wishes they never have to experience the goodness themselves. Unfortunately, during the ongoing pandemic, my 73 year old father was infected and had to be admitted here. He was admitted in the Covid ward and was under treatment of good doctors and care of wonderful nursing staff. A special mention to Dr. Soumya and Nurse Anjali they were very caring and gave the confidence and care needed byy father to have faith that he will recover well. I really hope noone needs a hospital,but if you do you may depend upon the care offered here at continental. The place is conveniently located and we'll equipped. Good luck.
I took my wife for transmission of SDP . Since blood bank works 24/7 , I with great difficulty took one donor for blood donation. But nobody was in blood bank at 7.30 am . One guy told us to wait till 8.30. After they arrived they asked us to wait with unpleasant behaviour. Even at billing they delayed so much even for day care admission on cash payment.It is pertinent to mention that cost of blood transfusion (sdp ) is very high comparative to other corporate hospitals.

The Drs are verry good and nursing staff is also ok.The billing is very high when compared to Apollo.Can get good service at 60% of cost any where.The insurance dosent work properly here as the billing is on higher side and not as per rates with insurance soc.These people don't have fixed packages for surgery and will cost u a bomb and insurance will simply cover only 50% rest you need to pay cash or fight with insurance company and hospital.Pls in case you are taking cashless claim keep in mind you will need to pay at least 50% from ur pocket.Post surgery the devlopment is good and visit to remove stitches was good.At the end I can say it's not worth to pay so much from pocket as hospital says you will need to pay only consumables around 4000 but later after surgery game starts and we are forced to pay 50% from pocket

My father C.Y. Parker was in a hopeless situation where doctors from previous hospital (Saptagiri hospital) gave up hope on him and asked us to shift to a better hospital. That's when we got him admitted in "Continental hospital". There were no beds available because of the pandemic situation in Hyderabad but by the recommendation of our dad's sister in law regarding Dr. Sai Ravi Shanker, and by his help, he was given a bed at Continental hospital because of his severe condition. We are forever grateful to the doctor and can never forget this great help. He got admitted on 19-July-2020 with Congestive heart failure with Severe Sepsis condition (septic infection spread to whole body affecting all major organs in the body), pneumonia, huge stomach bloating and breathing problem. We are really thankful to Dr. Sai Ravi Shankar (Cardiologist) for making my dad's condition from hopeless to normal within 2 weeks. He was almost loosing his life and was in a hopeless condition where he couldn't breathe but through Continental hospital treatment, his severe multiple organs issue came to out of danger condition. Dr. Sai Ravi Shankar performed Angioplasty on his heart (it was hard to perform angioplasty on his heart because of septic condition but still the doctof worked on his severe case and made it successful). Dr. Sai Ravi Shanker is indeed one of the top doctors in Hyderabad who is exceptional in treating any severe condition. My dad experienced complete relief with the help of Dr.

We have taken Covid home quarantine care package for 7 days @Rs. 4000/-. But no proper support was given. Only one session with pulmonologist and one with yoga trainer as against promised 7 session. It's complete waste of money. Please don't go for it.It's shameful that in these hours of pandemic this corporate chose money making n cheating instead of serving people.

Have been consulting Dr. Jyothi while I was carrying and admitted for my delivery and discharged with baby peacefully.There was good follow up by all the doctors and staff post my delivery.Nursing staff very supportive and helpful during the stay and took care of baby requirements very patiently.Overall good experience, all the staff have wore masks all the times, except in one two cases. On 15 December 2019, my father (62 years old) suffered a brain stroke resulting in paralysis of his right hand and leg along with loss of speech. We admitted him at Continental Hospital where Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy took up this case and treated my father with utmost care and responsibility. No sufficient ground staff, no proper response for the phone calls in office they often cut the phone with out any response.They never share the ph no of the doctor, we have to speak doctor when they call us, can’t reach them in intermediate times at any emergency situation, no response to send bill for the payment we pay, no response if we ask for reports of the patient don’t know wether this is happening due to COVID situation

I had a fantastic experience at Continental hospitals. Recently, I had gone through an elective surgery. My attending physician/ specialist is Dr. Amar Raghu. Excellent doctor. He is very professional, kind and very considerate. I am very much impressed by the medical professionals here. I do wish the they have a better trained paramedical care and supportive care. Could be better in cleanliness and maintenance. They are not as prompt as expected and not very good communicators to the clients. I would highly recommend this facility. It does meet international standards of care. As a doctor myself. I am very happy with the infra and their care.

Costly comercial hospital. For every question that you ask the hospital guys will have the reasons and it's towards hospital. If you request from patient side Thier policies won't agree..they have renowned doctors and the cost comes along with it.

Had been to Continental hospital for COVID test, they made us to wait for 8 hours but test took 2 mins. No one answered for the reason of delay. Administrative block is complete mess, there is no coordination between administration block and doctors. They charged for PPE kit and doctor consultation fees but did not get both of them. The person taking samples doesn’t even change the gloves. Seems very risky to get the testing done here. I never recommend this hospital for COVID test.

I SUSPECT THIS HOSPITAL IS NOT HAVING MINMUM FACILITIES TO TAKE CARE OF PATIENTS.
My mother was admitted for liver treatment. Doctors was very good and they treated really good but the problem is with House keeping staff and nurses. We have to follow up 10 times to make things done and they behaves like we are in government hospital and they are serving us freely.Dear administration, if you are not concentrate on these departments, 13 floors building is of no use. I know that a review means a lot. It can guide someone who is in need and it can also save someone's life. My father is 61 years old. He has been suffering from severe pain in his spine due to which he was unable to walk. I also need to tell you that only the right lung is functioning properly in my father's body. We took him to two well known hospitals one after the other. Where the doctors suggested surgery after observing the MRI reports. But they were not giving assurance because my father is aged and they said it's difficult to operate a person with lung infection. During this period our father was totally unable to walk and he used to sit on bed day and night because he was unable to sleep flat on the bed. It was a dreadful experience for us. We were loosing hope and there were noone who can guide us. Then I searched in net for the best Neurosurgeon in Hyderabad. I was really impressed by the reviews I read about Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy, who has been highly rated in google. I decided to consult him though I had a little doubt in my mind. We met him at Continental hospital at Gachibowli and explained him what all happened before approaching him. Dr. Rajasekhar Reddy saw the reports and explained us the problem clearly. Wonderful service from OT team and doctor.Unfortunately I opted for cashless as my insurance company provides.The lazy insurance desk people will not upload the documents untill you ask them to do so...I was sitting infront of these people for almost 7 hours even after the minor surgery.Only reason to visit this CORPORATE Continental is due to the Covid situation but it is really not worthy as they don't take this very seriously. The patient is kept in the ward and I was sitting in front of the insurance desk for 7 hours.Please avoid this hospital unless you don't have any other options.Thanks Pramod
Continental hospital has good infrastructure but may be because of covid situation things are not well managed.There is basic screening before you can enter the premise, which is good.But there is high chance that you get infected if you don't follow the guidelines as the number of patients seems to be more here.Cleaning is not happening these days, may be dry cleaning they but not wet cleaning. Hence more room for infections.Billing and admission is pathetic, you might have to wait hours. Also, billing area is in closed and very small. Nobody follows social distancing as well.We have to visit regularly for my father's treatment for his chemos. The dept which we have to go is good. Staffs are good and follows good hygiene too.We take treatment under Dr SK Gupta sir, who is one of best doctor one can find, who takes extra care for his patients.

my father undegone surgery here , medical insurance company released the amount at night 11PM,they asked us to vacate at midnight .we even asked that we want to vacate in early morning but they didnt listen to us.
Advised unnecessary fundoplication surgery by Dr. Guru reddy which has done more harm to existing condition with no improvement. On post operative consultation...they casually mentioned that the surgery dint work and all the side effects that I am facing are "in my head" and don't make sense, when I am clearly experiencing it. Seems easy for them to put a person through all this and not take charge of the damage done. The refered surgeon and hospital staff were very good and kind, advisable to get surgery only if you are 100% sure, and not believe into their assurance of treatment through surgery.
Staffs are money oriented. If there are new patient who are paying consultation fee, are given preference compare to existing patient /report review patient. And these all priority is been set by reception people who are collecting money. For me I had to wait for 45 minute to review a blood report, before me they have couple of new patient who are paying consultant tuin fee. When I raised voice they send me immediately to doctor for review.This is the first impression of the hospital , So be careful

Disclaimer: This review is written by Orthopedic surgeon who owns a hospital...... My mother was admitted here for one day with fever and cough. my friend works there as a pulmonolgist and I wanted my mother to be under his care.. Doctor treatment was excellent. front office and admission procedure were smooth without any hiccups and well organised process except for a longer TAT( turn around time).. the room was not cleaned properly.. A C was not working, request for a curtain as direct sunlight was falling in the bed was attended partially after 4-5 hours.. the furniture was in dilapidated condition. I requested the nursing staff for tepid sponging 3 times and still they didn't do it.. coming to the billing part.. a simple chem 20 test which costs around 2K was charged 8000. 24 hours admission and only investigation cost was 34000/which will cost 1/3 in best center or any other corporate hospital..I do understand that charges will be little higher in a corporate hospital for the services they provide but charging 4-5 times higher is unethical.. DO NOT EVER GET ADMITTED IN CONTINENTAL HOSPITAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET LOOTED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT....

Great service! They inform in advance if the doctor is running late due to being in a procedure or if the doctor is unavailable. Highly professional and cooperative staff.The cafeteria is also decent, except for the fact that most tables are either dirty or occupied. Barring the cafeteria, all departments are well maintained.
Outpatient experience: Doctors are good. But a patient experience in a hospital depends on...how I am received at the reception? How much is waiting time? There is absolutely no queuing system at registration, OPD and investigations department. The staffing everywhere is very low and patients have to wait for a long time unnecessarily. Everything looks like chaos and nothing is streamlined. Hope the management does something about it.
Bloody cons. I went for a simple X-Ray and medication and got a bill for Rs 3500. They added unnecessary medications which was not even needed. The least professional hospital overall. Really bad experience. These people try to create new diseases out of thin air and then treat you for that.
My father was brought in emergency. Within half an hour he was diagnosed, CT scan done and emergency medication administered. ICU doctors were very understanding and patient. They counsel with clarity and give enough time to recover from not so good news. Even the security at ICU replied sternly but softly at the same time. The billing department was also very helpful and considerate of requests.
I have been seeing nurse Nikitha for dressing for last 2 weeks and the experience has been very pleasing. She empathizes very well with the patient and makes it very comfortable experience. I would highly recommend her for any nursing needs.

I visited OP only, my experience might be different with other patients. Giving 3 star only as I feel Fees & charges are higher side. Followup visits after 7days are chargeable (is this norm??), Simple xray cost you 400Rs around. If cost not a concern you can go and get treated here.
Hospital has the best orthopaedics team. Had ACL surgery here. Doctor explained things well before surgery. I was under constant supervision post-op. Completely satisfied with the services. Hygiene and infrastructure is top notch. Would recommend to a family member.Health Insurance processing is hassle free.
If you really have spare time in your life you can visit this hospital..after looking at its service I felt govt hospitals might be better.. I came for paediatric consultation ..arrived at 3 PM and it's 4:20 still waiting.. and that to with 3-4 patients only ..all waiting..god knows where all doc went !

continental hospital is a world class facility. We had routine health check and were impressed with the professionalism of employees at all levels. Only suggestion is to improve signage inside the hospital. There is some confusion on this score.
Spacious, good infrastructure well maintained rooms - I was admitted in ICU then shifted to IPD. Consultants/Doctors & floor management was nice and cooperative but the ICU nursing section was very much concerning. Lack of practice, awareness, understanding, identification of veins & arteries, channels, tests blah blah .... worst as if you are a lab specimen. But there "a few" who are exceptionally adroit & well trained. Can't stop expressing nurses from IPD were much better and rated then ICU lots.

I understand the fact that you take the amount first hand for any treatment but with zero consultation and making the patient run from one place to another with tests after tests when you go for a normal checkup is pathetic and above all not providing the reports on time and asking to come another day is pathetic again . Do i have lot of money and time that you treat your patients like dis .I have hardly seen the doctor for a minute or two for nothing and they charge for consultation.Would have loved to give zero rating but that option is not available.

Were also too good But the actual problem was with nurse they are only supposed to take Care for 24 hrs but they won't they will be irritating on Us and shout on us and our family members it looks so bad because we are paying money but I felt there is no value to pay for it I expected a lot from this Hospital but there was nothing...I don't recommend anybody to go the Continental Hospital..

The Continental Hospital in Hyderabad has proved to be exceptional when it comes to patient care. Starting from the International Desk who made the entire process seamless, that one felt like they were the only patient around. They effortlessly handled all the required paperwork and requests with courtesy and smiles. They set up appointments so that there was no hanging around in unending queues. Besides this, we were very impressed with the Orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Nithish Bahn. A very charming person who took the time to explain what exactly the problem was. No question was too silly and he put me at ease from the moment I met him. He also gave me the various procedural options and in the end, I chose what was best for me. For someone who is generally terrified of hospitals and needles, it says a lot that I went into surgery with a smile on my face. Everything was so professionally done, that even the epidural, which I was dreading, was done in such a professional manner that I didn't feel a thing. I am pleased to say that I am on the road to recovery, having healed well and am glad to be able to walk about without a limp. It would be remiss of me, if I did not mention the nursing staff who always attended to my needs with a smile and kind words. On the whole, it's been an amazing experience to have to deal with friendly, professional and kind people.

One of the best hospital in HYD. Visiting this hospital was certainly an experience to remember. Dr. Nitish is our concern doctor, Ha have a wonderful combination of professionalism and caring and I appreciate it very much. Surrounding was neat and clean. Nurse did their job amazingly. House keeping is also good. They were available 24 × 7.

I was admitted to the hospital for a minor surgery and was happy with the services during pre-op and post-op care. A special mention to nurse Nikita Wesley, who took care of all my dressings. She knows what she is doing and inspires confidence in the patient. Probably should post more nurses like her at the in-patient department.

I would like to share the reviews given by some people2 weeks agoMy mother was admitted for liver treatment. Doctors was very good and they treated really good but the problem is with House keeping staff and nurses. We have to follow up 10 times to make things done and their behaves like we are in government hospital and they are serving us freely.Dear administration, if you are not concentrate on these departments, 13 floors building is of no use. Soon your hospital will not be in limelight.a month agoThey are not a hospital instead a money making business. I went there for a minor cut on my father's finger to get the dressing done. They made us wait some much in the emergency and it looked like they were figuring out a way to increase the bill by including more treatments. A visit here surely reminded of how big hospitals are depicted in movies as money making business. I would not recommend people visiting here unless they have money to spurge on unnecessary treatment which may not be required also. I live nearby that is why opted to go here but now that I think about it , it would have been better if I would have driven a bit far and went to some other good hospital in gachibowli
Been here several times, I would say it’s a good hospital and good doctors... most of the staff is very courteous and are ready to help you...but some are I don’t care attitude... but can’t complain as overall good experience.
Everything is here in this building/hospital.That's it. Restaurant, Cafeteria, Gift Shops, ATM and more. We don't even need to go outside for anything.There is another catch too, we can't find anything(restaurants and shops) outside of the hospital. Just huge buildings!This is one of the high end hospital in Hyderabad.If we can afford this hospital then we are wecome.I cannot comment on medical facilities. Sorry about that.
I would like to give a detailed review about my experience with this hospital :First the disadvantages :1. Too many lifts, no two lifts can take you to the same place though are located in the same building.2. Paid parking which is wisely outsourced so that the counter staff can ask us to talk to the management if we raise any question stating even malls offer free parking when bills are produced, they don't have an answer, also they proudly say the first 30 mins is free, wherein inside the hospital to reach our respective OPD itself will take 30 mins forget about the treatment. Also parking stinks badly.3. Too many OPD to identify where we can find the OPD that we need.4. MRI took the entire day, they say we need an appointment for MRI wherein we were visiting the doctor for the first time concerning our health condition, out of what reason could we guess that doctor will suggest an MRI so that we can take prior appointment for MRI also. Also, not only MRI, all test too much a time here i don't know what reason. If you are an employee and want to go for a consultation, you need minimum of three days to get your problem understood, so you can imagine how long it would for remedy of the diagnosis.5. Technical staff is very not provided in proper number, may be thinly staffed.6. Poor organisational skills observed throughout the visit to the hospital.7. Pros:1. Hospital is clean from ground floor onwards.2. Staff is courteous.Cons:1. Basement is confusing. It is difficult to find way to lift.2. Free parking is only for 30 minutes, then you will be charged 20 rupees.3. Do not get your blood tests done here, the person in that department does not know how to take blood. I had blood clotting. I had my master health check up in continental Hospitals, Gachibowli. Atmosphere is clean and convenient (Reception, washrooms etc;). Staff are friendly and Patient. I should mention this I had physician consultation with Dr. VIKRAM CHERYALA he helped me to have clear idea about what is my body's physical condition. If anybody wants to have a master health check up this hospital is a good Choice.
Joined my Baby in ICU on 3rd because of the fever . Doctors were supportive and good. But one incident horrified me, is the food they served for my Baby, on the 5th while discharge procedure was in progress, had dead spider in it. After notifying this, they said they will take actions on the food vendor, but not sure what happened. We rushed to ICU again to keep my baby in observation. this is totally horrific experience for me. Pic are attached for references.

Good corporate Hospital with all modern Amenities. Very posh, good Parking, Good treatment too. Had restaurants on First floor with good healthy food. But toilets on first floor near the restaurants are very very bad , no cleanliness, I have not expected that in a very posh Good looking hospital.
