Very professional, well organised high performance organisation. I transferred to BIMC nusa dua with Dengue Fever after 2 terrible days at Siloam on Sunset (they ran out of pain killers!). BIMC had a better reputation and all of it was well deserved. From the first person to the last person I spoke to, they were warm, friendly, and very clear in their communication, especially in English.In terms of Medical care, they were diligent, checked on me every few hours to ensure my blood pressure was stable and that my pain was under control. The doctors came by regularly and clearly explained my blood work to keep me in the loop on what was happening and when I might expect to feel better. Even the nursing team was excellent, being able to explain things to me about my condition and treatment and also relatively painlessly inserting a cannula and taking daily blood tests.At the end of the stay, the intermediate agent AAI handling the insurance had messed up my billing, they had used an exorbitant exchange rate increasing my excess by 10%+ (the agents here suck by the way, need to watch them), they'd also not covered the mandatory x-ray and covid rapid test which is a requirement for entering any hospital, which my insurer AXA had no issue covering. The agent had also failed to account for the bills at Siloam which should have already come off my excess, but were as yet unreported. BIMC were excellent, Sri from reception took care of everything. Insurance applications.In total, the whole family came here, including a small child, about 10 times with different symptoms.First encountered this level of medicine in Asia.Fast registration and reception, no unnecessary procedures.How they take blood from children was generally struck.Receptions were at different times both in the morning, afternoon, and late evening, no lines.A huge plus is the coordination of urgent manipulations with the insurance in a matter of minutes, the issuance of necessary medications.
They waited for a doctor for more than three hours, while there were four in line, a pediator alone for the whole hospital, so if you and your child are getting ready to spend half a day in the hallway!
Arrived at 8 in the morning, filled out a form! And we were received in 15 minutes! The child had a high temperature all night (38.7-37.5). They listened to us, everyone looked and prescribed panadol and for coughing. For all paid 880,000 local. We arrived home, gave all the medications - the temperature subsided and fell asleep tightly for a couple of hours. Thanks to the doctors
There were three times with my daughter in this insurance clinic, I really liked it, the doctors are attentive, they speak English, in which case they write through an interpreter, they immediately give out the medicine in their pharmacy

Mrs got Bali belly and was in a horrible state. Passing out, vomiting and feeling like death etc. I never often do reviews on places but I will for this hospital. The staff were amazing and the service was first class. The admin staff were a tad pushy to receive payment and this subsequently made me a tad sceptical initially. The key point here is... get travel insurance!! Our 3 day bill would have been around 50 million RP. The entire amount was covered by insurance and the admin staff did all the work for us understandably.

When you get infection that makes you have liquids coming out from every possible part of body, this is an empty hospital (maybe due to the price level) where you end up waiting around 20 minutes to get help. 20 minutes for someone in condition like this means toilet visits up to 12 times in 20 minutes.Thou if you are still alive after all this, with insurance covering expenses you get super great help. Hospital is very clean.

Got scratched by a monkey during my visit so I went there for a rabies shot. Nurses and doctors speak fluent English and they are caring and helpful. The wait time was short and it’s tidy and clean there. The charge was a bit high tho, so make sure you’ve got insurance lol.
My guide here in Bali advised me to avoid the public hospitals (due to long waiting time and poor service) and rather head for BIMC. The BIMC at Nusa Dua provides high standard medical services, short waiting time and highly skilled and friendly personnel.

I was there for stomach problems and can recommend it for this (probably for almost everything else)!Even if you could not help me completely in the end, you pumped me up for the return flight.All are very helpful and competent.In terms of service you are above European standard. Also in terms of food.The devices are also 1A (CT & ultrasound).I can not tell you what the doctors' skills are or what operations are like, but I think they are well-equipped and have a flagship emergency room.(Everything else would be done in Europe or a larger city)Think of your travel health insurance otherwise it will be expensive.

Arrived at BIMC Nusa Dua at 20:30 last night for a simple blood test. First the reception insisted that I consult with a doctor for my blood test. I told them I already knew what tests I wanted, this was a routine for me recommended by my doctor, so a consultation would be unnecessary. They asked me if I had a referral letter from my doctor. I told them no, he had just recommended verbally that I repeat some of my tests periodically, and that's what I'm doing right now. They said "OK, but if you get a consultation, our doctor will interpret the results for you. Otherwise, we will just give you the results without an explanation." I asked them if I couldn't talk with a doctor after I saw the results. They said I could. Then I wondered what the doctor's consultation fee was. They said 650.000 IDR. I asked them if I wouldn't have to come back later for this, if I wanted to get a consultation before the blood test, because it was already 20:30. They said no, they had a general doctor at the hospital 24/7. I said OK then, write me up for the consultation, too. A few minutes later, I wanted to ask the reception how long I would have to wait for the consultation. A lady said I was the first person in line, so maybe 10-15 minutes. I said great and went back to waiting...At around 21:15, I approached another receptionist and told her that I had been told a doctor would see me in about 10-15 minutes, this was half an hour ago, and asked her how much longer I would have to wait. Very, very disappointed with my treatment. I had a silouette thread lift there last May. There was absolutely no difference in my face, zilch results. I contacted them about it and they had no understanding or any sense of obligation to the procedure that costs close a $1000.I had a thread lift done a few months later In Perth for a similar cost and the result was instant and continued to show results.Avoid this place for a thread lift. I would advise to have it done in Australia with an experienced Doctor.The hospital gave me no apology and said that they had trust in their doctors. My trust is lost! and so is .the money!

The hospital is kept very well, thanks to the huge sums paid by tourists.We went to the hospital following a motorcycle accident, which caused the collarbone to rupture. The doctor told us to check the bone situation with a plate and for this we went to the BIMC. Although we were only interested in the slab, the staff insisted that even then were to see a doctor before generalist specialist (we rifutato). The doctor did not even want to see the situation of the wound. They only let us see the plate and to lobby for you ricoverasse to make an emergency operation.The costs for hospitalization are very high and even higher for the operation. We had the situation that more than the patient's situation, they were interested in how much they could make them pay for the services.For a 425k idr plate, for the sight of a medical specialist non idr 600k and 1200k idr a specialist to specialist. I shelter $ 1000 a night.
My toddler son had 8-9 stitches with a bill of OUTRAGEOUS Rp 29million as being Indonesian ourselves and they made me signed it even before the doctor has to arrive from the sky an hour later! And after the procedure they even kicked us out from the room after 30mins saying we are NOT actually allowed to use the room even we're only using it to just sitting down! When you're in emergency state, go to ANOTHER hospital! This one WILL corner and MILK you for all they can!
From the minute we walked in the doors everyone was so helpful and very kind. They speak good English & make sure to do a thorough job. Made sure to explain the costs and prices before going ahead with xrays and medications. I had brought my mom here after she fell a couple times, sprained both ankles, elbow and scratched her knees & hand. They made sure to clean her up & double check everything. Today’s help was better then what we get back home in Canada! Very appreciative & thankful.

Wonderful experience and for an Australian travelling in Bali very happy with the price.
Basically they provide competent doctors and a clean set up, my appendix surgery was also successful, but you should visit the hospital only if you have a guarantee certificate of your insurance, a direct contact with the insurance or a golden credit card. After all, you will not be treated without paying yourself or this guarantee certificate. even if you are about to lose your arm. For each action, you will first have to sign, that you will cover bill. It is more like a profit-oriented business enterprise than a hospital whose priority is to help people in need. It was a good stay, they have good rooms (500$/night) they look after you carefully, English of the nurses is very basic. It s just very expensive and very annoying that you have to sign bills or pay bills every 5 minutes to motivate them to undertake anything.
Its highly overpriced hospital. If you are not Indonesian, they will charge hefty amount frm you for basic consultation to GP not the specialist. Even the medicines are more than double the printed cost on it. Not a good place to visit if it is not emergency.

Good medical treatment and facilities, friendly staff. BUT: primary focus is to make money, not to help patients.I came with Bali belly with standard symptoms wanting an antibiotic. The doctor tried to sell me Amobae testing. (I consulted with a doctor friend. She confirmed that with my symptoms the only indication for this was to make money from a tourist.)You receive hand packed medication at a price mark up in the absolute minimum amount, so you might have to come back.Doctor consultation minimum is 650k. Overall I paid over 1000k.I learnt from a guest in our hotel that she paid 300k for similar treatment at Uluwatu Medical Center not too far away.Conclusion: if you have insurance, come here. If not, think twice.

Can not report anything negative. Registration was uncomplicated, waiting time was not 10 minutes and the doctor looked competent and took time out of my feelings to discuss everything and to investigate me. English of all staff was fluent, all around very nice people.

My son was recently misdiagnosed + mistreated by the doctors and Orthopedic Specialist at this hospital. X ray that was completed showed up a fracture which upon returning to Australia and completing another x ray was not there. Actual diagnosis was a bone infection which was treated by antibiotics. The only reason this hospital was visited was it stated on their website they were accredited by ACHSI. Yes it is clean and nurses and doctors were nice though all meaningless if they lack competency for proper diagnosis & treatment. An unnecessary cast + $1,400AUD later along with a parting message that "your son's leg may not grow properly" - definitely will be avoiding this place at all costs in future! My advice where you are able to is to get home ASAP for proper diagnosis + treatment. I would also call for this ACHSI accreditation to be immediately reviewed.
Have had liposuction and then went back for lbl. Am considering lower facelift in near future. All staff are beautiful. Food was great. Dr suka is an extraordinary surgeon.

Extremely grateful for this incredible hospital. Yes, it is expensive but that’s why you invest in decent travel insurance. I arrived at BIMC A&E in the middle of the night extremely unwell and in less than 12 hours I was fully diagnosed and starting treatment that prevented me from undergoing surgery. Every foreigners worst nightmare! After 4 days of treatment and care from the incredible nurses and doctors I was finally discharged with a scheduled follow up appointment for a week later. The treatment I received was second to none, the hospitals incredibly clean and all staff were kind and compassionate. Thank you BIMC.

Exellent, serving wholeheartedly. A very comfortable and strategic place in the BTDC Nusadua area, all rooms are clean and well-maintained, the toilets are very clean and fragrant, the waiting room is comfortable and all the employees are friendly. The nurse and the doctor are very professional and full of knowledge, the bimc always runs classes of nurses and doctors every week for the progress of the hospital. There is a canteen and sell various kinds of food drinks and snacks. Basically the best is BIMC two, but the room price is very expensive for local patients because of the foreign exchange rate, but the system has changed so the BPJS card holder can check with BIMC 👌👍😍

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOSPITAL! unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with this hospital. I'm not getting into details as it's personal and concerns my wife but these are the problems that we have faced:1) overcharging.. Injection needed to be done, and knowing that we will do it anyways, staff charged us 7mln IRP for 3.3mln IRP medicine taking advantage of situation. 2) general check up is not cheap to begin with, but that's fine if you can at least get the report from a doctor that you can show to your doctor upon coming back(its during pregnancy), but I had to ask for it 10 times, as we got one in handwriting...decode pls( and even though we were promised to receive an email next morning, they didn't send anything. I had to call to remind them, and they sent scan of the same report in handwriting. Had to email back asking for a proper one. the only good thing about the hospital was the doctor, who was professional.

I went to the hospital for dialysis. If the accommodation is Benoa and Nusa Dua area, we will also pick you up. The facilities are very clean and you can have a meal during dialysis. (You can choose sandwiches, migolene, ice, yoghurt, fruit platter, etc.) The Japanese staff were really kind and helpful. The local staff were also trusted and healed. The scenery outside the window during dialysis was good, and I was really happy to be able to do dialysis with my family above all. I would like to come again! It was a very nice dialysis.

Very nice and modern looking hospital, but the professionality and education of staff cannot compare to Europe. Even that they charge you about 500% price as is in this area normal in other hospitals. It is only nice modern building with theatre to take from your wallet 5 times more than usual. Taking care are only nurses and doctor is coming once daily for visit from other hospital. They cannot here even connect properly infusion cannyla and made to my son 4 holes and made to my son 3 bruises...after they called nurse from other hospital to connect infusion and this was successfull. Also first day after acute gastritis brought for breakfast mashed eggs, jam, butter, milk... Sorry, but they absolutely do not know what are doing. Staff is very pleasant and helpfull, but you see that is absolute priority take out your money, not help you!!! Even when we came here my son was strongly dehydrated and needed help, they do not help you, if you do not slide your credit card and agree their thieving prices! Even if you have insurance, you must block your credit card first, then you receive unprofessional help. Bad experience, never come back here. EVEN THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW, WHAT MEANS "LEGE ARTIS" - they do not work here maybe like this

Took our 2 year old daughter here. The consultation price for Indonesian citizens here is Rp 190,000.00 = USD$15. The price for the same service for foreigners / WNA / bule is Rp 1,500,000 = USD$115. The service, facilities and doctors are very good so it's worth it if you have to go. However if you are price sensitive and it's not an emergency, another option is SOS Medical nearby where a consultation with English speaking doctor is around $65 without health insurance. The downside with SOS is that they don't have pediatricians.
Very friendly environment. Friendly staff. We came for a consultation with a doctor, preparing for an exorbitant account in such a place. But to our surprise, after a short consultation with the doctor, they did not take any Rupees from us, although we insisted on payment. No queues, everything is very clean and modern.

My friend has a pharyngitis to check it out, register the information at the front desk, and then arrange a different doctor in a room to come for a medical examination, ask about the condition, and then take the medicine. This hospital is better than a German one. The waiting time was excellent and is nothing against German hospitals. The staff speaks perfect English. The internist and the ENT doctor were really really kind and professional. I felt very cared. The facilities are not what you expect from a hospital in Indonesia - much better. They also have a commendation from Australian standard. The price might be a bit higher but if you have a insurance it's not important also it is worth.

We were impressed by the quality of the health service and by the excellent attitude of doctors. We went there with our 5y old son with fever and cough. We have been waiting max. 10 minutes. The doctor has been very sensitive and careful. They have already made a blood test with a result within few hours. It costs approx. 130 EUR (medication, blood test, doctor) - was totally worth. Highly recommend!
A fantastic hospital! Clean, modern and with excellent after care services. I was in the care of Dr Made Suka for overdue breast revision (10 years) and given the complexity of the surgery, Dr Suka was professional, diligent, answered all my questions clearly and has a great sense of humour! My recovery was quick and the incisions/sutures are amazing! If you're thinking of having cosmetic surgery I HIGHLY recommend Dr Made Suka at BIMC Benoa, Nusa Dua.

I was with Dengue Fever and they did blood test to find out (before I went to another hospital and they said I wasnt with dengue!). Also they asked me if I have health insurance. As I said "no", they asked me if I would like do to all the expensive procedures or just come back everyday to check my blood. I choose the second and it was all fine.

We had health insurance in Spain, so they prepared all the documentation for us to reimburse us. If you are in rush, better not to come here, just for a regular doctor we waited almost 2hours. The service though was very good. But need a long time to wait and really pricey for indonesian standard doctor.General doctor consultation cost 600.000 rupiah
Excellent service and warm, friendly staffI have been here after a heavy scooter accident and spent 9 days in this hospital.This was for me first time in hospital (and hopefully the last), but the team of doctors, specialist and not to forget the nurses did some great work and I recovered quit quicky. Had to bring our 2 year old sun to put some stitches on his head after a pool accident. We were scared on how the hospitals in Bali would look like, however we were positively impressed as it is a new good looking hospital, you can even think is a luxury Resort ;) Hospital is clean and new, staff is helpful and doctors are good enough. We went on Sunday which is consider after ours and still we were attended in the spot and no wait a single minute to start healing my sun, in 25min we were done, ready to pay and go. Money wise, is more than ok, 2M / 100 Euro, for the assistance, 3 stitches and medicines, they fill it up all the documents to claim our insurance back home. If you have any accident or sickness in Bali I highly recommend this place.

Please come to the hotel for a doctor. The doctor is very rude and the nurse is not bad. It’s just a little rusty when you give your child a suppository. The doctor has a doctorship of $150, a primperam bottle of about $5, and a panadol bottle of about $9. All paid for the US dollar cash (can be swiped), hehe! A bit expensive.
Unforgettable! Been here for a severe pancreatite i had the best cure and a i loved the professional work done by those angels of the nurses. I was always informed of my conditions treat as may be neither in your family you are! Thanks to doctors and specialist that listen to me and do their best! I'll always keep this place and the people who works here in my hearth.
