I recommend Sunset dental from the bottom of my heart! I had really big problems with my teeth , I didn’t smile for 5 years ..but this guys fixed everything and now I can’t stop smiling. I did here dental bridge , crowns, veneers on my top 9 teeth. Also had filings and root canal treatment with dr. Emmanuela and she is amazing specialists. They are all professionals , so gentle and kind all of them. They always explain everything, always ask if it hurts and do everything so it will not hurt. I was really scared of dentist all my life but they changed everything I ever thought about dentist. I’m gonna be forever thankful to them cause they literally changed my life.

I had a root canal and crown done a molar tooth here about two years ago. Since then I have developed swelling on one side of my face, and for my dentist back in Australia to further diagnose if an infection has progressed underneath the crown they need the X-rays from my root canal.I reached out with Sunset Dental for the copies, and while they are timely with responding they could only provide me with one very broad one - which isn't the one I need. While there I received at least x4 close up xrays (one at each stage of root canal). I'm not sure why they don't have these on file.....While the work is cheap and looks good aesthetically - long term I wouldn't recommend going here as it is SUCH a mess around. If you do attend this clinic, ask for all xrays to be forwarded to you so you can them for further reference. My dentist in Australia also commented on the strange way the crown was fixed..

My first time cleaning teeth in this clinic, I get women doctor I don’t remember her name . This is was worst experience for me . The whole process was really painful, almost all my gums bleeding (I regularly go to dentist so I know this is not normal for me) and when I get home I get double check , my teeth not really clean . I feel like she’s not doing her job carefully, and want to finish her job quickly. She told me, I have cavities without doing any Xray 😒

Their website is very misleading. Veneers take at least 4 days NOT 2 as advertised. I tried to book appointment for teeth whitening and they never get back to you. Very poor service

Seems my negative review has mysteriously disappeared from this site. I have had a horrific experience with Sunset Dental Bali. Had four porcelain veneers done and a few months later whilst brushing my teeth, one of them chips off. I was told that next time I'm in Bali, they'll fix it!!! Have just scraped together the money to have it replaced here in Australia, only to be told they are unable to do so because of the way it was done, and that I'll either need a crown or a plate depending on the size of the tooth under it. Further xrays have shown that ALL FOUR VENEERS are infected underneath. I don't know what I am going to do as I do not have the finances to fix the problems. Sunset Dental Bali won't even return my my money despite the proof I have provided them.

Earlier this week a filling I got in the US came out. The thought of getting dental work in Bali didn't excite me at all. Sunset Dental exceeded my expectations, I've literally never been so happy with a dental experience. Quick to get an appointment, quick service, and the job they did was wayyy better than my dentist in the US who is also 4.6 stars on Google. To get a filling it was 300,000 (or 21 USD). Couldn't be happier.

Fantastic. My husband had 5 Veneers and 3 Crowns done. Only the top teeth.What a transformation ! And so fast. The only thing was, that he had an existing crown which we decided not to get redone. It still looks incredible and well worth it. $3200. The color and shape were matched perfectly. Highly recommend. Lots of Aussies in and out with us each appointment too. Only 1 consultation app and 2 app to get it all done !

Hi everybody, my treatment was a Dental Bridge to replace a tooth(3 crowns).. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.. I had booked online from Perth with only sending some pictures..Only two appointments were needed and everything was explained before starting procedure..Staff were lovely and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dentist was so fantastic who made procedure painless and was very thorough. First time at a dentist I felt relaxed.. Hugely recommend Sunset Dental. I had 2, 3 tooth bridges done here over 4 appointments. The service and product was excellent, the Dentist professional and very nice man , made me feel very comfortable . A very slight adjustment was needed in the end but he did this as soon as possible and it just took 5 minutes. Very happy with my experience with this Dental clinic and would def recommend it.

Went for X-ray and exam. Dentist said they would get back to me with quote to repair teeth. Now it’s more than one week later and no contact. I sent 4 more emails asking for information. No reply!!I don’t want to have another X-ray at other dentist. But my teeth are sore.

Honestly disappointed with the service here.I came regularly for teeth cleaning and was happy about it.Then I was diagnosed by the dentist that I had 5-6 cavities. Before proceeding with tooth filling, I want to know which one has big hole and which one not. I don’t want to drill my tooth if not necessary. The customer service told me , normally dentist will do X-ray before filling treatment and here it’s possible to do panoramic X-ray and free of charge. So I came for X-ray consultation.My expectation is that all cavities got X-rayed then dentist show me which one is severe and I will proceed with filling. The dentist did X-ray to some tooth with cavities but not all. And for the cavities that was not X-rayed I asked if it’s really big and do need filling, she said: “I saw teeth for many years so I know” This did not convince me.Dentist even said: “Next time when you make appointment , make sure you are sure you want to do filling and not just came for X-ray. I have many patients, not only you.” How disappointing to hear something like this from the dentist that I’ve been seeing previously. Its normal for me as a patient that I want to know how severe my cavity is as I don’t feel any pain at all from the cavity.If this place is equipped with X-ray technology and offer it complimentary then why don’t use it to show the patient how severe is the cavity.I suggest if you don’t want to provide free X-ray consultation, then charge your patients for it in your service. I had to have a molar extracted in Australia in early April. I decided that I needed to have a dental implant, as I was missing another molar near where the tooth had been extracted. Since I had already booked a holiday in Bali in June, I read various reviews from patients who had received implants in Bali. I liked what I read, and chose to go to Sunset Dental Clinic for that procedure. I have now undergone that procedure, and am extremely happy with the result. The equipment in the clinic is modern, and includes a facility for the 360 degree X-Ray. The dentist and his staff were very professional and personable. I will be returning to the Clinic next year for preparation of a crown.

Its been three months since my visit to Sunset Dentist. I had six fillings and a clean. My teeth feel and look great. I had some major fillings done and they have come out looking great. My partner had front tooth fixed and a temporary denture for the second tooth after extraction and I just kept staring at his teeth, because they did such an amazing job. Hi, I wanted to wait a couple of months before reviewing to make sure my crown lasted and wasn't sore etc. So here I am a few months after my visit to Sunset Dental, where I got a crown and it's all good!! It took a few weeks to settle down for some reason and I was panicking a bit! But it's all good now. They were efficient, friendly and professional. The temporary crown put in for a week whilst my real crown got made was perfect and didn't break off even though he said it might. All in all a great job for a very reasonable price and way cheaper than here in NZ :) Thanks, Kath

The dentist saw me in three minutes and correctly diagnosed my problem before he even looked in my mouth. He was friendly and kind and immediately put me at ease. During the actual treatment, which did not require anaesthetic, I barely felt anything. The bill was even lower than the website had suggested. Best dentist I've ever seen; super, super recommended. Due to the quality of the treatment and the price, I'm considering returning to Bali especially to see this dentist when I next need more comprehensive work done.
