I don’t know what to say about such a hospital. You know, one of the most important departments is the surgery department and it would be a disappointment for a hospital to have a very bad and disqualified one. Doctors cover up for each others’ mistakes. What a shame!!!!!!!

Good doctors.. great nurses..except one lady was not so nice .. sometimes u need to ask or call nurses 3 or 4 times to respond to ur request ..One of the nurses opened the pills and gave them to the patients by his own hands instead of a cup .. we do not know what he touched before that ..Cleaning service respond quickly but some of them not qualified to do hygienic stuff ..one of them used the same tissue to clean everything in the bathroom and I was shocked!!!! Toilet seat from down to the upper surface and all other parts of the toilet ..he just spread the germs everywhere!!.. limited number of tv channels about 10 and half of them not working well .. nutritionist was nice but do not plan well for the meals... the patient removed the gallbladder and doctor asked to have meal with low fat and no milk..etc but nutritionist did not have idea .so we requested what the patient can have and what she likes to eat and they were good :) ..meals some good ..some super bad especially the soup which is very important in the patient' meal -not tasty, zero salt and lots of cinnamon! Salt is not provided in any meal..In general this hospital is good but needs some improvements. .Thanks to all the staff except that no-smile nurse :)

The first surgical operation was carried out in the consulting hospital by Dr. Alaa Nashat Taha. It is a cartilage slide in the fourth and fifth lumbar vertebrae. I have been removed. I do not know how to commend him and his wonderful treatment. All the medical staff from Dr. Nael, the great anesthesiologist, The nurses who gave me care ..The second operation was on the removal of cartilage in the vertebrae of the neck .. Thank God, the success of the two operations. Thank you to everyone who contributed to my recovery .. And God bless the staff of this excellent hospital .. The nursing department is very poor in providing services in terms of timely provision of medicines and solutions to the patient
Well it's a hospital, I can go on and on about how clean and modern it is but people don't go to hospitals to admire shiny tiles and modern medical equipment. And yes you will face some issues with admissions but who doesn't with all the overloaded hospitals in the country, but in the end it's the team of Drs and nurses watching over the patients that truly makes this hospital shine, my father Ramzi Alshweikini was admitted for a shoulder surgery, receiving attention and care from the moment he left the operating room, the nurses are really kind, caring and were never late when they were needed. Just to summarise all this it would be easier to say if you want to be in safe hands, when ill or injured then this hospital is definitely a good if not an excellent choice.

You pay more than any hospital and expect a good service or at least better than the others but unfortunately it is the opposite! I had an Ultrasound and wrote down my email in order to get the results by email but unfortunately they didn’t send them. The next day I went to the laboratory to do some tests and gave them my email and also they didn’t send me the results, I called them and they promised to send within 10 minutes but the sent nothing!!! Called for the second time and the same Problem! Shame on you
The hospital is distinguished in the processes of quantification, the work has a process and things go well .. the crew is good but not nice means a difference between serving you and the love and between those who serve you and peace, cleanliness good eating excellent .. Good hospital We were in the emergency department today from 8pm. Doctors are good.I have a note about the pharmacy. An emergency doctor wrote in the prescription Duspitalin for Colon and PanadolI did not find them in the hospital pharmacy !!!!!!Benadol is not in the pharmacy of one of the best private hospitals in Jordan !!!!I would like to avoid in the future these shameful mistakes.The lack of Dupitalin colon is another.I would like the management to focus on what should be available in this good hospital pharmacyIt is regrettable to deform and repel a vase of a rose crystal.Burhan Al Sharida.
Expensive sure, but the people are great there. The doctors are really nice and knowledgable. At least the cancer department and surgery. Where they shine even more is the outpatient doctors. So good.
Stay away from this horrible hospital, if you go to any gavermntal hospital you will get same service, with lower cost and maybe better level of service, even when I ask for suite they said it's full, then u gave the nurse good tip within 5 minutes she come back and said let's move to your suite, the night doctor get made that I let them wake him up for strange pain

I would like to give this hospital a zero rating if it was an option. I had the most horrible experience that I will never forget. I cannot even say one good thing about my experience there. Do not even consider giving birth here. Horrible place with even worse people working there! STAY AWAY!!!
I did not get the required service in this hospital, knowing that they take the full value of the service before providing it ... The beginning of the matter begins that you do not find parking spaces, and after you find them and enter the hospital, you do not get the required service, as the hospital employees you dealt with do not have them Any relationship with the performance of services to the auditors ..... On top of all this, inside the hospital there is maintenance of construction and employment that exists among the auditors with loud noises and strong, annoying odors due to the tools and materials they work with .... Modern , clean hospital with friendly professional staff, one suggestion I hope hospital management will take care of , the hospital visitors from direct relatives of the patients who stay all the day in the hospital can not find a meal in the hospital cafeteria located in the ground floor , even when ordering food delivery, there is is no room for visitors to take there food , most of hospitals abroad have a Cafeteria catering The visitors and Staff , the existing one have only soft and hot drinks with some dry sandwiches but not a meal , one more area need to be improved is the integration of hospital systems as accounts , admission , medical , etc , other than that it is a great modern hospital .

It's seems to me very professional doctor (zaid Abu ghost )but the clinic was (DISORGANIZED)and that was horrible to me cause I came for first time he asked me to do three tests and when I did them he wondered cause the forth test I did not do it despite he did not ask for it, when I went after a two weeks to do the forth test I informed them I was coming a day before and there were five people waiting and I must wait my turn which will be about 3hours just to know what the forth test is ,so I can do it . And the receptionist seemed a bit mad or irritated cause she said that I can't see the doctor and that the doctor's order and she repeated it twice like I can't understand her (that is unprofessional) It's very easy to give a time to the patients cause not every one likes to wait just like me
Slow service, they should do something at the emergency room. Being not organize can lead to several problems especially between patients.In general I think it is better to go somewhere else if you can.
