Saw the IVF promotion, called and ask for further info, but to no avail. Purposely drop by the branch, still no one could provide any further info as to the pricing, time frame etc, unless an appointment is made with the doctor. At least 5 staff were there, 4 of them busy pressing their phones non stop and 1 very tak layan attitude explaining to me in 1-2 sentence. I can get more information just by reading the brochure. Filled the feedback form but no reply at all. I definitely will not trust them with this attitude. Hope the upper management is aware of this

My husband and I visited TMC Puchong yesterday. This was my second experience of visiting a fertility doctor after Pantai Klang. I was much amazed the way the team welcomed us. My appointment was at 11,though there were a few patients in waiting room before me, I got my turn right 15 minutes after finished registration. Dr Navdeep was very professional, he explained each test precisely and nurses were very helpful too. Overall TMC 10/10.

One star lesser due to Visited website with online appointment button there and also forms for you to fill in.No idea whether it’s working or not, waited response after hours. Called up branch staff but get informed that you should not online reserve but to call in for appointment. Do call if you don’t receive response.Overall experience was Dr Chong was patience and their staff was well mannered. But do anticipate long wait.

Poor and lousy services provided by the staff. Before i leave, asked to double confirm my email address and please email me once result have out. Report suppose to be out 2-3 hours but after 5 hours, no call/ email to notify me. I call and asked, she ask for my email address again then i told her just now i have written and double confirm with the nurse already. Then the staff said today short of staff, that's why no inform yet, will send immediate. =.="..*PS: I have made appointment 9am, but 9.05am it just open. For those who wanna do any test, advice go to HQ damansara's branch, it's like 1 star and 5 stars difference.

I was not feeling well when I visit them, they told me that they are closing and ask me to make an appointment on another day. They are not sincere to patient discomfort situation, how would I trust the doctor and nurses' professionalism?!!

Book an appointment for my mother who is post menopausal. We had Dr Chong who is very professional and he explained my mother's condition in the simplest yet detailed way possible for my mum. He was very gentle and reassuring and that has greatly made my mum feel better about the procedure when she was very anxious and worried initially. The nurses are nice as well, very kind!Thanks Dr Chong and the nurses! Will definitely recommend this clinic to other women out there!

I am very satisfied with the doctor's care and professionalism, but I think the nurse needs improvement. I made a report. I hope to know more. The nurse seems to be perfunctory, saying that the report did not write anything, so I don't need to see a doctor. Didn't tell you to take the report... I spent a few hundred. If the report is written, there is no need to explain it to you.If so, what am I doing? Speechless

Very bad experience, we had an made an earliest possible appointment available, but when we arrive they say is a first come first serve basis, what's the point of making appointment when we can just come walk in but set at a later time. Very disappointed. The staff are rude when we asked them to justify on the matter, they even say "IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEN DON'T COME"
