Car park lift lobby is limited to only 1 functioning lobby due to COVID19 to ensure that your unwell loved ones are taken care properly kindly drop them off at the drop off area to limit the crowd at the lift area, I wished the hospital posted a PSA before everyone - old & young crowds at the one and only functioning CARPARK lift lobby with no social distancing measures in place.

Admission takes 3 hours and discharge takes almost 6 hours. The nurses don't even bother understanding the questions raised but just hand out what they think we asked for.The only star was for the doctor we got the treatment from. Other than that, nothing impressed me. Have undergone surgery with other hospital which wasn't as posh as Pantai but both their admission and discharge took us lesser than 2 hour. So, between the insurance and hospital argument whereby I have sent the docs to them and they haven't reverted, I leave it up to you as a future patient to decide.Update: Sept2020Had to be readmitted due to an infection at the surgery area. Admission via ER didn't take as long as 3 hrs. Nurse care was better this time. Not sure if its was because we were recurring patients or the review on the discharge form.Since we had the excruciating 6 hrs discharge the previous time, we opted to pay a deposit and hospital will take care of the final GL and update us when its clear. The final clearance from hospital came 5-6 days after discharge. We called the first 2 days to check with both insurance and hospital on the status, till we gt tired. Just imagining if we stayed.

Extremely terrible experience - My mother was diagnosed with a T-6 spinal cord meningioma and undergone surgery 8 months ago, under the recommendation of a neurologist at Pantai. She has not recovered to date, and is suffering 24-7, daily from unexplainable sensations - burning, severe pulling, floating /balloon-like sensation, tingling, weakness in both legs, inability to sleep (and the consequent deterioration of appetite). These affected her tremendously - physically and emotionally (she was not able to walk at all on bad days). She has repeatedly said that she sees no hope in recovering. And quite frankly, she has mentioned to me repeatedly on numerous accounts that she wished she could just pass on, simply because nothing can stop those torturous sensations (not physio, not stretching, not medicine, not sleep, nothing!). We were never informed, or at the very least, warned once, of the possible side effects / symptoms following the surgery despite our follow ups post-op. In fact, we were told before op, and I quote, verbatim "how you go in (to the OT), is how you will go out (the hospital)" - she was able to, despite slowly, do house chores, walk and cook for the family before the surgery. We followed up with the neurologist today. NOT to blame/argue or start pointing fingers (if we EVER intended to do so, we would have done so 8 months ago). We wanted to know one thing – is this normal? Or simply, is what my mom facing unheard of? We were not asking for treatment, or

Very limited visitation hours. Visitation starts at 12-2PM & 6-8PM, perhaps due to COVID. Arrived at the maternity ward to visit my sister at 5.45PM and was DENIED entry because I was 15 minutes early and the nurses told me via an intercom (while I was out at the door) to go back down to the lobby ALTHOUGH the guard downstairs allowed me to go up. Nurses are RUDE and not visitor friendly. So unless you like nurses who purposely make things difficult, please don’t waste your time and choose another private hospital like Sunway, Prince Court etc. There are a million other better private hospitals than Pantai’s chain of hospitals. Almost all of them are either run down and/or have impolite staffs. Save your time and go some place else.

Pantai hospital has improved a lot as compared to my last visit 5 years ago. the nurses were efficient and polite . The payment and registration counters both have expedited their services . Dr. Helmy , whom I have been referred to , was beyond my expectations erudite , down to earth , and expert.

horrible hospital specially the doctors. 2 out of 3 doctors that I have visited within 2 years were completely irresponsible people. I highly don't recommend anyone to visit this hospital. Even if you complain they will reply you nicely and say they will contact you but they never do. 1 star for the good staff at Imaging department.

Received sms from the Hospital last week which informed that my insurance has made the payment and I can come to collect my deposit RM600.I otw to collect it today luckily I called just to make some confirmation. However, the staff told me that they have NO CASH to refund my deposit and asked me to come next week. You are a big reputable hospital and the above reason is unaccepatable! If I want my refund to be transferred by online banking, I still need to come and sign a form. However, the transfer will be done within 7 to 14 working days. This has not be informed to me when I discharged from the hospital. When you asked for deposit, I paid to you immediately. But when I want to get my deposit back which is less than RM1k, I need to wait for these long? Very poor management.

Experience at individual clinic was fine, but admission counter was super terrible.Scheduled admission time was 11am.Took queue number at 10.40am and hadn't get to counter yet till 11.45am. Let alone the time needed to really get admitted. Meanwhile there was a lady complaining to a staff loudly for 20min at the counter--the staff never ever thought of bringing her for a private talk in a meetng room. The irritating noise and negative atmosphere really affected patients' mood before admission. What a poor management!

Good doctor with very badly trained nurse. No nurse with come over to do periodic inspection and checking during night time (even after surgery). This means that if your family members has complication during night/midnight, no one will be able to save them if they are not able to press the emergency bell. Also, their medical equipment is very old as hospital rarely upgrade their medical equipment.Do not worth the high price they are charging.

The internee doctor/ guy should study more how to talk to people. When i was there 12.30am with my friend as i was the suffering heart problem. On the time the guy was treatment me but he asked me do i have RM6k or not. He shouldn't be asked me this question if he asked my friends i was appreciated highly. It's not a professional doctor. He shouldn't be work with this line. Better should work as a lawyer. Instead of my unsatisfactory i put 5 🌟. Because it wasn't hospital authority problem his problem. I had an awful experience with PMC after sending my mother to the 'emergency' unit after she had a fall at home. There were hardly any people waiting there but we had to wait a while before we were called in to see a nurse who enquired the reason for the visit. After briefing her, we were sent to a room where we had to wait for a doctor to examine my mum. It was a long wait in the cold room before she came. After my mum was examined, it was decided that she be sent for a CT scan on her head. She was also advised to stay overnight for observation but she refused. It was another long wait before the male nurse came to send us to the imaging room. Shortly after that, it was back to the examination room where it was another long wait for a male nurse to come and do the dressing to the abrasions on her head and right hand. Once that was done, I whisked her on the wheelchair back out to the reception area to await the bill. It was another long wait as the system was apparently down and the cost needed to be manually calculated. The charge was MYR 315.50. A manual receipt was given and I was told to come back the next day to collect the detail bill. The whole process took almost 3 hours to complete but 90% was composed of waiting time, maybe the same if not worse than a government hospital !I returned the next evening thinking I just needed collect the bill and go off. I was shocked I had to top up another MYR 744 ! Apparently the imaging cost was not added in ! Imagine if I had no

I went to dermatolojist clinic at this hospital. They kept giving me same meds (3 times) even though they were not helping to cure my skin disease. They charged me around 1k without any test. No positive result as well. Because of their wrong treatment, the scabies got all over my body. I just bought a flight ticket and flew back to home for better treatment. Later,. I asked this clinic to help me for a medicine which is not available here. They just ignored my call for help as nothing happened because of them. I don't suggest the dermatolojist clinic at this hospital

The worst hospital ever..., last month I visit pantai hospital due to health issues “ lymph nodes swelling and nose , jaw pain, ears pain “ The reception refers me to “ENT” specialist and dentist they diagnosed me with sinus and tooth problems they refused to listen to me about my symptoms , and just gave me a medicine and took 900rm for the consolations only , week later my health became worse so I decided to go to oncologist centre and guess what: after I got medical check up “Ct scan, blood test, and a biopsy, I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer...It was cancer stupid not sinus!!If you want to lose your time, money and health go to pantai hospital Allah will take my right from you dr.

The doctors are good. The facilities are excellent. However, there's something wrong with the queue management especially in the imaging department. The queue is not first come first serve basis and instead is more likely by a preference. Take along your jacket as it is quite cold in there.

Instead of 5 stars, google should allow a rating that does not deserve any stars. My experience visiting Pantai last night was ridiculously long. I had a small sprain on my foot and just needed a quick check to ensure it was not a fracture, however the ED took 3hrs to give me that re-assurance. While the attending doctor was polite enough, I am sure a quick xray and consultation even in peak hours shouldn't exceed an hour. This is a simple process management, low impact cases should be cleared out ASAP - there should be an SOP for these kinds of things. If Pantai reads reviews put out for them, please implement this first step: All you need to do is invest all that overcharged prices on your bill in a well known/good business consultant to provide implementable ideas on how to be more efficient in processing and attending to your patients. I am sure, with this investment can make you as a private hospital worthy of your name. This experience puts your hospital below even government hospitals, where the TPT commensurate with the volume they handle. Utter rubbish service.
Jia M., 15 September 2022

Ridiculous queueing system. Kiosk & registration counter open at 8am whereby consultation start from 10am. Why can't you open the kiosk at 10am so that patients don't need to waste 2 hours in their life? ! In addition, if you want front numbers, you need to standby in front of the kiosk at 7am. If you reach at 8am, you gonna be 9/10th which the consultation probably at 12pm - 1pm. Please improve this by having a NORMAL appointment system

God, the staffs move as slow as tortoise. To register i had to wait for 30 mins. To be called by nurse 30 mins. To be called by the doctor 40 mins. To see the doctor another 20 mins. Waiting for my bill 1 hour. Finally when i asked them for bill they are like....oh bill....can you check inside. The nurse has not given it to us yet. 😢 i have to go in and settle with the nurses who went pointing fingers at each other and started accusing the doctor for not informing them. Finally i went back home after 5 hrs. I have been a patient in this hospital for past 11 years. My 2 daughters and grandaughter went down with viral fever and i had to go the emergency for three days continuosly. I went through the same ordeal everyday. No smile on the faces of staffs. Answers the patients abruptly. Where is the old Pantai Hospital. Getting fed up. You'r gonna loose your confidence with the public. Hope the management will look into this seriously.

There are two types of nurses in Pantai - one that looks at you when she talks to you and the other that doesn’t. The former is the friendly and gentle one, the latter is one that you really wanna b*tchslap (I’m not even exaggerating I swear). I experienced both type of nurses when I gave birth to my first born in August.Terrible q-ing system.

No complaint on the doctors. Just that I dislike the process apart from consultation. One has to register prior going to see the relevant doctor followed by waiting at the doctor’s clinic in which waiting time is subjective. After consultation one has to bring the bill to reception counter and given number to wait. One will be called to make payment and then using the same number to wait to be called to obtain the medication. This is not customers or patients friendly at all. Fine if patients are not too sick but it is a torture for those who are.

I had quite a pleasant experience in here. The hospital is very clean. The staff are polite and helpful. They have a fruit shop which I so appreciate their consideration for healthy eating. The doctor I visited was very good. The directory signs are well placed and helpful. The toilet was clean nice. Overall very happy to visit here. Just making appointment with my doctor was a bit of headache. I made it online and they are supposed to call you, but didn't and I did instead and the office of my doctor didn't pick up all the time... But yeah that's all the details I can give you!

Dont bother go to such profit monger private hospital. Went in yesterday late night due to emergency, waited an hour to be attended had blood test procedure and waited at home for results (since its midnight)Next day came around 9am waited another hour just for some medicine slip without any doctor appointed to explain whats THE BLOOD TEST RESULT and why are we being prescribed such infection medicine. The admission lady is class of act, when asked whom can explain this ? She responded "walk around, if see a doctor stop him/her and ask about it" The flying fudge? This is in emergency hall! Just pull one intern or junior doctor and explain professionally to a paying customer whats going on with their health. Its not much just a short 5 mins time to commit. Ended up going to the pharmacy and asked 1 by 1 what are these medicines for.In short, we got slammed with close to rm1k , for wasting time at the emergency lounge and not attended by a doctor to explain the results. Got pushed for infection medicine and no-single-word on the blood test results. PANTAI HOSPITAL? You ruin my expectation. This will be the last time im stepping into such profit monger establishment.

Despite having a good ambience, a very comfortable waiting lounge, friendly and polite doctors and nurses, the time line of discharge proces is unacceptable. My son was supposedly discharged on 16/1/2019 morning, and I anticipated that he will be discharged only in the afternoon ie 12pm or 1pm at least. It is understood the turn around time for discharging process is from 2 - 4 hours as stated. However, my son was able to be discharged only at 5.30pm on 16/1/2019. Yes, we waited for hours only to be discharged. I was informed by the nurse at the counter (level 5) everything was READY i.e relevant documents for discharging purposes and the nurse did mentioned the documents were given to the Billing at 10.30amSubsquently, I was asked to give a discharge slip to the Billing Dept at the Ground Floor for them to stamped DISCHARGE. To my surprised when I went down at 12.15pm the final bill(s) has not been forwarded to the Insurance Company. Obviously the documents are not READY at all. When somenone says ready, it means it is well prepared and good to go. For this case, it is not. I have requested them to expedite it. To cut it short, my husband and myself had to keep on following up with the Insurance Company and the Billing Dept respectively. It was stressful for both of us. If we had not do the follow up ourselves from time to time perhaps my son can only be discharged the next day. The question here why the Billing Department which sent their bills to the insurance com

So-called premium floor (level 7 block C) with premium charges for just about everything but they couldn’t even invest in soundproof doors between the rooms. We were forced to endure noisy chatting and TV from the occupants in the next room. On top of that, the sink in the bathroom is clogged. The only great thing was the nurses who were friendly and very helpful. As for the Doctor, I could write an essay about her exorbitant charges before, during and after surgery. Won’t recommend this place to anyone. UMSC charges less and provides way better doctors, nurses and facilities than this.

According to my experience here, the best rating I can give is only 3. Taking a look at the positive sides are the affordable price tags on some vaccines and medicines. The staff were friendly as well. It wasn't crowded as well, making the queue fairly decent, or at least it should be. Here's the bad news, despite being not crowded, we had to wait for approximately 15 to 30 mins according to the original expectation due to the doctor's lunch time. However, instead of being called on 2 p.m. as we were told to, we still were waiting until 3.30 p.m. with no clue how long would it still take. The service was quite horrible in term of punctuality. In the end, we waited for over two hours in the waiting room doing nothing but to waste our time.

Specialist doctor is fine but the ward is the worst. Long hours(2-3 hours) waiting for admission even with pre-authirized by insurance and reservation with hospital. When discharge, also need to wait for 3 hours for bill. I have admitted here for 3 times, all are same. For the last admission, the nurse just leave the file there for 2 hours without process the discharge until I went to follow up. During the staying, the nurse came in to measure the blood presure at 1:30am!! And 6am!! What the hell.. Paying expensive fee for lausy service. Go for other hospital if there is any options.

Doctors are very professional, however, the admin/ the appointment system is a joke. Doctor has 10+ patients in a day. Instead of given out appointment like 2 for 10am, 2 for 1030am, 2 for 11am,..... the admin required all patients to come in at 10am. I am one of the 10am patient, I was told I am no.10, it's is 1230noon now and I am still waiting? Respect your patients time please

Good luck getting medical reports done for insurance claims here. Attempts at getting one had me treated with disdain and even calling in to check on an always engaged medical report room had an operator who sounded fed up at even having to answer a call.

Way not up to my expectation at all. I still cant believe a well known and reputable brand such as Pantai Hospital made me come to the hospital 3 times, just to collect one strip of medicine. It has wasted my time, effort and money 3x! Since my company only issues monthly GL, it means i have to go there to collect medicine every month :(No point having excellent doctors and facilities but not spending enough to train other staff how to be tactful or improve on the processes. Comparing to life saving events, minor administrative processes is a small matter to them. They only look at money and not considering time is money too. Sadly, i doubt the management will even take the time and effort to see what we are posting here and take necessary actions to improve. It's alarming to see more and more people posting negative comments of late.I learned my lesson to ALWAYS check the reviews before selecting hospitals in future. Grateful to have this review column for consumers like me to know how others experience.

positiv: nice front stuff. negative: all the rest. Like a very disrespectful and arrogant doctor who does not even listen to the symptoms and just assumes. in the end you just get out and pay a lot. There is no clarification on the diagnos even tough it was asked for it. very sad. Also the process before u can even talk to a Dr. is very long. The Dr. made me do a useless test just to proove i have an infection. Of course I have. But the important thing would be to make sure its not Malaria. So thank you for nothing and wasting my time and money.

Think of another option if you can. Prices here shocked me when i received the bill which exceeded 700 RM. 250 RM for the 10 minutes i had with the specialist who gave me an unnamed soap (from under her desk) for 50 RM! then other services charges and finally the medicines from pharmacy! I decided not to go for the follow-up. Think 10 times before coming here.

As i do a medical check-up, come to pantai hospital, It’s worst experience in here, expecting a good service since you pay totally expensive for kind of nonsense service . Counter service very weak as patient did not get intention to ask before the treatment! 1st and last! 👎🏻

Service is very slow. For a private hospital that charges high fee, I expect faster service. Came here to do mammogram and see the Breast Surgeon, waited almost 5 hours!! The management have to seriously look into this. Pls have a process which is more efficient. If the process is long, give the patient the estimated waiting time and advise the patient to come back in certain no. of hours.

My husband brain cancer stage 4 patient. Had his operation, then referred to dr. John Low oncologist. I really need to let this out.If there's -10, I think he deserves that. He didn't listen to his patient symptoms. No empathy at all. When we asked him questions, he showed his face and said to me "look! You have wasted my 30mins". He thought his consultation service was free? We paid him RM100K for 6 weeks radiotherapy and oral chemotherapy pills.( 42 tablets) ( RM1000 for 1 tablet) and RM15K for his 'planning fee' to do the radiotherapy. Halfway of the treatment, he asked, do you want me to refer you to other dr? Whoa! You have collected all the money, treatment not completed yet and suggested us to other oncologist. Just because I asked questions and " wasted " his time? I said: No, I want you to be responsible for your treatments. After 6 weeks radiotherapy + tablets, was advised to rest for 5 weeks. My husband didn't feel good on his 3rd resting week. Took him to have MRI scan. The tumour spread bigger and more aggressive. His nurse Sandy, not helpful neither friendly. cut long story short, we changed to oncologist Dr. Mastura after the MRI, his condition is much better now under dr Mastura's treatments. She is a very patient dr, good listener. Nurse Ms.Mani also very friendly and helpful. If you have to wait, means dr is spending time time the patients. And she'll do the same with you. So be more patient if you need to wait for Dr Mastura. For dr Mastura, I will give +1

It was horrible. I needed an appointment and I was told to come the day after and register at about 8:30h “first come first serve”. We arrived at 9am and had to wait 3 hours in order to meet a doctor. After that we were told to get an ultrasound and again we had to wait 2h even though we asked them if we could get one earlier since we had to catch a bus. After 2h and finally getpicked out of the queue I could go to the ultrasound room but i had to wait 20mim again until the doctor came. After that I went back for the test results and again I had to wait 1h. Bad organizing. I understand sometimes you have to wait. But 3hours could have been prevented if they hadn’t had the dumb system of first come first serve. Just give us people a normal appointment time.

We was told and admit to day care ward for injection. Initial we set the appointment on 7am and target to finish the entire treatment before 3pm. The appointment and admission was done 2 day before the actual day, therefore we check in 630am and waiting the doctors for injection. However doctor only come to visit us at 715am and inform us he got another surgery to perform and will only do the injection somewhere 10am for us and we can only discharge by 6pm++ Time wasted as the treatment wasn't follow the initial appointment time set. Nevertheless the hospital is very clean, most of staffs are polite and helpful. They have a food court, fruit shop which I so appreciate their consideration for convinent The doctor I visited was very good. The directory signs are well placed and helpful.

My wife waited to see Dr Idora since 2.30pm. Guess what... already 7 hours passby but still waiting. Very bad queue system. People register earlier for queue number and disappear. They are allowed in once they come back. People who wait at the clinic not given priority... Avoid this hospital if can.

The doctor we see at Breast Cancer Department is good. But Unfortunately everytime we have to wait for hours to do imaging at this hospital. The time management is very bad, not accurate & no one will inform if you never ask. I’d seen peoples shouting out of frustration after waited too long and today we just couldn’t keep quiet anymore. I hope they will change the system.

Hi,I'm Menaga Ravichandran here.Ex-Staff nurse of Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur.Last year on 13th october 2018 i have resigned from the job with proper document. And last year on november itself i've asked my testimonial from my ward sister {NM Vickneswary}.She told me that testimonial must request from Nurse Educator,Pantai DON and ADON.I have asked with everyone but until now there is no reply from them. It's been more then 6 months i have waited for my testimonial. At last i called my ex ward manager {NM Vickneswary} and informed about this matter. She's very rude to me.Please be a professional nurse manager and don't simply hold my testimonial due to personal revenge. I hope i will get a better solution for my problem.Thank you.

I was using Prudential insurance and when I claimed the insurance I found that Pantai hsptl didn't give an original receipt and tax invoice ..Pru rejected my claim because of this and took about 3 weeks or so to asked the original receipt...at the end of the day I didn't have full claimed because tax incoice was not original!! .I did claimed in other hospital in KL and never had this experience before.

I wish I could give zero stars. The only saving grace was that our doctor was very nice.BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE OVERCHARGING IN THIS HOSPITAL. We came for pregnancy but the whole thing was a nightmare. Constant waiting around, food was absolutely awful, service was bad, ridiculous charges. Worst of all, we ended up needing a c-section. We were quoted 18 to 20k MYR. Even our doctor couldn't believe the price Pantai wanted to charge us. So, we checked elsewhere and contacted other similar ranked hospitals who quoted us 10K MYR. How can Pantai justify charging double? They say electricity prices have gone up. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone, and the real joke is that they're charging sky high prices. Avoid this hospital. We are currently in the process of changing hospitals.

I had been here once and my experience was good. I had consulted with Dr. Vijay Ananda who is a nice guy. He will listen your problems very patiently and then explain his point of view. The front desk staff was ok and they will process the bills quite fast. Though I just spent few hours only and overall my experience was good. But bear in mind that this hospital is dam expensive.

Mum had the worst experience with the urologist there. His classic statement was ‘I’m the specialist I know better than you.’ which he used to brush off everything that Mum said about her condition. Naturally the diagnostics was not successful in pinpointing her issues. Never going back.

Came here five times in 3years. The emergency department staff and procedures are horrible and dangerous. Totally unreliable for health services. Please go elsewhere if you are forced to depend on them or even talk to them. The rest of the hospital ,whatever exposed to, was good.

The medicines overall are expensive, except vaccines. Most doctor fees are expensive, especially follow up for dressing, remove stichtes, endoscope, colonscope...Operation charges are costly too. But Dr Balwant's fee is reasonable. Many dr in pantai like to do order unnecessary tests n scan. For example, the similar disease, dr in Sunway won't order test first, they prescribe medicines first, if not ok, come back for further investigation. Also Pantai dr like to ask patient to come for followup, whereas in Sunway n SJMC, dr there will say, if no improvement after taking prescribed medicines, come back for followup.Have to wait very long at imaging department. It's faster u go out to do MRI at ANOC MED Centre located at DRBD building, which is behind BSC shopping mall. And review the result with your doctor. Also, air cond are very cold. Sick people become more sick and healthy people become sick.

Why don't you list the doctors? The mobile site explains the services but does not provide the names of the consultants. How can patients make an informed decision? This is also the hospital that once happily told my boss I had hep c when I didn't. And didn't have the decency to apologize until I confronted them.

So far quite satisfied with services here. Staff was helpful, not as chatty as some, but nice. Waiting time was average, went here 2 times and entertained in less than 1 hour after appointment. Not bad really. There's also few food stall, fast food restaurants on the premise. So food wasn't an issue. I just asked the staff what is the estimated time for my turn, then I went downstairs to grab food while waiting.

Went for blood test. Ended up with only renal level test done and fully charged. As i did not keep the receipt, they dismissed my case saying no record of me doing blood test there. Bloody blood suckers. Service level worse than government hospital; at least in civil the number of patients contribute to the their level of service. Pantai hospital, WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE?I dare say, most reviewers here, the 'local guides' are paid by the establishment to promote positive reviews on google. For first timers, please use due discretion when reading the reviews, to seperate fact and fiction.

Terrible service!! Totally didn't expect a private hospital turned into a government like hospital. I was here 5 years ago and today it has totally change to a bad hospital. Please don't come here. Check google rating or ask around. Pantai is no longer what they say it is. I believe they have a problem with their process. Took us 5 hours to get admitted and the best part is, 4 hours before, we secured a room and even with that we still had to wait for 5 hours for nothing. Just because other units in the hospital did do their job. They just keep telling us their colleague from admission is slow to send file and they can't do anything. Just wait and no idea how long. They kept complaining rudely about their own colleagues. Manage to get admitted. It was a super wrong choice honestly. After that met up with more rude staff of pantai. Always typical answer given i don't know. After a few days here problem wasn't solve and now I have to go to another hospital to do everything again.

Good hospital but it really needs to do something about it's billing system. A discharge takes 3 to 4 hours easily! And meanwhile you are clocking up room charges! Great doctors but incompetent administration.

Great doctor, but the organization was horrible. I am an expat and gave my boss' phone number as an emergency contact because I don't know anyone else. They call my boss EVERY time I have an appointment, they never call me. In typical fashion, it is "it wasn't me" when I try to figure out how to fix it. Dr was upset about it, talked to staff. Then happened again. I This time, the nurse said, "I thought you were going to remove the number from the system", so apparently I was supposed to remove my emergency contact magically from their system. Done with it. My boss now knows much more about me than I would have liked. Thanks, Pantai.

the doctors and the nurses were kind and nice. However the reason why I didn't give a full star is that there are lack of patient rooms as I asked for a Single room and the nurses told me it was full. I had to wait for a long time to get the room. In my opinion the hospital should invest to increase the number of patient rooms so that the patient could enjoy their privacy and they could relax.

Staff really needs communication skills. There is no clear hospital mentality. Who is a doctor, who is a nurse, who is a administration personnel (maybe clear name tags and uniforms in same colour might help).Logistics hospital : unprofessional. The front desk did not know why the billing was taking so long (20min after treatment). Who she was waiting for (nurse/doctor), what the system is.If she could just tell me the process, doctor needs to sign/check each and every paper the nurse has written or something similar or everything is done manually and needs to be double checked, I would have been much more understanding. I could understand and would have waited (I left). I have asked to have the bill sent to my home address. They replied with 'no cannot'. Why not? I have to register with my ID, which is linked to my house address and everything else in details! Please explain.
