Did my tooth filing 3 days ago. the doctor was hitting my other tooth when she was accessing the operational tooth far inside.. all the tools were banged against my front tooth. very unprofessional. Also, the filling was not done well and i had to go back to her, but she blamed it on the old filling. I dont care if its old filling or its my natural teeth, i came for a problem to be fixed, regardless. Nurses were horrible, dropped the suction device and hit my front tooth when it dropped, not even apologies. and doctor didnt say anything. On top of this, doctor was in a rush to go for lunch, the job was not done well. horrible service. i went to them because of the high review they got.. maybe its my bad luck with this doctor.

I came in for a consultation and a routine dental filling by Dr. William, only to develop SECOND DEGREE CHEMICAL BURNS on the inside and outside of my mouth from sheer NEGLIGENCE. I suspect the mouthguard used to prop my mouth open wasnt properly cleaned of very strong acid-based disinfectant. It tasted bitter and burned my mouth when he put it in but I thought nothing of it until my gums and the skin around my mouth began to burn and blister once I got home. I am now terrified it will leave a permanent scar. The receptionist Shanti and the doctors are nice enough but I received absolutely NO compensation, NO refund, and NO apology for dental malpractice, as well as the physical and mental scars this experience has caused me. This standard of treatment is completely unacceptable and I advise anyone seeking treatment here to think twice. If it can happen to me it can happen to you.

My experience here was terrific. Dr. William is knowledgeable, patient and really takes his time to explain things or give advice on proper dental hygiene and maintenance of oral health. Both my toddlers went for their routine check up and Dr Wil Liam Choo is very gentle with kids. He made them comfortable and explained every steps to them. I visited White Zone Dental last Thursday because there was one tooth that was giving me hell. The welcome and atmosphere at the clinic was very nice, as for the last visits. I went to the other location this time.After the inspection the doctor and I decided it was best to remove the tooth. I was a bit apprehensive , but no longer scared after the very positive previous visits. I did not feel a thing when she administered the shots for numbing the gums etc and I did not even know when the tooth got removed. I could not believe it when she told me it was all over and done. My girl has crowded teeth problem. We always think that it’s caused by big teeth on small jaws and planning to bring her for extraction on one milk tooth that caused the crowded teeth problem. We have been to many dentist to seek advice on what to do with crowded teeth. All dentists just advised not to extract as extraction won’t fix the crowded teeth problem without further explaination to us in details. I am not giving up and tried searched online which dentist is child friendly and here I found Dr lee. Dr.Lee is very patience and professional. She noticed that my girl has the habit of tongue thrusting and mouth breathing. She has pointed out that this incorrect myofunctional habits are the culprit. None of the dentists spots my girl’s problem except dr lee. I am so impressed. Thx dr lee

Dr.Grace Lee is my favorite dentist. I love her for being especially caring and gentle during treatment. She ensures that you are completely aware of the procedure and are prepared. WhiteZone clinic has the latest Digital X-ray machines which produce clear images and aid in proper diagnosis while also minimizing the radiation exposure. I am from Shah Alam but I don’t mind to travel to here ( PJ branch ) because of the ambiance, the care, the professional and the entire experience are well worth the cost.

Visited WhiteZone Dental today. Got to know it through Google and saw many good reviews and yes they are true! Dr Lee is professional, patient and detail and explain to me the different options, pros and cons for my dental treatment. Staffs are nice. This place is homie and welcoming, makes me feel at ease. Will recommend to my friends.

Just done checking, staffs are friendly and professional, Dr Lee was kind and gentle as mentioned in many other reviews.Update: I have just done pulling a cracked tooth out. Dr.Lee is seriously amazing, almost did not feel a thing during the procedure. No exaggeration. As a person that have been struggling to face my fear of dentist, this place have made it so much better. She was gentle, skillful, quick and many many more words than I could think of. I tell you from the bottom of my heart, if you have fear of dentist, come and meet Dr Lee. Also definitely not to miss out on the great job the nurses are doing, you ladies are the most friendly and professional nurses I've seen in clinics I've been to. Thank you so so so much.

I found this dental clinic from google review. It's the best clinic that I hv experienced so far. The clinic is very clean and the equipments are advanced and new. Most importantly Dr. Lee is very gentle and patient. I'm one of those who are afraid of injection and Dr. Lee has proven that injection can be no pain at all! Amazing! Besides, I always get follow up calls from the clinic after my treatment. Just a simple thing but it totally shows that they care for their patients. Oh ya, the charges are reasonable too!I would highly recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

It only took approximately 30mins to patch up the big hole, i still can't believe that its done already! All staff and doctor were friendly and service is very good. I was skeptical about google searching for dentists, but it turned out well. The baton shall now be passed on here from my previous family dentist who had retired.

Please do not be deceived by the reviews here. I find the dentist so -so only. Got my filling done here and there is a leak, the dentist did not do the filling well and I had to go to another dentist. Wasted my money and time. Also, the reason why there are so many reviews is because they promise free dental floss and a small bottle of mouthwash after your review. You can't help but to give a "good review" since the receptionist will have to check your review only then she'll give you the free dental floss and mouth wash. What I'm saying is that the reviews here might not be genuine.

Made my first visit after I read most of the review over here and I couldn't agree more. I personally felt that the price is slightly higher, however it's worth it cause Dr did explain about my teeth condition and she's gentle on the scaling process. The overall of the clinic is clean & comfortable and the nurse are always giving their beautiful smile. :)

Dr Lee is very experienced and she can easily inform and educate you about dental care. I've introduced a few friends to her and all agree on the same thing: Dr Lee will cure you of your dentist fear. She's one of the most gentle dentists you'll ever meet. I've been going to her for 4 years now and she's never once made me feel pain or discomfort. Best of all, White Zone is also affordable. No crazy pricing here. Highly recommended.

was my first crowning which was pretty scary! but the doctor and nurses were super efficient and got the job done quickly....also they were truthful about the procedure involving absolutely no pain (and I have a really low tolerance) so I'm glad I followed their advice about not using the injection. my new crown is firm an really comfortable!

Dr Lee is extremely delicate and skillful, besides being very very patient and kind. I have always been afraid of dentist visits but it's a different experience with her because she is so caring and gentle!! Definitely my favourite dentist in my 28 years of life!! She is highly professional, and impressively skillful, I believe her gentleness stems from having her clients best interest in mind. Also she is one of the few mercury free dentists in town! I have always been afraid to go to the dentist, but having received the excellent treatment that I did by Dr. Lee and her team I no longer have that fear any more. Being referred to Dr Lee by my aunty I am sure glad I came to see her. Dr Lee described everything very well and offered the best treatment options to best suit my needs and only did what was needed to. Believe some have phobia, if not all visiting the Dentist - the same apply to me. Even more so for Wisdom Tooth surgery!! I had visited and gotten several Dentists and Dental Surgeons' opinions way before deciding to have my Wisdom tooth removed by Dr Lee of WhiteZone Clinic recently. Imagine the fear that instilled in me all this while. However, upon the surgery performed by Dr Lee earlier, this experience had totally changed my perception towards the visit to Dental clinic. Owe all this to Dr Lee's caring, gentle and sensitive treatment to her patient's need and so does her crew of staff. The overall treatment, service and practice of this clinic had been a pleasant one. Hereby, I would like to record my appreciation and thanks to Dr Lee that the whole experience of the visit and surgery was awesome (for a fussy patient like me). Further thanks are extended to her crew of dedicated staff whom have been very caring and understanding throughout. At my age 63, I have many experiences with dentist and this is one of the good experience. I suffered a broken Molar and was in pain and was told by another Dentist that it was a difficult procedure that required surgery. Dr.Lee solved this problem as if it was a walk in the park. There was no surgery, but a simple painless extraction. Very professional service, reasonable charges and impeccably clean.. I must say that I am more than impressed. Her support staff too deserve mentioning here for their deligence.
