Baja Hair Center

First they cancelled my appointment without letting me know. I was lucky that I called before leaving my house in San Diego. Today, finally went for my appointment and after waiting for almost 2 hours, I just walked out. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Waste of time.

All these names are the same place Baja Medi Spa/Baja Scar Instiute and Baja Hair Center. I would stay away from all 3 of these company names. Staff was not very professional and the doctor didn’t show up for my confirmed follow up appointment, after driving there from Rosarito. Had the Co2 fractional laser treatment and the physician said I needed to have 2 other laser treatments right before the Co2 at an additional cost of $180. Finished all 3 treatments in 1 day and began the healing process. After 2 weeks of following all the after care given there is little to NO RESULTS. I had the treatment to remove some light sun spots and I’m only 44 and had 2 other dermatologists say this would remove them completely. At Baja Medi Spa/ Baja Scar Institute all the sun spots are still there and just as visible as when I first went in. I would stay away from this office because their results are a 0 and the doctor couldn’t even show up for follow up appointment. There are a lot of options for this in TJ and I would go somewhere else!!!0 STARS
