Dr. Nayelli..did an expert job on my bridge. The office was very clean and had the newest equipment.. they used CEREC technology for same day crowns.. and were experts at it. I was treated very well and efficiently. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 ..is that at a couple of points ..I thought they were trying to upsell me for more services ( like every dental office I have ever been to).Although I traveled from Boston, MA.. I saved roughly $3,000. Highly recommend for crowns etc. I do not know about route canals because I think you need to be close to a dentist in case of issues after the procedure.
I have visited several times & I have recommended them to the whole family. Each one of us have had a great experience. Very close to the border, the office is clean, the staff speaks English & all of them are very friendly. Would definitely will continue to have work done with them. Special thanks to Dr. Manuel & Dr. Arely also to one of the assistance David. I definitely recommend them!!!
Had a wonderful experience at Dental brush. Got 2 root canals done and 6 crowns down. The price was very good. Dental brush is very professional and a very nice place. Dr Leon,Dr Marie and I can`t remember all the other names thank you so much for the wonderful work you did. I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend Dental brush. They speak good english they picked me up at the San Diego airport and provided transportation to the hotel. This is a very safe place.
I Had all on 4 procedure done . I would definitely recommend this Dental Clinic to friends,family or anyone looking for dental work . If your hesitant don’t be !! Dr Leon and his staff are friendly, professional and very helpful . I have probably emailed and called the clinic at least 30-40 times Elizabeth has always been friendly and great helping me along the way . I would do it 100 times over . The location is very convenient., just a 5 minute walk from the border .I did use the shuttle service for my first appointment . Fernando was our driver he was very helpful and friendly . Can’t wait for the Final stage of my procedure . Thank you for giving me my smile 🙂 back.!!! Update of my final procedure . Dr Luis and his assistant Marisa where fantastic . My final teeth a better than I could have hoped for . I thought the temporaries where great but the final product is absolutely amazing . I feel like I never lost my teeth . If you are struggling with tooth loss and can’t afford U.S dental prices . You should definitely give the Dental Brush a call . This is the best dental clinic or office I’ve been too . I first began my dental work in the U.S .upon horrible results , I luckily found this clinic. If you've ever taken your car in for an oil change and the mechanics try to scare you into replacing every part on your car before you die in it...then that is the experience you should expect at dental brush. They charge you to check everything then hand you a multi thousand dollar price tag to fix it. Felt like a scam so I asked around and found an honest place to fix my teeth. Don't be a sucker, get a second opinion...dental brush will Rob you quick
The equipment they had was new. However, they were not knowledgeable on its use. My Teeth and gums were Sore and Infected for several months.The color they used did not match my other teeth. I was told after the fact the equipment they had in house was not capable of matching my current shade. This should have been discussed prior to making 5 crowns in house. The lack of communication was very disappointing.Ultimately, I went to a local dentist to have my teeth and gums repaired. I had to have all 4 root quadrants scaled due to the excessive amount of crown cement they left beneath my gums. I’m in the process of having crowns replaced as they were not sealed properly.Costly Mistake :(Mexico can be a great place to go. But not this Place!
This was life changing to say the least. I had stage 4 cancer with and with my treatment they had to take all 32 teeth! I was about to give up on living a normal life ever again. Then I found Dental Brush and my second chance of life begins. The staff was AWESOME from top to bottom! I'm a red neck from Kentucky, it changed my life give them a chance to change yours!!! You won't be sorry!
Dr. Leon did a horrible job placing a crown. I had been having issues with my crown due to him not placing it correctly. I went back into office requesting he fix it- the office msfe me sign several forms in order to be seen - then a different dentist came to tell me Dr. Leon could not assist & declined replacing stating they could not fix it - I would have to pay out of pocket (again). Office also did fillings- ALL the fillings they did had to be replaced less than 2 years later due to the poor quality and work. I tried to save money by coming here- and it resulted Double the Spend and Waste of time with the border crossing time. This Dentist OVER CHARGED My PPO Dental INSURANCE AND Had ME PAY OUT OF POCKET as well. NEVER GOT A REFUND. What a way to double dip for horrible/low quality work!Save your teeth, time, and money. Go somewhere They Will Guarantee Their Work and are upfront about care & fees.
I have so far been to dental brush 3 times. Every visit has exceeded my expectations. All of the staff is professional, the facilities are clean and modern, and the prices are quite reasoable. Dr Mayra Talvera worked on my teeth on my first and last visit and I could not reccomrec her more, she works quicj and gentle and has never left me less than satisfied.
The most professional !!, super recommended, have the most advanced equipment, very updated, I did not feel any pain or discomfort and I loved that it has a screen where you are seeing what they are doing if you wish, the best 🙌🏻
I love this place, all the team they are amazing, also they have better technology than our family dentists in California. I WAS REALLY SURPRISED WHEN I SAW MY TEETH/CROWNS AND MY NEW SMILE😍.I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100%, everything is clean and organized, all the staff are great, with positive attitude.
Very professional, affordable. They speak English and I feel very comfortable going here. This is my second time and will keep going here. They do take American insurance. There is a shuttle/car available from San Diego airport if needed. The driver was and is always amazing.

Dental Brush has very professional dental services. There space is clean and modern, and their staff friendly, accommodating, and I found the whole process easy, general, and reasonably priced. The place is easy to find on your own, a 15 min walk from the border; or Elizabeth who is great offered to meet me in person and walk with me. Safe to say I found my new dentist.
I went in for a root canal but it did not go so great and I'm still in pain. When I came back to an LA doctor a week later they said the root canal obviously didnt go far enough and that I might lose the tooth since its going to need more work. I'm giving it 3 stars because everyone was super nice and the place was clean and they even offered for me to come back, but I'm way too apprehensive they wont do it right again.

I am totally amazed at how wonderful the entire staff is at My Dental Brush. Look forward to each return trip. You cannot compare the treatment you get here to any other US dental facility. It is impeccable, professional, courteous, and They really focus on each and every patient with loving care. Let me also mention the reasonable cost, a fraction of what it would cost in USA.
I have not been to the dentist in about 16 years. I was terrified of the dentist. I came here because i could no longer take the pain in my mouth. This place amazed me. It was so clean and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful. The dentist was very very nice. He talked me through everything and assured me everything would be fine. He told me how much i was looking at paying with no hidden fees like here in the us. I am 100% going back. The prices fit in my range and i work at 7 - eleven for minimum wage.

I went with my son down to Dental Brush on the recommendation of some friends and couldn't be more pleased with the care we received. We read a lot of reviews of a number of places before choosing MDB. My son had to had to have 3 root canals and 22 crowns... their estimated cost was about 1/3 of the cost here in the US. The ultimate cost came in exactly as per the estimate... no bait-n-switch. For the root canals it included bringing in a specialist. The office was clean and neat and the equipment was modern and well maintained. They provided (at no cost during business hours) pick up and return from San Diego Airport and our hotel... including having the driver wait in the return line to the US where we were able to rendezvous with him after he had put in an hour or two waiting in line for us! The teeth look great and so far feel good with a perfect bite. Time will tell of course, but the workmanship appears excellent. As per their plan, it required a second visit to seat the permanent teeth, but I was told by a dentist friend that this is the correct way to do it so that the permeant teeth can be appropriately fabricated by the lab. We almost went to one of the other, cheaper dental groups in Mexico that promised that we could have it all done in one sitting, but after reading negative reviews decided to go to MDB and are glad we did. My friend (Carol) referred us to Dental Brush in Tijuana, without a referral we were afraid to travel to Tijuana to have some medical treatment.We flew from Virginia (U.S.) to Tijuana to have dental work done by Dr. Luis Obeso and Dr. Leon. The Dental Brush facility and equipments are very high tech, new and very cleaned. I don't think my dentist in the US could afford these equipments. It took only 1 day for my husband to have 5 crown and 6 or 7 refilling teeth on the upper jaw by Dr. Obeso, and the next day my husband spent couple hours more to have his 4 surgical placement endosteal implants on his lower jaw by Dr. Leon. After the surgery then Dr. Leon prescribed some antibiotic and pain killer pills for my husband to bring home along with 2 pages long of Dental Implants post-operative care. With this kind of dental works done above, if in the US would take forever to be done and would take so much time off. In this case, it took only 1 1/2 days for my husband's upper jaw and 4 implants on the lower jaw are done. The day after the surgery, my husband just took the antibiotic pills which Dr. Leon prescribed and some tylenol (no need for pain killer). My husband teeth look so natural and more beautiful than before, he is very happy and brags about it; he will come back to see Dr. Leon in 4 months to complete his implants. BEST DENTIST IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!! Ive been to lots of dentist including for my crowns, and dentist Emmanuel Leon did an awesome job!!! He explains everything and gives you diffrent options, he did a fantastic job on my front crowns they look great i got the zirconia crowns which is the best choice ive made they look natural and i suggest anyone getting their front teeth done and want a great natural looking smile zirconia crowns is the best choice...I was treated great by the staff if you are looking for a proffesional and courteous care from a dentist i highly recommend dentist emmanuel.THIS GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!And the best thing about it is that i can finally smile with confidence 100%
