My fiance had gastric sleeve surgery here 4 months ago now. They made covid19 precautions ofcourse and everyone was professional in my opinion. If you staying here with a patient in a room prepared the convertible couch aint all that comfortable. Everything was explained and the hospital was clean.

Cancer patients are desperately seeking medical solutions and hope when American physicians and hospitals give them bad news and no further options. Out of desperation, they seek treatment at a facility such as Oasis Hospital. My sister sought alternative treatment here after being diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. Of course, Oasis said they could help her and gave her hope. She went through unacceptable procedures that no reputable hospital in the United States would consider approving. Saying that the conditions there were substandard would be a gross understatement. It was utter quackery. They gladly took her money and she died. Don't waste your time. Cons don't save lives.

I am so happy with the care and support that I received from all of the staff at Oasis of Hope. From the first day I made the decision to have my surgery to even now, the doctors and staff have taken great care to ensure my health and safety. I sincerely wish I knew the names of each and every one of the nurses, doctors, and staff that cared for me so I could personally thank them. I found communicating with the staff very easy, as most of them are fluent in English. I never had an issue with not being understood by staff, even the ones that were not fluent in English. Dr. Gonzales explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. He really took the time to make sure I had a full understanding of what was being done. The hospital rooms are simple and unadorned with more than enough space to provide a comfortable stay. The shower has lots of hot water and fresh towels. Also, the room had a Lennox wall air conditioner that kept my room very comfortable. As for the hospital itself, it exudes an air of calm and peace. The only people that bustled about were the cleaning staff that cleaned everything in sight. Very Clean!! I walked around the day before my surgery and peeked into rooms with open doors. I found very modern-looking and new equipment. Nothing looked old or outdated. After my surgery, I always knew which doctor was in charge of my care and they can in the room to check on me. There was a doctor available to me 24/7 while I was at Oasis of Hope. All in all, I h
Price was astronomical for 17 day stay. The doctor recommended radiation therapy and gave me a prescription for synthetic progesterone (Megace). Egad! The nursing staff for the most part didn't speak English. This is not good treatment, and not what I expected from an alternative medicine program. I was extremely disappointed, and would never send anyone to Oasis. I left there and went to another clinic for help.

This place is a joke. They give you false hope. My mother thought it would best to try fighting her cancer holistically. This hospital had no business taking her in as a patient or feeding her false hope. The doctors in the US were blunt after her diagnosis and honest. They told her she would not make it treating her cancer holistically. They told her to start chemo immediately to have a chance. She trusted this hospital. The doctors in Mexico should have turned her down in her condition and situation. Instead they accepted the money and her as a patient. After a month of being in Mexico when she returned it was clear to her that she had to start chemo to survive. She did finally. Then she passed last month. Could have possibly lived longer if this hospital and the doctors were honest.

Horrible place My mom died after going here and I found out when I called her room and a nurse very coldly said she died. No more words I can't express how hard this was for me to learn and experience. That day will always feel like yesterday. This hospital has no remorse for loved ones or sympathy. They're all heartless!!! Don't give them your time or money!
I was doing research on this facility on various social media platforms and ran into instances of huge privacy violations. A nurse by the name of Paula Encinas has Instagram stories in the OR where patients who are clearly under sedation are seen in her videos. This is incredibly disrespectful and here in the US would warrant law suits, loss of licenses, etc. My mom is going thru enough with her medical conditions, being displayed on social media by a complete stranger for entertainment purposes is the last thing she needs. I am crossing this facility off my list. I wanted to post this on here to alert everyone, including the management of the facility. Best of luck to all of you.
The staff at Oasis of Hope Bariatric is phenomenal. You can really tell they love their jobs and they are all very good at it.Dr. Gonzales is a wonderful surgeon and has a great sense of humor.I’m very happy with the care I received during my stay at the hospital. I highly recommend having your weight loss surgery here with Dr. Gonzales.

No amount of words will ever be able to communicate how GREATLY BLESSED I was to have found this place 15+ Years ago. I live in the United Kingdom and was diagnosed aged 60 with stage 3 Breast Cancer. I had the option of going through the conventional treatment of Chemotherapy, Radiation etc., but immediately rejected that, as I had seen the effect of conventional treatments on other People, like losing their Hair, feeling sick, lack of appetite, damage to their ' healthy cells ' etc. I was diagnosed in October 2003 and came to Oasis of Hope for the first time in January 2004, without having any other treatments. Having throughout my life being used to Alternative or Homeopathic treatments, the only slight hesitation that I had before coming to Oasis of Hope was the cost, bearing in mind that I would get the conventional treatments in the United Kingdom for ' free. ' Looking back over 15+ Years, and having visited Oasis of Hope once or twice each Year, I can categorically say that it is the BEST DECISION that I could possibly have made and the BEST THING that I have ever spent my Money on. Although it is impossible for the treatment to work in 100% of the cases, it has a VERY HIGH SUCCESS RATE, considering a large majority of Patients are either Stage 4 or have been told previously in their prospective Countries that there is nothing else that can be done to help them. A truly amazing experience, going to the Oasis of Hope. The staff is excellent, language was no barrier, and they understood my mid-west English very well. The doctors treated me with great respect and kept me personally updated on my progress. The hospital is a very modern and up to date facility, clean and beautiful. The patient rooms are more like motel rooms. Each room is beautifully decorated, has a private bathroom, and contains a hospital bed and a regular bed for your companion. Not only was I cured of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, but the time I spent there was life changing. I am 69 years of age, from Indiana. I have been a pastor and missionary most of my life. In 2014 I had to take an early retirement because I was so sick. I had been to several hospitals and no one could find what was wrong with me. Finally, in the spring of 2015, my personal physician figured out what I had. A PET scan then showed that my body was seriously invaded by Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Having foreknowledge of the good results at the Oasis of Hope, I called for an appointment and was taken in within a few days. The day to day was unlike any hospital I have very been in. Each person is given a protocol specifically designed for them according to their situation. All meals are served buffet style in a very relaxed and comfortable setting. This is a total lie, all the good reviews are paid and fictitious, do not let them fool you into spending 30+ thousand dollars in their lies.
They have taken off the review me and my partner have written! All the bad reviews they take it off and only leave the 4-5 stars one on so you’d think this place is the best in Tijuana. Do yourself a favour and never ever take anyone there who you know or recommend this place or that would be the last time you see them! My sister in law went there for a treatment and all they do is a big scam!!! There is a cost ($25000) what they tell you including treatment for 14 days but there is always a hidden fee you have to pay for, something extra like pain killer 😳 In a hospital you have to pay for pain killer ($1500) 🤮 can you imagine that? I could write down all the mistake they have done but they will delete it as it doesn’t make any good for their business. Find an other alternative treatment hospital in Tijuana as there is like 60 different one!

My husband and I have two friends (given cancer death sentences in the US) who are in remission after coming here. Our case, not as serious, was considered by the staff, and it was decided that we didn’t need this level of treatment after all. The integrity of Dr. Contreras is exceptional! They allowed us to stay free of charge as we worked to change our flight. The staff continued to care for us in the same professional, respectful, and caring manner. It is easy to connect with the Lord and the other patients in the community fostered here. The daily classes present up-to-date information on health and nutrition. The food is so tasty, and it would be a challenge to find healthier meals anywhere that follow the food pyramid model. The atmosphere is encouraging, uplifting, and informative. It helps to communicate with the nurses if you or your companion know a little Spanish or have a language translation app, but the concierge and medical assistants can adequately translate for you. It was surprising how most of the staff spoke fluent English. Many of our relatives have suffered from cancer so we have done much research. Our confidence only grew in their expertise as we continued to be educated in our quest to know the truth about cancer.

There is absolutely no where else I’d want to do my cancer treatments than Oasis of Hope! I was first diagnosed with thyroid cancer is 2012 when I was 26 years old and treated in San Diego, where I had a very aggressive surgery that left me with a tough recovery and residual muscle and nerve damage. The cancer returned again in my thyroid bed a couple years later in 2015, and I just couldn’t move forward with the idea of another neck sugergy and radiation as my only option here in the states. This is when I started researching integrative cancer treatments and found Oasis of Hope. Please don’t take your loved ones to this place!!!! My aunt decided to take my uncle who had stage 4 pancreatic cancer , after getting told by many US doctors that there was nothing more they could do for him she was desperate to find a way to help him and she came across this place that From the very first moment she came into contact with them , they assured her a 75% chance he would make it with their treatments .She traveled from Georgia to Tijuana to seek treatment for my uncle. After the first treatments he seemed a lot better he was talking and had a bit more of an appetite we were so happy with these results which made us believe in their treatments they even had the odesity to say that they could no longer find the tumor. After hearing this news we truly believed it was a miracle from god. After undergoing surgery they said the surgery had “complicated “ somehow ..... so she left and came back to Georgia doctors told her the cancer had spread all the way up to his esophagus !!!! And he only had a few days to live before his heart would stop!!! He sadly passed away this Friday We understand that there is NO cure for cancer but treatments increase the chances of survival that’s all we hoped for But being told on various occasions that he is getting better when it was a complete LIE Shows us how truly evil and heartless these people are who only lied to us to keep receiving money We honestly believe if we would have not taken him here he would have died sooner or later
This is the only place to go it you have cancer. They have a beautiful hospital with great results. They staff is some of the best. I had stage 4 ovarian cancer that had moved in to my liver and pancreas. After 1 month the cancer is almost totally gone. That is unbelievable but ture.

They saved my life. When doctors in the United States sentenced me to death, I came to the Oasis of Hope where they told me I can live a long and healthy life. That was 2 years ago. While I still have cancer, much of it has been reversed with tumors disappearing from most locations in my body. My sister went there 2 years for her breast cancer. She passed away a few months ago. This hospital is a SCAM they just want your money and make you believe you will be cured. They made my sister take 60 pills a day and said they didnt do chemo but they did. My sister cancer spread and they would tell her her tumor was going down and getting better and U.S. doctors looked at her crazy and said her cancer spread and she had more than one tumor. This hospital lies to you just to keep you going and getting your money. All the pills they made my sister take made her get fluids in her lungs in her stomach. Instead of treating her cancer it didnt and just let it spread. DONT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE!! There is no stories of people who survived. While my sister was there a lot of patients were dying and not surviving. They are money thieves and dont care about patients. They use the word of God and said doctor is a pastor all a way of using psychology and scamming patients. STAY AWAY!!!

Hi, just wanted to say it was a nice hospital, clean ,very friendly, but how can doctor Contreras be the doctor,the owner of hospital,and the preacher isn't that kind of strange .My husband had lung cancer, they told us that they didnt give as much chemo as the United States, are radiation, they gave way too much for him . they had us believing they were going to cure him, he only lived 3 months we were suppose to go 3 times he only made 2 .Charged us 50,000 dollars . the second time we got home, to our home town he had to have a blood transfusion they took his blood . that is the only place i couldn't go in and watch them clean his blood , they told us he had one tumor, the doctors where i live thought we were crazy because they said he had multiples and we believed Mexico, .that he had one .My husband died 2007 not knowing they were quacks . i am sure he would have died sooner are later but wouldn't have went that fast.So i didnt know this my self till about 3 years after he passed away i looked them up and the doctor has several hospitals all over the place , and he lives in mansions,if u read about it you will see smart man , i suppose. Just went for some Info, wish i could be treated there but my treatment would cost around the 34k from what they told me( i feel this is the bad part, becuase is out the reach or most people, but in some cases way cheaper than convetional treatments) I really wish i had the money for this becuase like a very good sistem. so i just got the book (really recommend it ) and do some stuff from the book .i feel maybe if there not in such a expensive are maybe the price would go down, becuase so many people would benifite from this treatments

I had gastric Sleeve on June 29 2017. From the first time I contacted the hospital the staff were very kind. Answered all my questions. Made me feel safe and comfortable before I even arrived. They had all transportation arranged both ways. The hospital was quite and clean almost like a resort. Treated me and my companion amazingly. My surgery went perfect. I had a great team and would recommend them to any one. All staff were very knowledgeable. Nurses, house keeping, kitchen staff all did a wonderful job to make sure all our needs were met. The hospital administer took the time to visit with me. I had a concierge who made everything feel like it was about me being treated good. No matter what I asked her she took the time to meet with me. I had mentioned I wanted to visit a few places while I was staying in the hospital. She made arrangements for a private tour and made sure I saw everything I wanted to. At one point I was a little concerned about my mom who was with me. I mentioned it to Patty my concierge, she arranged to have a doctor meet with my mom. And all of my moms needs were met. The day of our arrival my mom had fell. We just wrapped her hand with a wrap. She was walking down the hall with me and a doctor stopped her to look at it and made sure she was ok. Wow! My program was very clear and it was made clear that I had direct direction on what to do before and after surgery. So grateful for this life changing experience and for all those involved.

Patty the concierge was extremely awesome she always took the time to answer my questions and help me with concerns. She arranged a private tour for us to sight see. They made me feel like family. A special thanks to Paula and her boyfriend for being our chauffeur and tour guide for our sight seeing adventure.
