• Anterior axillary fat pad – also known as the breast tail, an anterior axillary fat pad can be found in front of your underarms, just in front of the armpit. The axillary regions (anterior axillary fat pad and posterior axillary fat pad) need to be addressed in conjunction with the triceps region to avoid an awkward appearance, particularly when you wear snug garments like a bra.
