Great clinic in my opinion. Registration is very smooth, the ladies from the reception are very nice. Doctors I visited - top class !.

I do not recommend this clinic.Yesterday as well as the day before yesterday I tried to contact the clinic hanging on the phone after half an hour - to no avail. Except for the alternate telephone signal with the information automatic message: all consultants are busy nothing more was received by phone. However, this is not the end. The matter of getting to the doctor it was a priority for me because my daughter was feverish for 4 days in a row and her pace reached 39.7 (despite visiting the state clinic - also unsuccessful) I went to AMEDS to the settlement on ul. Szczerkowskiego. At the reception, the lady who was probably an observer instead of the informant from the beginning of the conversation she sent me back to telephone registration. No specific information was sent to the telephone registration several times, which I also emphasize was impossible due to the fact that no consultant picked up the telephone. As a result, I was referred to the doctor himself.The doctor himself giving the impression of an educated and arranged person after my question about how I could save my daughter for a visit from a temperature of 39.5 degrees, which gives way only a moment after the capture and the question whether it would be possible to accept, he answered me in the following way by gesturing : I have a range in which I accept and if they did not register you by phone (I emphasize I hung after half an hour on the phone without any conversation with the consultant) this is your problem. So I interjected again that my daughter the next day has a temperature of 39.5 and ... it came in saying the doctor saying that if I am not registered, it will not help me and that I should go to the emergency room or to another clinic by asking me out of the office. FOR ME, THE DOCTOR, HIS BEHAVIOR, THE SAME PLACE - DEFECT. I ADVISE those who want to save unnecessary nerves The doctor himself showed by his behavior what oath he promised as a doctor - he certainly did not help the other member to the sheep.- I DIDN'T WANT THE DOCTOR TO VISIT FOR FREE. -Fortunately, this is not the only clinic..UFF:) I managed:) HEALTHY HEALTHY CHILD PRUSZKÓW RECOMMEND. I received information about this facility at the PROGRES clinic on the specific, which I am extremely grateful for active help in this matter. Kind and helpful staff have contacted me to the clinic in Pruszków. I RECOMMEND TO Avoid this place

I call from 8 o'clock. I call you 13 after hearing that there are no more places for the doctor I want to sign up for. I am asking if it is possible to sign up for example on Monday - there is no such possibility, because there are no signups for the following days. I ask if if I call on Monday there is a chance that he will sign up - there is no chance because the places are taken until Wednesday ....Is it possible to sign up for the next day or not - I do not understand, a clinic for the elite ??? The more so it is a visit with a child and in addition a private visit. This is not the first such situation. I do not greet and certainly will not use again

After the last November visit to P. Dr Krukowska, I wanted to sign up for December. The lady at the reception said that there was no schedule. I called several days, she ordered on December 13. I called 12. At 13 I was in the morning and there was no schedule. I called after returning home the same day around 3pm and it turned out that the doctor was receiving tomorrow (14/12) and there were no more places. This is how it is ???????? How is a regular patient treated?
