I do not recommend this clinic.Yesterday as well as the day before yesterday I tried to contact the clinic hanging on the phone after half an hour - to no avail. Except for the alternate telephone signal with the information automatic message: all consultants are busy nothing more was received by phone. However, this is not the end. The matter of getting to the doctor it was a priority for me because my daughter was feverish for 4 days in a row and her pace reached 39.7 (despite visiting the state clinic - also unsuccessful) I went to AMEDS to the settlement on ul. Szczerkowskiego. At the reception, the lady who was probably an observer instead of the informant from the beginning of the conversation she sent me back to telephone registration. No specific information was sent to the telephone registration several times, which I also emphasize was impossible due to the fact that no consultant picked up the telephone. As a result, I was referred to the doctor himself.The doctor himself giving the impression of an educated and arranged person after my question about how I could save my daughter for a visit from a temperature of 39.5 degrees, which gives way only a moment after the capture and the question whether it would be possible to accept, he answered me in the following way by gesturing : I have a range in which I accept and if they did not register you by phone (I emphasize I hung after half an hour on the phone without any conversation with the consultant) this is your pr

I call from 8 o'clock. I call you 13 after hearing that there are no more places for the doctor I want to sign up for. I am asking if it is possible to sign up for example on Monday - there is no such possibility, because there are no signups for the following days. I ask if if I call on Monday there is a chance that he will sign up - there is no chance because the places are taken until Wednesday ....Is it possible to sign up for the next day or not - I do not understand, a clinic for the elite ??? The more so it is a visit with a child and in addition a private visit. This is not the first such situation. I do not greet and certainly will not use again

After the last November visit to P. Dr Krukowska, I wanted to sign up for December. The lady at the reception said that there was no schedule. I called several days, she ordered on December 13. I called 12. At 13 I was in the morning and there was no schedule. I called after returning home the same day around 3pm and it turned out that the doctor was receiving tomorrow (14/12) and there were no more places. This is how it is ???????? How is a regular patient treated?

The psychologist here is a misunderstanding. All the better but the best time is until the end of the visit. Young age, little experience and lack of empathy is a business card unworthy of recommendation for people seeking professional psychological help.

Massacre, a visit to a specialist at 19:00 and I am still waiting in a stuffy room, well that they have chairs on the cage. It's 19:40 I will never come here because that's not why I pay the subscription to hang out like in the state. I didn't hear any apologies.

Always competent, kind doctors. Professional opinion and full acceptance of patients both in Pruszków and Grodzisk. They do not count down the time of the visit with a watch in hand, but they take care of patients / clients for as long as needed. for which a great plus - unlike other private institutions where quantity and not quality count. I recommend it for children and adults!

I am impressed with the kindness, competence and friendliness of the ladies at the reception. Who goes to the clinics, knows how rare it is. These ladies are for the patient! Why is this only in Amedsa? Apparently, it all depends on the Boss, who he employs and what he requires. Medical staff also go far beyond Polish standards - the surgeon, Tomasz Laus, is a specialist with great knowledge, empathy and kindness. A rare approach to the patient. Big congratulations for creating such an institution!
