Zarówno ja jak i cała moja rodzina to pacjenci tej kliniki od kilku lat. Niestety moje odczucia z każdą wizytą moją lub innej osoby były coraz bardziej mieszane. Natomiast ostatnia sytuacja jest poniżej krytyki. Telefonicznie umawiam dziecko na wizytę, na którym miała odbyć się naprawa zęba. Na wizycie pan doktor nie jest w stanie wykonać dziecku badania, jednak rachunek na 150 zł wystawiony i nowy termin wizyty ustalony. Pani w recepcji się próbuje tłumaczyć na moje pytanie skąd taka kwota. Najpierw stwierdziła że wizyta była adaptacyjna, co jest nie prawda bo dziecko wcześniej było już pacjentem, później , że dziecko bylo niewspółpracujace i to czas Pana doktora tyle kosztuje, na rachunku natomiast widnieje opis usługa stomatologii zachowawczej. Na pytanie czy jeśli na kolejnej wizycie pan doktor będzie równie nieefektywny rachunek będzie na taką samą kwotę, pani przytaknęła.Dziękuję. Tyle w temacie. Na naciąganiu, braku informacji i ingnorancji do klienta daleko się nie zajedzie.

I decided on surgical treatment and implants. Dr. Aleksandra Szantyr, phenomenally, led me through this difficult treatment for me. My fears were resolved by a thorough consultation. I got there and kissed the door handle. It turned out that due to COV-19 I could not be accepted because there were more cases of infection in Germany. I am able to understand this and even approve of such action, but the lack of information about this procedure is not professional. You could even attach a note to the message asking you to confirm the visit. I believe that this is a total lack of respect for my time. Efficient, hygienic, effective
This is a terrible place I would NOT recommend. Expensive and unprofessional after tooth extraction, complications appeared that were cured by another dentist. The dentist from the Cichoń clinic was shaking her hands as if she had Parkinson's. I miss this place from afar.

Review for cleaning: They did a good job at cleaning with minimal pain. The technician made sure to ask me if anything hurt and was very kind. The checkup was quick and the doctor stated I had no cavities. They were nice enough to fix my permanent retainer for no extra cost. Very friendly staff and office looked really clean and profesional. Would recommend for cleaning and check up.

Doctor (if you can call this lady this way) Magdalena Grabowska Jędryczka showed a great lack of competence and respect towards me, and also as it turned out to my aunt. I may have been 5 minutes late for a visit and Mrs. Magdalena seemed to be "offended" by this fact and felt as if she had accepted me into her cabinet with grace. Root canal treatment under the microscope lasted quite a long time, and the doctor interrupted her work several times by discussing and laughing with other employees who came to the office. After the visit, we went to the reception, where I was presented with much higher costs than the ones for which we agreed. It turned out during the treatment that the tooth had some cement in the middle of the room Dr. dr did not even ask if I want to remove it and whether I agree to additional costs .. I had to pay more and come back next day because the tooth wall broke and the toothache was amazing .. In addition, the ladies at the reception told me that the doctor will not accept me anymore, because he has full graphics. They proposed a date of five days later. My aunt, however, had a similar situation. Several times the filling crumbled and the tooth pained. Dr. dr. Claimed that it is not possible to accept, only in a few days. In addition, she was also unpleasant for her ... Never again ... I am very surprised that this Dr. Dr. has such positive opinions here ....
My neglected teeth were taken care of immediately and professionally. The treatment goes very well and I notice its positive effects. Personally, I could rate the service at 5, but I know a person who is not completely satisfied and this spoils the rating of the entire center. Probably depends on who you hit :)

Mr. Cichoń's dental office is overrated. I am disappointed twice. He does not accept only his team that is not professional, the quality of service mediocre and even outrageous. For the first time Mrs. Grabowska - Jedrzejczak, tooth filling. I asked for a thorough cleaning of the teeth because I treat him a second time. Aesthetically, she did not make a tooth, twice I asked for smoothing it, unfortunately in the language for two years I felt a lack of smoothness and now it breaks down and hurts because it was unwashed price 240 PLN. The second time Mrs. Aleksandra Szantyr removed my tooth I paid 420 PLN - / not in the price list tooth removal / Everything lasted 5 min. Panoramic photos were included in this price. I had the impression that the doctor wanted me to remove all orders because she was only advertising Dr. Cichonia inplants. Be careful

I have been using it for years, because, unfortunately, nature has broken its strong teeth and every now and then something needs to be patched;) I can't complain yet, really good service. In case of an emergency, you can even squeeze without making an appointment.
The office definitely stands out from the rest. I felt special, everyone was focused on me and my treatment. During the consultation, it was presented in a very vivid way, what would be the course of the entire, complex (implants) treatment and thanks to that I stopped being afraid. I decided to take care of my teeth and started treatment, but all thanks to that I came to this office :)

I heartily recommend this office! I was treated by Dr. Aleksandra Szantyr. Very friendly service, new equipment, easy access and above all effective treatment. The reconstruction of one went satisfactorily and painlessly. The situation was similar with my son (8 years old). Despite the fear of dentists to date, the visit to Mrs. Szantyr went smoothly (the doctor acquainted him with the office, equipment, started the conversation and this definitely allowed him to be convinced to treatment, which is not generally easy). I issue 5/5 with full conviction!
Dr. Olszowy "treated" meshe put on an orthodontic appliance, she was supposed to raise her bite, she said that the treatment would last 2 max 2.5 years;I began to ask in more detail what he was doing and what he was doing, at the end she was confused.after 3 years I lost my patience, took the documentation and went to another place.The effect of her treatment is: significantly shifted center line, skewed one(to my attention she said that it closes the gap between ones!), pushed into the gums of sixes! (for 2 years I had gagging on them and only gnawed at them), five out of measure.after removing the wedging from sixes, the bite rests on the five that she thoughtlessly pulled out and with one glue ...I lost time, money and nerves ... I strongly advise against !!
