Ponderas Academic Hospital is located in Bucharest,
and it is the biggest hospital in Regina Maria Healthcare Network, designed as an integrated diagnostic and treatment center.

includes 1-day preoperative evaluation, with dedicated
navigator for each bariatric patient and we use safe
standardized surgical protocols according to
international standards.
In the hospital we have specific facilities and dedicated
medical equipment for bariatric patients (rooms, CT
scan, MRI, Operating room, Surgical instruments).
Based on our results we were recognized by Surgical
Review Corporation as the Only Center of Excellence
for Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery in Eastern Europe.
