Hello, I was hospitalized for 5 days for a kidney operation, I can tell you that all the staff I had contact with, from the therapy, from the oncology surgery department, from the operating room, reception, are some special people. great, I thank them for the care with which they treated me and for the good and encouraging words with which they alleviated my suffering. At the same time, I can't help but remember Dr. Crisan Nicolae and Dr. Coman Ioan, two grade 10 professionals, endowed with a lot of professional experience and a lot of respect for patients. I was operated on at this hospital in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic (07.05.2020). Everything was under control from admission, which was done only after my testing and isolation and until discharge. A very clean hospital, hygiene norms to standards that I unfortunately did not find in any hospital in Romania. Friendly staff, professional and with that good sense characteristic of the area. First of all, I would like to thank Dr. Bogdan Moldovan's team, I would also like to thank the team from the operating room, the ATI department and all the staff involved in my post-operative recovery. I recommend this hospital for the professionalism of the medical staff, the impeccable conditions of hospitalization and for the behavior of the entire staff towards the patients. Thank you all for the chance at a new life. May God continue to bless you and save as many lives as possible.

I was operated on this hospital on March 9, 2020. It is very clean, the hygiene norms are as it should be in every hospital in Romania, the friendly and competent staff. First of all, I would like to thank Dr. Bosînceanu, who saved my lung, although in other parts I was told that 2/3 of it should be excised and not lastly, the anesthesia team that gave all their interest, using in premiere new techniques.

Neurologist Cioriceanu Ionut-Horia of St. Constantin Hospital– a truly unpleasant experience for the price of RON 180 for 10 awkward minutes. On April 3, 2019, I went, for the first time, with my mom for medical examination at St. Constantin Hospital (Strada Iuliu Maniu 49, Brașov 500091); dr. Cioriceanu not only did not respect the appointment time, but he kept us waiting at the office door for 15 min., although, at some point, he did not have any patient inside. The first question was why my mom had not visited first a psychiatrist even though she had medical letters of recommendation for neurology evaluation. His attitude was extremely frugal and rude, as he kept ignoring our questions while looking repeatedly at his wrist watch. His looking-down-to-patient kind of pose, gave us a very uncomfortable and mistrusting feeling. He prescribed my mom the common Xanax for which he did not have the right prescription form (a green ridiculous piece of paper) the only one accepted for payment at the pharmaceutical point of sale. As he was too laid back to call for administrative staff to provide him with the needed form, he told us to visit his office to get it, the next morning at the Local Neurology Hospital, a publicly, crowded one, at the other end of the city, a very inconvenient and awkward thing to do. We went there and, although he knew from his ill-mannered office assistant that I was waiting at his office door for that form to be filled in, he kept ignoring me and made me

I wait for 45 minutes at the door with all the programming and the money I pay! I will return with my total time in spite of the appointment! 53 minutes after programming! The indifference of the staff reached 1hours and 6 minutes when I asked what was happening why I was waiting so much I was told that the doctor is in the lunch break that probably started at 13 o'clock at fixed one hour from my appointment! 1 hour and 20 minutes after the appointment, I was told from the reception as "Now it comes". Personally confused, the answer to most questions is NO !!! You do not organize, NIMENI does not smile at the reception and looks disturbed (my dear ones if you do not like work, quit). In conclusion, do you count as a patient? NO, it is okay to pay the exorbitant amounts because ...... it's a hospital at European standards (cica) but do not expect and treated with respect in that money that you will be disappointed!Does anyone care about public opinion in management with the intention of improving customer service? ... The most horrible experience with a private hospital. I made a schedule for which I waited a month, and when I arrived at the reception where my staff was extremely arrogant and shameful, I was told that the appointment was for yesterday. I was given a date on my phone, and when I got to the hospital I found out that I was scheduled another day. And the lady at the reception does not know how to talk to patients, she does not apologize on behalf of the hospital, she is arrogant and totally unprofessional. I'm thinking how such people are hired at St. Constantine. I'm sorry I did not keep his name. The brown hair caught in her tail in the tail and the glasses. She worked on March 13, 2019. She responded in a high tone that it was not her fault because she did not make the appointment, so it would be the patient's fault in her eyes. I had to go to consultations at the polyclinic quite often after some undiagnosed problems, so I took part in quite a lot of meetings with doctors from different areas. First of all, although overall I am happy with the services of the clinic, I have a few comments:- the girls at the reception were always helpful and kind, nothing to commendI only give 3 stars for:- Physicians should be forced to write diagnosis and print recommendations on a computer. We are in a hospital with great investments in 2019, it is not normal to lose 20 minutes to the reception after consultation to decipher what the doctor wrote and on the basis of these maggots to make erroneous analysis or inappropriate treatment. Come on like Queen Mary and Clinicco can!- Mrs. Taus has left us waiting for 1.30 hours in front of the cabinet, we want to remind you that we are not in the state, if you can not respect the reorganization schedules, we pay good money on these consultations- Dr. Ciurea, though he seems to be professional, is always on the run, seems to have no actual time for patients. Neurologist Cioriceanu Ionut-Horia of the St. Constantine Private Hospital (Iuliu Maniu 49, Brasov 500091) - an extremely unpleasant and frustrating experience for a consistent price of 180 RON, the equivalent of 10 minutes of superficial medical examination. On 3 April 2019, I went with my mother for the first time to a medical consultation at Dr. Cioriceanu, Neurology Department of the Private Hospital of St. Costantin, Brasov. Not only did the neurologist not respect the appointment time, but he let us wait for the cabinet door for another extra 15 minutes, although there was no patient at that time in the office. The first question put in a hostile way was why my mother did not first visit a psychiatrist, despite the fact that all medical letters recommended a visit to the neurologist along with the C.D. and the transcript released following robust tomographic investigations. The appearance and attitude of the dr. Cioriceanu full of detachment, indifference and superiority (ignoring our questions, ostentatiously and repeatedly checked the watch) induced us a very unpleasant feeling of disbelief and frustration. Great quality on doctor and staff. Quick response on the spot because i was on holiday. Very competent doctor checked my nose bleed with modern equipment I have not seen in my home country Norway. He also teached my how to cope with the situation. He also prescribed a cream that fixes nosebleeds and are specially produced in a local pharmacy. Fantastic! All the program was respected, and if something unexpected happened I was announced to come later or the next day.
