Visited Queenstown Polyclinic only twice - once in Dec 2019, and again today. I got turned away both times because all the appointments were full. Never had the chance to consult a doctor at the polyclinic at all. Guess I have to visit Bukit Merah Polyclinic instead. At least they don't turn their patients away.
Crowded and long waiting time.
Made an appointment on Thursday 7:30 and there were plenty of slots available throughout the day. Service was good, staff is helpful. Did my registration in less than 5 mins. Waited around 30 mins to see the Dr. referral to specialist was done at referral counter. Took another 3 mins. Clinic is large with variety of facilities. It is a very good government healthcare service
Payment & re-appointment that used to have short queues, after change this had resulted in ULTRA long queues.
I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr Grace Lau De. I suffered a cut on my toe and she ridiculed it without realising it was very painful to me. Also, she actually shouted very rudely at me when I asked her if there’s any cream for my dry lips. She said “Didn’t I tell you you need Vaseline!” Her attitude resembled more of an ah lian than a doctor, The nursing staff at the dressing room was very sarcastic as well. They gave me a plaster which was torn, yet made an rude excuse that should I want a replacement, I need to pay for it!?!? They refused to give me a new plaster and I had to use the torn one, I would advise the general public against visiting this polyclinic.

How is polyclinic community oriented when the earliest dental date when called in on 2 July is for next year Feb 2020. Those in lower income bracket no choice but to wait if possible, or else try to call in everyday see if anybody give up their appointment 🤦♂️🤦♀️. Else try other polyclinic with dental?

Miss Ruth Chow.(Help to remove stitches thread that was in the wound where doctor in Alexandra hospital did not even notice it) Miss Ho Mee Foong.(recommend Aquacel Agt Extra to speed up the recovery of the wound) They both are very patience and detailed to check on my condition good job ladies. Thanks.
Very very bad. Before 11am on 31st of May 2019. Bring my elderly to the doctor for medication and follow up check up. No more morning slot. Only being issue a 2.20pm slot. Always happen in this clinic. Counter staff didn't help but talking nonsense.
Friendly doctors n staff. Good for babies
I have been coming to this clinic to consult doctor from 1994. Previously located at Margaret Drive, they started operation since 1963. The staffs here are well trained and the place are clean. Only prepare to wait for more than an hour for your medication. However I will like to rate this clinic with 5 stars as I have no intention to change to other clinic.
damn bad.. after multiple consultations, still sick after a month even though doctor said its just a light flu. After returning for the 3rd time because still sick, the staff did not let me in because they were "closed" at 3:30pm even though their closing time explicitly says 4:30. they even took my temperature and saw i had fever but said "cannot because not high enough". Please improve your system.
It's not a bad clinic. The waiting hours might be long, but the service is not bad. Unfortunately, the mental health department on the top floor isn't as effective as I'd like. It almost feels like they intentionally dragged the diagnosis of your mental issue for weeks and months without end just to get more money out of you.
Went to enquire about their dental services today. The queue for appointment is until next year.
Very good friendly service. Well done to all the staffs. Nurses were well trained. Today I did blood test and xray. All departments standard are very awesome Dr Santog was very attentive and Patience and detailed to check on my condition.
Visited the Dental Surgery today. Very efficient receptionist and informative Doctor who was able to diagnose and resolve my issue quite swiftly. I will be back for regular checkups. Thank You.
I checked the website , and it stated that it closed at 12:30 but when I arrived there and tried to book an appointment , they said registeration closes at 10:30am . I made a trip for nothing .
Had a most unhappy and upsetting experience today. Scanned my card there at around 0945hrs for Fasting Blood Test scheduled at 1005hrs. Didn't show up in the system, but it's there written on my appointment card. Staff discussed, then gave me a q number for 1055hrs. I approached a staff if she could help me expedite, since the error was on their side. She said she'll try, but did nothing. I finally got the blood extraction at 1105hrs. Needless to say, I was fuming mad! Clinic really need to train their staff to do recovery work due to system failures.
The time on the clinic banner states closing time for Saturday to be 12.30pm. However when we arrived at 10.32am, the staff at the clinic said they were closed at 10.30am and will only let us see the doctor if they is appointment made prior. The excuse they gave was it has been like that for many years. Please at least indicate this in the official clinic website to notify to prevent wasted trip made.

my 2nd visit since my family moved to Mei Ling Street.made an appointment for 12.20pm today 30July2018 but reached the clinic at 12.40pm due to other delays counter staff graciously allowed me a new Q number and just wish that the Doctor would attend to me as it was closed to lunch timewent up to the consultation hall on the 2nd level and was surprised that my Q number was being flashed at Room 212greeted the lady Doctor and told her about a painful ulcer on my inner lipshe enquired if i had a high temperature ...said No ...but she took my temperature any way ...just to be sureshe then prescribed me Oracort E paste and explained the proper way to apply it..."Dry the ulcer with cotton wool before applying the paste..if the ulcer persist longer than 5 days...must comeback for a review".That's "heart" talk...She was kind indeed...Thanked her....She wished me Good day...:)i am of the "PG"...

The clinic was full but it was worth the 1.5 hours wait. I am impressed by the high standards of the polyclinic, and the polite and helpful staff. It is indeed comforting to know that there are caring experts to help you when you don‘t feel well.
Relatively secluded, but busy as it's in an area with a higher concentration of elderly. Service is average, if functional.
Newly renovated 3rd floor. Less people compared to other polyclinics.
Nurse, doctors and staff are kindly and patient. Very nice visit.

Went to this Polyclinic to change my bandage post-operation. It's very large and spacious. Not too much people when I was there. But not sure about weekends... Service is quite fast. Taxi is a little harder to wait as it's taxi Bay is located inside a small little lane where not much traffic comes in. Only those who came in to Polyclinic would pass by. They should consider a better entrance / taxi lobby for a better catchment.
